Room was adequate. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The breakfast room was trashed. No meat, only instant scrambled eggs. I alerted the person that was working. She came and threw the trash away but didn’t clean the spilled food off of the counter. Did not sweep up the cereal on the floor. Not very many food options. Definitely corners are cut even it comes to a breakfast.

The sheets had stains on them. The pool was closed for the two nights we stayed and that was not told to us upon check in or on their website before booking. We stayed here due to them having a pool because we have kids looking forward to swimming. Breakfast was very limited.

The only thing is no elevator and our room was on the second floor.
The pool was closed and my child was looking forward to the pool. I stayed for over 9 days and pool was closed my entire stay very disappointed.

This place was very underwhelming we got there around 6pm there was no one around finally the laundry lady? Came asked what I needed I told her to check in. She asked my name handed me room keys that was it. The pool wasn't open which is why I booked there so my daughter could swim and play before her surgery the next day. The fan in the bathroom made a horrible loud screeching noise that you couldn't turn off because it came on with the light. The curtains in the room were ripped and when you sat on the bed it sounded like a metal box popping. When I went to check out once again no one there and just a box to put your key in.

The room was muggy and humid with relatively moderate temps, the tub had Sheetrock damages and moldy caulking that looked like it was applied by a 5yo child! The entire floor was sticky and was absolutely impossible to walk on bare foot!

Very clean & well maintained. However room door did not latch properly. We thought was latched but pulled open. Had to slam to get to latch.
Also told charge was $102 which i paid and they accepted. But when i asked for my receipt suddenly i had change coming which they gave me with the receipt. It was a matter of less than 50 cents but that is irrelevant. How many peoples change do they keep?

The room was clean, but there was peeling paint, mis-matched paint in the bathroom, peeling trim. The hall mirror frame was broke and when I brushed against it, it almost fell (luckily I caught it before it broke and cut me). Almost as if someone broke it and squeezed it together rather than reporting it.

Very disappointed and NOT worth the value.

There was no elevator; the atmosphere was masked with Pine-Sol, as were the rooms, two steps up from a campsite, one commode was loose & not secure to the floor, and one tub had an approximate 6-7 inch hole heavily caulked & patched. Tiny bugs of some type similar to gnats, cleanliness was marginal, lighting in one bathroom poor, missing lightbulbs, in dire need of an upgrade, upon arrival outside of the building in disrepair, the lobby smelled like dinner was ready, one remote required batteries, the two-night stay was expensive and not worth the $700 for two rooms. Service repairs requested on the commode, which was dangerous to sit on, were made at the desk & told it would be addressed, but it wasn't. Not handicap accessible, we were very disappointed with our stay, one small child running rampant & creating havoc in her pathway. I expect a considerable refund & will be contacting my credit card company for assistance on this stay. NOT a great experience after traveling 7 hours to a place like this. The breakfast options were also a bare minimum.😞

Not sure why there is a high rating for this hotel. Very run-down. Requested a handicap accessible room and they tried to give us a room on the 2nd floor (no elevator). We were able to get a room on the 1st floor though. Smelled like pinesol or marijuana. Floors and sheets in the room were dirty.

It was very loud in the building, with does being slammed all hours of the night, kids stomping in the room above us, and someone had a big barking dog. The room had a sour smell to it and when you walked on the floors barefoot within seconds your feet were black. I would not recommend staying here. The location was good but other than that not recommended.

Honestly for a cheap hotel that’s still clean it wasn’t horrible, but overall not somewhere I’d take a family. The walls and floors are paper thin. The cleaning staff was loud and inconsiderate by slamming doors and not being mindful of those sleeping. If I was driving through and didn’t wanna break the bank this would be acceptable, but long term I wouldn’t entertain it.

They said i could have my dogs so i requested a king size bed for me and my girlfriend. When i showed up they told me if i wanted my dogs i had to change my room to a double queen and it was more expensive. They also told me on the phone it was $15 for each dog and when i showed up they told me it was $20. The floors in the room where dirty and there were stains on the sheets. The tv was in spanish and i had to figure out how to change it back. I will bever stay here again.

I was running late and they accomodated me coming in late..about 10pm. But the Owner/ Manager greeted me in bare feet which seemed unprofessional.

However my room was close by and a cart by the door. Checking in and out was a breeze!

Our first morning there was no food restockedso we complained. She immediately sticked the eggs and sausage and checked the pancake batter.

The bathroom in the room had a really teeny door width wise and the toilet much too low to the ground and it rocked. I saw ine roach in the bathroom which kinda grossed me out and I killed it. But everything else was ok.

The beds were VERY comfortable with full sized pillows, not those stupid 1/2 pillows. Good microwave and fridge which we used. Two chairs without arms at a small table which I appreciated. And one floor lamp and overhead light by table which was good.

I also used the pool and it was nice and warm. Not cold at all as it was in the teens outside. I really appreciated that and had a very nice swim.

My stay was nice and they were so kind and let me check in early so I could get ready for a wedding. Very great customor service! The room was clean but the bathroom needs updated! The toilet was not connected to the ground and would lift off the tile with the slitest tilt. 😬 The bathtub, while clean, did not hold water and was too, out dated. The breakfast was extremely disappointing! Thank goodness I'm not a huge breakfast person.

The door handles coming in where gross. The fist room we where in had sticky floors and the lights on the wall was hanging by a thread. Tried to call front desk and the phone didn't work, had to use my cell phone. The other room smelled musty the first day but was ok the next..we maybe got used to the smell. Then beddind had old stains on them like a little dingy.

The cleaning lady was nice. But breakfast was bad, no pepper no biscuits and gravy,no fruit, no peanut butter ,cobwebs on ceilings. Cold sausages.they weren't very friendly. But our parking was close to our room which was nice and close to where we were going also nice. This is mainly for breakfast staff. If you're going to advertise that you have biscuits and gravy then you should have it.Windows ceils in our room could be cleaned and our toilet was loose. This is stuff you could do to make your place better but otherwise we had a good time.
