Overall we loved this hotel. The location can't be beat. The property was very nice, and I loved that breakfast is included. The rooms were clean modern and nice, but not luxurious. The rooftop pool, restaurant and bar had a great vibe, however there were only 6 sunbeds with mostly restaurant tables and sofas for drinks. For hotel guests who want to lie by the pool it's difficult to find a space. The staff was friendly and helpful

The Hotel de Paris is located in the heart of downtown St Tropez. Location is perfect and convenient for shopping, dining, and touring. Staff was warm and welcoming. The harbor was only a few minutes walking, and is a great place to be at night for dining and action. All the best stores are close to the hotel too! Great experience.

THE BEST CONCIERGE EVER

The best experience ever. The hotel is amazing and the concierge team, lead by Samuel, was fantastic, beyond words. They managed to accommodate us with reservations at the top restaurants in St Tropez and a 3-hour boat trip with captain Patrice that took us to the middle of the Sail boats' regatta (Voiles de St Tropez). I can't thank them enough and everyone should do that at least once in their lifetime.

This was such a lovely hotel to stay for our honeymoon. The staff could not be more amenable or excited for the two of us and even brought a complementary bottle of wine for the room! The hotel was also well situated in the city so it was easy to walk around and see the sites. The concierge was also very helpful in letting us know where to go and places to eat that fit our style. Could not recommend more for anyone traveling to St. Tropez!

Overall was good. Service was ok. concierge not very friendly. I am a Expedia gold member and they did not upgrade us and didn’t care. Rooms are not very spacious even though we had a suite. The toilet was next to the entry door and bathroom was in another side of the room,it was kind of weird. Low sealing and dark room, big balcony but totally exposed to the other rooms windows and courtyard with they served food there. I would rate it for a 4 star hotel and we paid $1100 a night. location was good. I’ll not go back again.

Great location with stunning view from rooftop.

We stayed only a night in St Tropez but our stay in this hotel was very nice. They upgraded us and our room had a nice terrace overlooking the courtyard. The rooftop bar and restaurant was very nice with a panoramic view. While all of this is lovely, the location was even better! Walking distance to most everything. We had a lovely stay.

Upon check-in, the first impression / lobby is impressive to say the least. The design of the hotel rooms are an acquired taste. This property’s location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the city. At €120 for a car wash, make sure to get your car washed before or after you check-in. The concierge team is good.

Great hotel, so nice to pull up to the front in busy Saint-Tropez and have car and bags taken care of. Great location, a few blocks to port and old town. Very modern style, which didn't bother me. Nice pool we never got to use but had view from the 4th floor roof. Friendly and helpful staff. Should have stayed another day, life is to short.

Central location, modern day classy boutique hotel

The hotel is located across the (narrow) street from the Chanel boutique, and is in an ideal location to walk almost anywhere. The staff reception and door staff are not the friendliest or most welcoming as you come and go. The housekeeping and room cleanliness was excellent. The Clarins spa is small, but very nice and quiet. Anna gave me a relaxing and long lasting OPI gel manicure. The roof top area is intimate - offering a pool and restaurant. The hotel is ideal for couples, it's quiet and romantic.

Tha staff was amazing. They made all dinner and beach club reservations for me and my dog. They were extremely friendly and welcoming me and my dog. They had a dog bowl and bed upon arrival. They also provide shuttle service to and from hotel to beach clubs. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were driving along the French Riviera, we stayed for two nights at the hotel de Paris saint tropez. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room were new with a minimalistic furniture. Room were spacious and the hotel had a prime location.
I suggest that they improve their breakfast options and TV channels variety

Great hotel in excellent location

the Hotel De Paris St Tropez is ideally located right one shop filled block from the main marina of St. Tropez and close to the center of town and every restaurant, nightclub and shop you will want to visit. The Hotel offers a free shuttle to any of the beaches or beach clubs, and offers valet parking (for a fee of course...) so we really did not need our car the entire time we were there. The hotel itself is very modern, stylish in a funky Paris manner, and the restaurants for breakfast and dinner, the rooftop lounge for a swim and drink at sunset, are all very well done, well attended and add to the experience. The staff was extremely attentive and polite and addressed our every need with ease. A great stay and I highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Fantastic hotel right in the center of everything

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic staff they couldnt do enough for us very friendly juzeppi resturant manager was amazing we celebrated our anniversary while out in st.tropez he got us a piano man to play to us while dinning .lots to do and see at st.tropez.we would deffinantly go back . Thank you to everyone at the hotel who made our stay relaxing and enjoyable hope to see you all again soon .

