We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price.

It’s amazing if you have your own car and are able to move around. Breakfast is good, the rooms are a little old but they are comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind. I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 4 or 5 summer vacations. It’s an amazing place to stay if you want to explore the area.

Room was missing details for a 4 star hotel. Did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Had to ask reception to provide us with two normal glasses and a coffee cups. Smell of damp in the bathroom but other then that room was clean. Breakfast not enough staff to cater for restaurant size. Items take too long to be replace when finished . Indoor pool needs to be warmer as was cold .

Dangerous baby cots.

Do not use the baby cots, they are not safe, the mattresses are smaller than the cots and they don't have cot sheets, they use single bed sheets instead. Our baby got trapped under the mattress, with the sheets.
The hotel did nothing to solve the problem apart from proposing an even worse fitting mattress, and still made us pay a supplement for the cot that could have killed our baby.
We also had a leak in the bathroom, brown water from the tap, and the outside pool is closed.

- Nice clean room and bathroom
- Good wi-fi connection
- Plenty of free parking
- Nice swimming pool
- Nice air-conditioning in the room
- A basic gym - enough to get a decent workout done
- Helpful reception staff

Con's:

- You will need a car if staying at this hotel, as it's in the middle of nowhere
- Breakfast quality and service was below par for a five star hotel.
- The sauna and gym gets closed between 1 and 3pm.
- Some of the gym equipment was showing its age

Good clean room, open views, friendly staff, nice outdoor pool & good value for money.
Gym & indoor pool opening hours are not designed to accommodate guests needs. Open at 10am-1pm/4pm-7pm. Could not make use of the facilities as this was the reason why I chose this hotel. No workout before breakfast and wanted to avoid the sun for my daughter in the afternoon by using the indoor pool but it’s closed. It’s a shame as this hotel has potential and I would return if they adjust to opening hours of the mentioned facilities.

Good Hotel - Nice people - Quiet

Nice hotel on racecourse means potential free race watch. Clean, modern with good facilities. Missing a evening bar but does have a restaurant and pizzeria onsite. Very quiet however and as slightly inland not a walking distance from restaurants or as such just to be aware, but if with a car worth staying and not a problem. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but normal standard for Italy from my experience so wouldn't let it put you off. 10min drive to Fontaine beach.

I'm used to city hotel in the states. This hotel doubles as a horse racing track. But that's it.
There is one street near by with some stores and food and a pub.
The staff is very nice but some don't speak English at all.
We reserved a suite and got a standard room. The pool was nice including jacuzzi. Good looking gym. Difficulty getting extra bath towels and toilet paper, never came. Room service was great, along with restaurant. Awesome food.

Not much of a muchness

This hotel has no atmosphere at all and is in the middle of no where. Unless you like horses and horse racing, I would stay away from it. There is nothnig in walknig distance either....and I mean nothing.

Some of the staff are very nice, others were a bit rude.

Rooms are clean and comfortablle. Spa area is average - not much of a muchness really.

If you like eggs and bacon for your breakfast (onyl savoury choies avialable) then go early as they dont keep them heated. So after about8AM, they are stome cold.

This is a great place for anyone who loves horses. The hotel is right on a race track. You can look out your window in the morning and see the horses exercising. The hotel is lovely. I can't imagine anyone not liking this hotel.

About 10km outside the old city of Syracuse, the hotel is a high quality hotel built into a modern horse race track. Getting a taxi or driving into Syracuse is not a problem, so if you desire a modern, well run hotel with fitness and spa facilities ( and indoor and outdoor pool) with rooms that overlook the horse track ( and waking up to the sound and site of horses being taken through morning runs), this is an ideal place to stay. Syracuse as a city is a wonderful place to explore - especially in the evening when restaurants are open and the city and waterfront has a life of its own. Not far from the hotel is a large natural reserve/ park with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and rivers - ideal to see another side of Italy.

Dieses Hotel hat niemals 4 Sterne Niveau. Beim Frühstück hat ständig Besteck gefehlt oder war verschmutzt. Auf Nachfrage wurde Besteck gebracht, allerdings nur, wenn der Mitarbeiter englisch sprechen konnte. Die Scheiben zur Pferderennbahn könnten eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Auf dem Spielplatz lag überall Hundescheiße und diese durften wohl auch überall hin pinkeln. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Je nach Reinigungskraft. Im Pool fand man noch Chlor Rückstände. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok.

Bellissima struttura prospicente l ippodromo del mediterraneo. Dotata di piscina coperta e scoperta idromassaggio gratuiti. Presente anche centro benessere campi da tennis e calcetto. Ampio il posteggio. Situato in posizione strategica fra noto e siracusa ed ideale per chi vuole cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno andando dalla mattina alla sera.
Veramente perfetta la colazione. Ottima anche la cena all interno di un bellissimo giardino, per chi non vuole uscire la sera.

Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und hat keine schöne Umgebung, Kinderspielplatz unsicher (Anlage zum Teil nicht befestigt und kippt um, zum Teil kaput; im Gras gab es tote Vögel); Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 8:30 halb leer und nicht nachgefüllt (obwohl die Öffnungszeiten zw 7.30 und 10.30 waren) - Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, selbst wenn die Leute seit 30 Minuten weg war stand Geschirr am Tisch und die Kellner haben gefrühstückt (von Hotel Buffee das Essen genommen gegen 9.00 Uhr anstatt die Tische für andere Gäste vorzubereiten); Außenpool Ende Mai noch zu, Innenpool - nur mit Schwimmkappe möglich und man zahlt Kaution für die Badetücher... große Enttäuschung

Accoglienza garbata. Struttura vecchia che necessita di manutenzione. Colazione tragica, a voler essere buoni. Igiene delle stanze accettabile. Scarsa l’igiene in sala colazione. L’addetto con un unistraccionpuliva decine di tavoli senza mai sciacquarlo o cambiarlo. Cibo di qualità scadente. Le uova strapazzate emanavano cattivo odore.
Le macchine del caffè spesso bloccate.

Bell’hotel, nuovo con camere moderne e spaziose, buona la colazione tranne i cornetti, ma buone torte, con vista sull’ippodromo, possibilità di usufruire del loro ristorante.

Bella la Spa con piscina riscaldata con accesso anche ai bambini, vasca idromassaggio riscaldata, dove non dovrebbero entrare i bambini e gli ospiti dovrebbero stare solo 15 minuti, solo una volta hanno controllato.
Possibilità di percorso benessere e pacchetti massaggi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel proche de Syracuse mais situé dans un environnement calme. Petit dejeuner varié avec une belle vue sur l'hippodrome . Belle piscine et chambre spacieuse et confortable et un bon point pour la télé qui permet de se connecter sur Netflix, prime vidéo et youtube. Nous avons ainsi pu voir des films en français.

Hotel moderne avec des chambres propres et équipements neufs. Néanmoins, la configuration est telle qu'il n'y a pas de vie dans cet hôtel (hormis le petit déjeuner et la piscine). Il n'y aucune animation, on dirait un hôpital. On doit se déplacer obligatoirement en voiture pour aller manger car le restaurant (à l'autre bout de la résidence) offre une carte très simpliste et un cadre qui n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de l'hôtel. Le personnel est sympa. Pas de fontaine à eau dans la salle de sport. L'espace bien être est payant. Ils facturent la serviette (piscine ou salle de sport) si vous ne rendez pas mais attention, ils ferment de 13h à 15h. De même, la salle de sport n'ouvre qu'à 10h (même heure que le petit déjeuner) - donc pour ceux qui veulent allez au sport avant le petit déjeuner, ce n'est pas possible. Donc organisez bien votre emploi du temps.

Sauberes und modernes Hotel - Frühstück chaotisch

Zimmer sauber, groß und Bett sehr bequem. Alles modern eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Blick auf die Pferderennbahn oder Parkplatz. Toller großer Pool mit bequemen Liegen und einer Poolbar und Toiletten.
Leider konnte man erst ab 10 Uhr in den Trainingsraum mit Geräten. Nicht gerade ideal für Frühaufsteher. Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber es ist immer alles sehr schnell ausgegangen und man musste immer warten, bis Nachschub kam. Somit musste man immer mehr Zeit für das Frühstück einplanen. Abends gab es leider keine Bar, wo man sich Getränken holen konnte

Il check in e’ previsto alle 15 e noi siamo arrivati alle 16 del sabato ; subito abbiamo usufruito del servizio asciugamani per piscina. La piscina chiude alle 19. Il giorno successivo il check out è previsto alle 11 e non è permesso usufruire delle asciugamani e delle sdraio per piscina. Le sdraio sono poche e molte sono inutilizzabili .

Posizione ideale per visitare città e spiaggie. Ottima e varia la colazione. stanza e bagni molto puliti e personale cordiale e disponibile. SPA ben organizzata e ampia e ben attrezzata. Sala colazione e ristorante molto luminosa e spaziosa con vista sull'ippodromo. Unico lato negativo la gestione del parcheggio, dove accedono senza controllo anche i visitatori delle varie feste di piazza che vengono organizzate nell'adiacente area dell'ippodromo non separata dall' area albergo.

