The first and second room that that gave us were smoke filled and nasty. After the second room change we requested a refund and were told to contact Hotels.com for our refund. We told them we couldn’t stay in the smoky rooms and decided to drive back to Cochran,Ga, 3 1/2 hours away. If we don’t receive our refund we will not be using/staying with Hotels.com or Quality Inn again.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink, like a man had shaved over it. The toilet seat had brown smudge marks. The walls and doors had visible dirt and handprints. I didn't report it to the front desk because there were men outside in the parking lot yelling. It was an awful experience and I didn't sleep all night because the air conditioning was not working well.

The owner Ankur was amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel welcomed. I am a travel nurse so I am always concerned with safety. The area was quiet and I felt very safe. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t partake in the continental breakfast much, because I am limited on carbohydrates. I was disappointed that they didn’t have fresh apples and bananas. But overall it was a GREAT STAY, and I will definitely be back.

The bathroom was so bad we refused to shower there. There was long black hair (I’m a blonde) all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. The faucet in the tub was leaking and everything looked corroded. Everything just felt dirty and in need of a refresh.

Nasty and no money being put into upkeep. Globs of hair that the mop just swirled around the bathroom and bedroom. The bathtub faucet comes out of the wall and a funky smell kept wafting in the room. I couldn't pinpoint it. Cheap enough but worried about bed bugs all night. I should have just camped!
The town and surrounding area was enjoyable.

Filthy floor and bathroom, had to go get cleaning supplies to clean actual feces from the toilet and hair and dirt everywhere in the shower, floor, sink. No hot water for shower. Dirty towels. Right on the road, traffic is so loud. Room smells like cigarette smoke so badly we were coughing and sneezing the entire time and felt nauseated. Well NEVER stay at another quality inn.

The great thing about the hotel is that the area was extremely quiet. It was very close to the location I was working from so that was a plus. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest (as it refers to do cleaning type things - walls, baseboards, bathroom, etc). The staff was okay but there was a period when I visited front and went back to my room to call and couldn’t reach anyone for a bit. Otherwise, it was okay for the price we paid. I’d probably stay again if I’m in the area and the other nearby hotels aren’t available.

Perfect place if you’re looking for drugs!

I’m amazed how some of these properties have “choice” status. First, the room, the toilet ran (bad flapper tank valve) for the first 2 days I was there. I seen a maintenance guy outside and attempted to let him know, but there was a communication issue. The AC cover literally fell off the wall and *excited me (the reason is following)! I let the front desk know and they sent out someone who just put it back on unsecured. An hour later, yep, it fell off again! I was able to duct tape it on with my own tape (I’m an oversize load escort) that I had in my truck. That evening around 11:00pm, a couple of vehicles parked right outside my room door, at first I thought they were also overnighting there. But after hearing them talking loudly for 10 minutes, I looked outside my window to watch not one, but two drug deals! They continued talking loudly while smoking their weed and drinking their alcohol. That lasted until 1:00am before finally turning up their “music” and rattling the windows as they drove off. I had the room booked for 2 nights, but when they returned at 9:00pm the second night, I knew what was going on, so I packed up and went to another (better/safe/clean hotel. I would stay far far away from this property, spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

Immediately upon entering the room smelled musty like mildew. Things were just in general disrepair and did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. Hairs noted in the bathroom, the sink and the tub toothpaste on the countertop and the phone didn’t work and looked to be 50 years old. There was no remote when I arrived. The staff quickly brought a remote, but it had no back to hold the batteries in. I would encourage Quality Inn representatives to take a visit because I would be embarrassed to have this hotel represent my company. I have stayed in that hotel several years ago and it was not in this condition then. Staff was friendly.

One wall of the room did not have power to the lights / outlets. I had to complain twice before it got fixed. Room was not the cleanest, with debris up against some walls, and a hair in the shower and sink. Bedding was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Slept well. Room very much needs some renovation, as it is showing its age.

First, the price was amazing for the experience we got. We were in a little bit of a slump and had already stayed at another hotel around, which was absolutely awful & for the same amount. At the price we paid online to book here, I honestly didnt have high expectations but this Quality Inn and the staff truly surprised me with their friendliness and accommodating services!! And that can be hard to do for me lol. Very safe and quiet location as well. Oh and their continental breakfast was a heaven sent considering no one around here seems to do that anymore; and they don’t even advertise that on Expedia so I was pleasantly surprised! Mahi and Mick the managers, were A-1 and so hospitable! Thanks guys!

