This is not 4* at all. Woke everyday at 8am by the cleaners banging. Manager was shouting at guests in public. The room safe didn’t work, the room was very small and I’d say 2-3* at best. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Transport is very expensive to go anywhere and it’s very far from Venice city.

My family and I enjoyed the decor of the Base Hotel. The staff went above and beyond when we needed a cab back on Sunday evening and the cab company was not responding. They were also responsive to our needs prior to and during our stay.

The hotel can improve on informing you from the start that the items in the mini fridge are not included in the price. My family and I also had minor skin rashes from the bedding which resolved on their own after our stay there. The room was smaller than advertised and the breakfast included had a decent selection of food items.

I accidentally left my travel buddy behind and I reached out to the hotel to reclaim it, but the hotel has not responded.

The hotel is close to an array of outlets and the shopping experience was fun.

I booked this hotel using my Hotels.com Redeem card for a tour to Venice. I completely loved the hotel and their service. It was excellent and perfect. Breakfast was too good. I loved the locality even more. You're recommended to have your car for transport to Venice, as public transport isn't frequent but the place is admirable

Good sized room, really good power shower, very comfortable bed, only downside was the location of our room was near the lift, and a group of people decided to have a loud conversation outside our room, not hotels fault but slightly spoilt out stay.

Great hotel next to the Outlet

The hotel was great. I booked here because it was close to the outlet mall but it exceeded what I had in mind. Booked the suite and it was very comfy with a living area then the sleeping area. No air conditioning but it was cool outside so that solved that issue.

It would have helped if we had a car to get around. We had to take a cab and a train to get back and forth to Venice. But the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also a great way to start the day.

My husband and I had a great time at the Base to work Hotel stay. The only things that we had a problem with was after staying for 6 nights/5 days we became very tired of eating the same food every morning. We must say that the food needs to change up a bit each day. We also had problems with the internet connection and not being able to control the temp in our room(which was hot at times that we had to open the windows). But over all our stay at your hotel was excellent. We we also given first class treatment because we paid too much for a taxi that the hotel flip more than half of the bill for us!!! Thank you soooooo much.

S'ok if your out on business.

Stayed at the base hotel to work having stayed at the base hotel to stay on a previous business trip. The hotel is just of a motorway and is very easy to find. The rooms are spacious and have very good air con which is a god send in 30 degree heat. annoyingly though, there is no bottled water supplied as a courtesy and the mini bar was totally empty, which is its biggest flaw. Further more the hotel bar was closed and I had to go to a restaurant around the corner... The sleep was brilliant however, very quite and the TV had some uk channels. The internet didnt work, but that is a trend in Italian hotels. Finally the breakfast served underground was plentiful and the staff were lovely. I would not like to spend more than a night in the hotel as I know others nearby that I prefer.

Perfect place for a family to stay, great service, clean and comfortable rooms/bed. A plus is the pool especially if you traveling with children. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the location. Although the hotel offers food and shopping places it is very limited.

We stayed in Base hotel for 3 nights at the end of our vacation in Italy, begin August 2012.
The hotel is new. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The breakfast was very good. People at the reception answered our questions and Enrico suggested places to visit.
On the negative side: Internet was not working and we spent half day trying to print the boarding passes. Finally we did it in a different place. There is no tourist information in the rooms, not even about the hotel facilities (restaurant, swimming pool, fitness room, etc). For a four stars hotel, there is no tea or coffee in the room, no strike board or laundry bags. It looks like not all the services are in place for the moment, but if they fix it, the hotel has a big potential because it is located in a place from where the beaches, Venice and the airports are reachable in about 30 mins. A big and modern factory outlet village is nearby.

Für zwei Übernachtungen in Ordnung.
Leider gab es beim check-in schon Probleme, mehrsprachiges Personal hieß in unserem Fall italienisch und englisch. LEIDER
Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und frisch, das Personal hier super freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr empfehlenswert.
Ein Nachteil würde uns nach Buchung in einer Email mitgeteilt, der vorhandene Pool ist kostenpflichtig, 10€ je Tag und Person. Die Fahrzeit zum Meer war durch tägliche Staus langwierig. Daher wäre ein Hotel ohne Pool, aber näher am Meer für uns eine echte Alternative gewesen.
Das Fitnessstudio nur für Personen ab 18 zugänglich.
Zusammengefaßt je nach Ziel der Reise, saubere zweckmäßige Zimmer, Frühstück super, Pool Extrakosten

Tutto perfetto alla fine non per niente è un 4 stelle. La colazione fantastica prodotti di prima scelta sia il dolce che il salato. Siamo andati in piscina pagando un sovrapprezzo di 7€ a testa avendo il telo mare altrimenti sarebbero 10€.

C’est dommage je voulais juste décaler d’une nuit ma chambre car j’avais un gros problème et je pouvais pas faire mon voyage ce jours … l’hôtel avez des chambres vide ce soir là et même le soir d’après… ce qui veut dire que ça pose pas de soucis dans la réservation… dommage j’ai vraiment l’habitude de voyager et je fait ça jamais… de décalais mes nuits…. J’ai perdu une nuit pour pas grand chose et j’ai pas mit l’hôtel dans des pertes de réservation… c’est vraiment dommage de votre part…..

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, wir waren zu viert unterwegs, drei Erwachsene und ein Baby. Das einzige was gefehlt hat im Zimmer ist ein Wasserkocher, aber an der Rezeption haben wir immer heißes Wasser bekommen. Frühstück ist inklusive und es ist ok.
Die Lage ist toll, direkt gegenüber vom Outlet. Mit dem Auto 5Min zum Zug, mit dem man dann nach Venedig fahren kann. Hin- und Rückfahrt kostet ca. 10€ pro Person, Dauer der Fahrt ca. 30Min.