Personale molto cordiale, la struttura é tenuta bene e pulita. Le camere, anche se non più nuovissime, sono carine, spaziose, silenziose e comode. La colazione è di ottima qualità, ha moltissime opzioni. La struttura è un po’ fuori mano se non si ha un mezzo proprio con cui spostarsi, ma con un’auto, una moto, uno scooter o anche una bici, si arriva alle località balneari e turistiche in pochi minuti di tragitto. Sono già due estati che soggiorno in questa struttura, e credo che riserverò anche per l’estate prossima.

Ce n’est pas précisé, et pourtant le spa et hamam sont payants. Idem, il faut un bonnet pour la piscine, vendu 3 euros par personne (pizzo ?)
Chambre très peu insonorisée, 2 nuits de suite à entendre le voisin ronfler.
La seule chose à peu près satisfaisant est le petit déjeuner.

L'albergo è bellissimo e pulitissimo solo che tutta la notte ho sentito un rumore fastidiosissimo che proveniva dal soffitto della mia camera essendo posizionata all'ultimo piano e attaccata al vano tecnico delle pompe dell'aria condizionata e per questo non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte ,alle 06,15 quando hanno riacceso le pompe il rumore è scomparso ed anche il mio sonno!!!!

Struttura esteticamente bellissima, piscina bella, comoda la piscina bassa per i bimbi. Stanze confortevoli,spa bella. Però struttura poco curata e non sfruttata per gli spazi che ha a disposizione. La sera non c è in aria di ritrovo o un bar aperto per poter bere qualcosa. In piscina nessun attività. Peccato perché molto bello l hotel.

ottimo albergo con tutti i confort , stanza grandissima bagno bellissimo , colazione con vetrate all'interno dell'ippodromo, spa fantastica , piscina e jacuzzi enormi

La struttura ha tutte le potenzialità per la ricezione di un pubblico variegato, però non espresse per la situazione di restrizione della pandemia nonché per il netto \"fuori periodo\" di turismo che, a mio parere, aggancia quello estivo. Sostanzialmente, quindi, ho verificato la quasi assenza di persone sul loco.

Très peu de variétés au niveau du buffet du petit déjeuner, une seule sorte de pain, pas de pain grillé, pas de vrai jus d'orange frais, pas de fruits frais non plus, uniquement des fruits en boîte. Pour le salé, idem pas vraiment de choix. Heureusement que les croissants étaient très bons !
La piscine intérieure était froide !
Pas de verre en verre dans la chambre, pas de terrasse ni de balcon.
L'extérieur de l'hôtel pas vraiment entrenu, notamment la piscine extérieure, laissez à l'abandon vu que la saison estivale est terminée... Cela ne donne pas une bonne image.
Sinon, l'hôtel était propre à l'intérieur, le personnel agréable même si la communication en français était un peu compliquée.

Camere ampie e assolutamente confortevoli

Ottimo hotel situato vicino alla frazione di Cassibile, nel comune di Siracusa.
Affaccia sull’ippodromo locale e, per questo, ci ha dato anche la possibilità di poter vedere delle corse ippiche.
L’albergo ha spazi comuni ampi, moderni e puliti, oltre che un parcheggio che soddisfa l’intera clientela.
Le camere sono ampie e con un bel terrazzino; noi abbiamo pernottato in una superior room.
La pulizia e l’igiene sono assolutamente garantite; tra l’altro, ogni giorno ci cambiavano gli asciugamano delle docce.
La prima colazione ha una gran quantità di prodotti dolci, di media qualità, e una limitata quantità di prodotti salati.
L’hotel inoltre è dotato di una spa, di una palestra abbastanza fornita di attrezzi e di una piscina scoperta di discrete dimensioni.
In una struttura adiacente è ubicato il ristorante, in cui si può cenare a la carte, ma manca un bar, eccetto quello annesso alla piscina ed aperto solo negli orari di suo funzionamento.
Insomma, camere ampie ed assolutamente confortevoli; c’è da migliorare la colazione e il funzionamento del bar.

Tutto bene ma si può migliorare

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno all'Eureka, tutto bello come sempre, bisogna potenziare secondo me un po' le pulizie/servizi (specie zona piscina) e recuperare la stella persa...
Io mi sono trovato bene e ci tornerò sicuramente!

Bon hôtel à refaire

Accueil parfait personnel très agréable qui son maximum pour vous arranger. Massage impeccable. Chambre très bien juste un peu vieillotte c'était une suite pour trois personnes. la piscine et le personnel du snack très bien aussi.
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner organisation à revoir pas de vrai fils d'attente du coup c'est un peu à celui qui se fait entendre et les italiens sont très fort à ce jeu là sinon prévoir une voiture car rien à faire autour de l'hôtel