The property was excellent, however, the room was not up to my previous expectations for this brand. There was no trash can, the clock radio didn't work and there were no instructions on how to set the alarm so I used my cell phone.
There was no logical place to plug in my computer at the table and the office chair had lots of scratch marks from a cat (I know because I have a cat)
The floor was sticky for my slippers and needed to be mopped clean. I amenities for washing were excellent.

checked into this “NON SMOKING” property today and when I got inside my room it smelled like there was a card game being played by men named Otis, Curtis, Leroy and Harold AKA Buddy. When I went to unmake the bed, the comforter was bedazzled with cigarette holes like someone was chain smoking their sorrows away. This room is giving brothel vibes that Is ran by a lady with a full mustache. Myself my children and my Yorkie that they had the audacity to have me pay additional for all smell like smoke. You say you are pet friendly but you aren’t even human friendly. I’m sure we will all need lung transplants by nightfall. I called the front desk and the lady gonna tell me “oh the guest before you must’ve smoked in there” No ma’am, this room is probably where the wildfires started. Then she Gonna say she would come down and check it out like she ain’t know housekeeping using these holy blankets. Needless to say it’s 10 pm and nothing has happened. I hate it here. Zero stars.

Great Solo Stay ! Get some Me time 😀

The hotel room was nice and clean. I was surprised to learn that there was not a elevator, I felt that ; should be mentioned on the website. The breakfast was nice and hot. The front side of the hotel is very loud , so if u like it quite choose the back. The location of the hotel is great ! It is near Olive Garden , IHOP , Walmart , Ross , TJ MAx, other restaurants and a Super Krogers that has everything! Did I mention a movie theater that’s about 5 minutes away. I recommend this hotel , especially if u like to shop and have fun solo or with a friend !

Booked a smoking room only to get there and find out that it’s a non-smoking hotel. The room was okay but there was no chair to sit on to help getting your shoes on (bed sat a little to high to sit on) but the worst part was that the refrigerator didn’t have a freezer to refresh my ice packs and it didn’t work so all my beverages were warm the next morning had to buy some ice because I couldn’t find the ice machine.

Horrible! I would not recommend! The bathroom ceiling was falling down, the base trim was coming off the wall, the tub looked so gross couldn’t bring ourselves to take a shower there. There was no hand soap. The beds were uncomfortable, the bed spreads were nasty but sheets seemed clean. The carpet was so gross your shoes stuck to it. Staff was friendly. If we hadn’t just drove 14 hours and if it wasn’t storming we would have put up a fight to get a refund and go somewhere else, but at that moment we just wanted to lay our heads down.

Advertise breakfast signs up for waffles when we went to get breakfast only prewrapped danish no drinks and all tables and chairs stacked. Carpets and walls stained shower drain full of hair walls in bathroom moldy from shower humidity. Chair stained with what appeared to be someone sat naked in it with a dirty butt.

Horrible!!! Their website says they have a hot breakfast.They offered coffee and packaged donuts. There was a huge cigarette burn in the blankets on the bed, the sheets for not fit the bed, the chair had all the covering ripped/ flaked off. The door had been kicked in and there was a huge gap and you could see outside. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Don't recommend!

It was my husband’s idea to stay here. I’m glad it was only one night. It’s run down and carpet is disgusting. Non-smoking room smells like cigarettes. Comforter had partial shoe print on it. Walls are thin and can hear everything. The sign out front advertised hot breakfast. It was hunny buns, pre-packaged muffins, child sized juices and coffee. False advertising.

When we get to the room it’s disgusting so we go ask for another room and the girl tells us to come back in an hour that she will find something for us. When we get back the girl is not there but a man that I’m guessing is her father because he was yelling at her really bad. So he then tells us he has no other rooms available so we go back to the nasty room and I go to turn the ac on and it doesn’t work. So we go back to the office and tell the man the ac is not working and he insisted that yes it working so we tell him to come to the room and look at it and the man goes crazy and starts yelling at us to check out and get out but really nasty. I don’t recommend this place for anyone you’re better of sleeping in a car.