Perfect for first visit to St Tropez

Great experience right in the heart of town. We had a fabulous room with a view of the water and boats. They didn't have coffee to go in the morning, but everything else was top notch!

5 star luxury Hotel

This a 5 star luxury Clarins spa hotel. From the moment we arrived the service was welcoming and professional. We were upgraded to a suite by the hotel. All of the hotel staff were fantastic with nothing being too much trouble for them. Great breakfasts with a wide choice of foods. The roof top breakfast room had fabulous views of the hills and the bay. We would happily return to this hotel.

Good location, pool service not so good.

Front desk staff were very good. Concierge was great helping with fed exing a package for business. Pool service lacking and there is a shortage of lounge chairs & restaurant service was poor except for breakfast which was fine but quite costly.

Swanky hotel in St. Tropez

The Hotel Paris is THE place to stay in St. Tropez! It is walkable to everything and extremely close to shopping, restaurants, and the water. It's a beautiful hotel with excellent staff and modern rooms. The concierge was particularly helpful each day with restaurant reservations. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Deceptive façade reveals modern gem

Very modern interiors , including round bed & space like shower made for a refreshing change in luxury accommodation. Very expensive with no breakfast was a let down. Concierge great even went to pharmacy & bought nausea pills for our boat trip back.

Amazing room, facilities, staff and location

We stayed for two nights. We were greeted by the valet and the check in process was luxe with a fresh juice, bags waiting in our room and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The whole hotel is luxe 60s Brigitte Bardot inspired and is gorgeous from the Clarins spa, to the round giant bed, and the rain box shower. The concierge was really helpful for meal planning and was well located to the centre of town. The bar and restaurants mean it's tempting never to leave!

Amazing hotel

This hotel is truly amazing. The facade has been kept in line with the rest of the town but the inside is totally modern and completed to an excellent standard. The staff are all amazing and the receptionists speak excellent English. The duvet and pillows were changed for non-feather with no problems. Very central and easy to get anywhere. Make sure you check the roof top pool - the views are incredible.

Not worth it!

The hotel is very well located and the restaurant down stairs is very nice. However the hotel should not be rated a 5star hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels around the world this \"5star\" lacks tremendous efforts. The staff is not as warm or willing to go the extra mile. Wifi connect in rooms was useless (though they intend in fixing). I left the hotel and stood at a near by French hotel for 1/8 of the price and it was the best decision. Wifi was 100% great, included a typical french breakfast and free parking. The staff was extremely helpful and even upgraded my room since the one I requested was unavailable at due to prior guest not checking out yet. Hotel De Paris is a new hotel and I hope they fix the glitches. The bar at the lobby needs to have an inviting staff and ambiance. Ye rooftop was not even worth visiting as the pool is at the center of the roof and the staff just need to be attentive. It took 15 mins before someone greeted me and there were only two other guests there :( it seemed that the night before it rained and all the seats were wet!!! For a five star hotel I must say I would want to inquire about the 7 star one due it's standards not being up to part. Hotel de Paris guide yourself from the Four Seasons, the Plaza NYC, or even your neighboring boutique hotels. The 3 star one made you look extremely armature. Wish you the best. Merci for the clean room and comfy pillows.

Walking steps to the shopping area and the port

I just have to change my room due to a fault in the A/C, it took couple of calls to get them convinced that the room is hot and cannot stay more,also need to call them before leaving to service the room.
