Room was a great size and beds were really comfy. AC worked well. Despite having a full kitchenette there were no supplies to go with it (spoons or bowls etc) and when asked reception refused to give us some milk to add to our coffee. Night staff were pretty rude, morning staff were better. What we expected for the price though.
Subway is walking distance across the street for a last minute dinner.

Left a Super 8 in Columbus (MT) and enjoyed my stay so booked this property for the next two nights. My experience with both could not be more different. Upon check in I got lectured about room damages (which I've never incurred) and when I went back to report the mini fridge in my room was room temperature and leaking water on the carpet, I was told maintenance would address is the next day. Didn't happen. Checked out and mentioned the fridge issue again and was told, \"Yeah, I think I saw it on the list.\" My room smelled awful and the stains on the furniture were obvious.

It was clean and the staff was mostly helpful, except one time we asked for a new sheet because our daughter spilled a cup of water on her bed and they wouldn't give us one. They gave us a lightbulb when we noticed one was burned out.

Spacious room with 3 comfortable queen beds (although the room could use some new paint), nice kitchenette. Pool & hot tub were great. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay here again

Booked a 3 queen room. Beds were actually full beds, not queens. The room was large, nearly 2 regular sized rooms. The TV had been removed from one section of the room where 1 of the beds was. The 1 bed section did not have a/c. The section with 2 beds, had an old wall mount a/c that looked like it had never been cleaned. I was actually concerned what we breathed all night. The room looked like it was at the beginning stages of an update. There were new cabinets and counter tops like it was going to be a kitchenette. There was an opening for a range, but a mini fridge with a small microwave was there as a place holder. The bathroom sink, which is just outside the bathroom and interestly right next to the kitchen sink, was peeling and there wasn't a mirror or light near the sink. The only mirror to put in contacts, do make up or hair was in the section of the room with 1 bed. I feel this place could be good with a few months of focus to clean it, repair and replace certain things.

Worst place ever stayed. Booked 2 nights in advance, staff refused to cancel 2nd night when I showed up the first night. Said they couldn't cancel the second night even though I paid for the extra insurance.
Breakfast was the worst. Waffle batter was to thick to pour into machine. Rooms were very filthy. Carpet was so dirty it looked like a dirt floor. Toilet paper was stuck to the wall behind bathroom door. Little piles of dirt were built up in every corner.
Disgusting place. Staff was extremely unhelpful.

The toilet was running constantly... when I finally went to use it, the lever was broken and I had to take the lid off and reach in for the chain to flush it. The furniture looked like a dog had chewed it up badly. And the room had a faint smell of pee. I would never stay here again.

This is a multi-level property with NO elevator. If I had know this, I would have either chosen a different place to stay or made sure they booked me into a first floor room. Luckily, I was given a room on the 2nd floor very near to the stairway and Leticia was helpful in getting my bags up to the room and out to my car when I checked out.

The power was out for nearly 7 hours - early evening until early morning. It was not until I was checking out that I learned what happened. It was not their fault but something happening outside that took the power out on that whole side of the street. The part that I have issue with is no one answering my phone calls in an attempt to know the problem.

I suggest they invest in a back up generator to keep the refrigerators running.

Worst hotel ever! The room had a terrible smell and was in need of renovations! I was afraid to touch the blankets and carpet. I asked to cancel my second night stay and was told no manager was on duty for the weekend and he did not have the authority. TV did not work, WiFi was terrible, desk chair was broken. Fan in bathroom was hanging from ceiling.

Air conditioner in our room didn't work, room was over 80* after 3 hours running the air. No other rooms were made available, so we didn't stay. No manager or maintenance support were available, night desk clerks hands were tied based on policies. Poor management policies in my opinion. Will not reserve there again. Horrible experience.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The first morning of our stay we got a call early in the morning telling us that we needed to change rooms due to an issue with the fire alarm in our room not working. We had to pack up everything and move to another floor to a smaller worse room. Then that night other guests walked into our room because no one had updated in the system that we had changed rooms and the room was now occupied. This was pretty disruptive to our evening and trying to get to sleep for the night. The next morning I woke up with itchy bug bites all over my hand, arm and foot. We then found bed bugs in our bed and were pretty disgusted and upset by this. We immediately went to speak to a manager about this and found an employee that told us that there wasn’t one available. This employee said that she could help us and we explained the situation to her. We requested some sort of reimbursement and she said “I’m not giving you anything” and accused us of lying. I showed her my many bug bites and asked if she would go to the room so that we could show her the bugs and she replied “ I’m not going up to your room”. We showed her pictures that we took of the bug in the bed and she claimed that it wasn’t a bed bug even though it looked exactly like pictures of bed bugs. She then asked how I didn’t wake up when I was being bitten as if that was proof that I was lying. I asked that she get a manager for us to speak to and she said no.

The door does not work ....... Or the AC unit in the room ......

When I mean the door doesn't work, I mean the card couldn't be re magnetized so the only way into the room was to ask the front desk reception to physically pull out a key and let me in EVERY time I left my room.

Not the most convenient method of opening the door I will say, but hey maybe next time Ill just try asking for a different room so maybe it's my fault.

The nicer thing about this place ........ The fluffy towels.

As far as something else there actually is something that could be improved . Firmly, I believe cooperation amongst each other would be wise just to save time and money.

Expedia offers the ability to pay for the stay at the end of the reservation on the site but it would be preferred if I didn't have to pay close to $280 dollars extra once I arrived physically on location because of some underlying deposit or fee being administered to my stay that wasn't shown before.

normally I could care less about an overall rating but this time I couldn't let it go .

Room was clean.
A big problem at check-in as I request requested an ADA room I was told they were sold out.
There were other problems with the key battery
Broken knob on the tall floor lamp
Heater/AC needed to be reset by the manager on duty
Bedding was shattered and torn
Three minutes after nine when breakfast closed, I was denied OK to get coffee. However, the coffee pot was empty.
Definitely not worth 90 bucks

It is an older building so keep that in mind. I think for how old it is the housekeepers do a pretty good job. The fan in the bathroom was falling down and there were stains on the walls. But I really did appreciate how they gave the option of having 3 queen beds in a room. Saved tons of money not having to get 2 rooms. The breakfast was nice, simple and sufficient. The staff was very kind and helpful.

First off this hotel was filthy. The carpets in all areas of the hotel needed vacuuming. The TV didn’t work. I woke up at 2am because of a bed bug biting me. I found it and killed it after taking pictures. I went to the front desk and Billy accused me of bringing the bed bug to their hotel. Then when I assured him I had not he said “what would you like me to do?” Very snotty. So I packed up and left at 2am! I would NEVER recommend this hotel and the customer service was horrible!

We appreciated that the sheets and bathroom were clean during our stay, which was a definite positive. However, there were several areas that fell short of expectations:
* There was leftover food in the fridge, which was disappointing.
* The remote control was sticky and felt unclean.
* The windows in the front lobby were very dirty, which gave a poor first impression.
* The front desk staff member had a noticeable spill on his shirt, which appeared unprofessional.
* While the breakfast was okay, the juice machine was out of order, and all three coffee pots were empty throughout the time we were there.
We hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience going forward.
