I'm pretty sure the mattresses have been there since the Clinton administration, very saggy. There was a super strong cleaner smell like it was covering up something worse. Things are just kind of falling apart. When we pulled in, there was only one car in the parking lot and it looked like the place was abandoned. We literally drove up to see if there were any lights on inside. It was pretty clean and the guy at the front counter was friendly.

The hotel is older needs some new carpet, but very clean. The staff was amazing!! so friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk made sure to greet each guest at breakfast, gave color pages and crayons to the kids, just super friendly. It might not be the Ritz Carlton, but the staff made you feel like it was.

Plenty of parking around the hotel. Room in the back for trucks with trailers. No elevator only stairs to go to the 2nd floor. Just a little fyi. Glad I could climb them. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly.

Decent room for the price and location. The hotel lobby staff was welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was convenient and included all the typical offerings. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Walls are thin. Though we didn’t have any trouble with noisy neighbors at night, we could hear them speaking during the day.

Checked in within minutes. The hotel smelt good when stepping into the lobby- a good sign. The hotel seems to be older- but it has been well maintained. We did not use the pool, and he BBQ area looked abandoned so don't plan on that. Sadly the dryer was broken so we couldn't do laundry- which would have been nice. Breakfast was typical(scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy- packaged oatmeal, yogurt, apples, muffins, etc)- although there was no meats at all- in case that's on your 'must have' list. Room was spacious, and only real complaint was the bed needed to be upgraded- but we are also used to foam mattresses. I'd stay again- we stayed for the price and the reviews- and the reviews were right- a good hotel for the cost.

The room hadn't been vacuumed, the shower had hair in it. One of the plugins was completely broken and didn't work. Another plug-in was overloaded so much that all of the cords weren't able to fit in properly. It had a very stale smell. There was no elevator. If we hadn't been so tired we would have switched to a different hotel.

It was convenient having breakfast provided, since we were staying several days. (We stayed long enough that the menu repeated - they have 3 variations.). It wasn’t great, but it was sufficient. (There were two crowded times - workers and vacationers. We tried to hit between them.)

They were having trouble with the water heat - every other day we could not get hot water in the bathroom. (It wasn’t totally cold, just not all the way hot.)

The road is rather busy, which is a challenge to get out. If you go out one side, you can only turn R; we wanted to go L, so went out the other way.

Breakfast was good. Not much protein, besides eggs. They advertise being pet friendly. What they don’t mention is the dogs in the next door room bark at all hours of day and night. And the upstairs dogs sounded like they were playing soccer. They were running back and forth until almost midnight and then back at it again at 7am. Also, on the highway next to the hotel, I guess it’s ok for the semi trucks to use compression braking (Very noisy) in that area. Again, all hours of day and night.

We were traveling on I-15, so Logan was off the beaten path a bit, but the drive from Brigham City to Logan is so beautiful. Logan is a nice town surrounded by beautiful mountains and we were able to easily reconnect to I-15 going north to Pocatello. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was very complete even though there were not a lot of guests. The bathroom fan was very noisy (room 136) and perhaps needs to be repaired or replaced. Otherwise, no complaints. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

The shower would constantly switch from hot to cold. Cold water would last 3-5 min before returning to warm. Very uncomfortable to stand in the shower with soap in my hair and cold water running, waiting for warm water.

We had booked what should have been an accessible room. When we got there we were told our rooms were on the 2nd floor with no elevator. When asked for a 1st floor room considering we had a person on our party who was wheelchair bound, they refused even though I was supposed to have an accessible room anyway. Building is run down and not very clean. Will not ever stay there again, and recommend others to not stay there either.

This is a good hotel. It's just old, but our stay was really great. It was quiet, well lit parking lot, good breakfast, and very convenient location. Only negative thing was that we arrived around 11:15pm and I stood there ringing the bell for about 20 mins till someone showed up. They were apologetic, but I wish I didn't have to wait that long.
Other than that, it was a good stay.

The hot breakfast was ice cold, the OJ was room temp warm, the bed was as soft as the concrete floor, and the AC as quiet as a jetliner during take off. Add the nice eye roll I got from the desk clerk when I checked in and ask that the room be a non-pet room and .... well you get the point.

The property was a few miles out of the heart of Logan and about 15 mins to Utah State. The place was moderately clean and staff was fine (not great/not bad). The room was clean (3/5), the bed was comfortable and clean (4/5). This hotel is lower cost, so don’t expect Hilton or Marriot quality. We had a few issues, the shower head was broken, so we could only use the blasting 4 stream nozzle. Our room was next to a side door entrance where people were coming and going through the night and the walls in this hotel are Very Thin making it so we could the door slamming like it was our own room door making it hard to get to sleep. Overall, I’ll pay more for a better quality hotel the next time around and would not stay here again.

The property is a little run down, the bathroom light was very dim and the fan noise was extremely excessive. The room a/c & heater was also very loud…enough to wake you up at night. The black out curtains are not wide enough for the window so a lot of light came in around the curtains. There was ample parking and it was clean.

The location is nice, just outside of town, 2 minutes from a park by the river. It was so quiet and the bed was super comfy, so I slept very well (which I normally don't!). Breakfast was just ok--scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, weak coffee, sad-looking muffins...the usual. Our room was spotless, but my only complaint is that the cleaning chemicals used were so strong I could smell them the moment we walked in. The fridge reeked of Freon and now my lunch box does too (even days later). But overall, the stay was pleasant. Would come again!

This place is a dump. They have no hot water. We were here for a volleyball tournament and where not able to shower. Spoke to the front desk and they advise to let the water run for 20 minutes and eventually it will turn warm. This hotel doesn't even provide the basic amenities. Do not stay here. They know it's an issue and have done nothing to address it. What a joke to be in the hotel business and not be able to provide hot water

The sink in the bathroom, the only one in the room, was pretty stopped up and took forever to drain. Other than that, they might give the room more towels so it doesn’t seem so chintzy the people running it are something else. At 5 minutes before 11:00, they were knocking on the door to get us out. Wow!

This is as much on Hotels.com as it is the quality in but how they handled it wasn't good either. When I booked the room its was listed as \"The tempest by Wyndham\". not quality inn. On top of that I booked what I thought was a 2 queen room and the room was listed as a \"double room queen\". This is very deceptive as the picture by it shows two queen beds but in reality it's an oversized room with one queen bed. When I got to the hotel the front desk guy was blunt and said thats not his issue and they only have rooms with one bed in them. I'm having a hard time believing that but took him at his word.

Tv did not work. Went down told staff. She came up and messed with it for a few minutes. Still couldn’t get it to work said she would call maintenance guy and ask him but wasn’t sure if he’d respond since it was 8pm. She said she’d let me know. I waited an hour and no call. Went down and asked what was going on with tv. She said he didn’t call back. Didn’t offer for a room change or anything. Didn’t give a crap that my tv didn’t work. I leave tv on to drown out the noise from other rooms. Which I could hear other rooms tvs. Walls are pretty thin. Didn’t get much sleep over the noise and aggravation. Also the semis engine breaking all hours of the night could be heard, very loud.
