Nice stay,friendly staff,breakfast was expecting continental but a nice surprise when there was hot cooked as well,very nice.hotel very nicely decorated for christmas.very nice area but unfortunately we visited out of season.only downside was the room was cold when we arrived and we didnt find the radiator until the next morning when we opened the curtains up then we turned it on,afterwards we did think it would have been turned on already knowing guests were arriving,apart from that couldnt fault anything and would definitely consider going again

I booked the Fletcher Hotel in Renesse in mistake, confusing it with the Fletcher Hotel Duinzicht. Both are in Ouddorp. Fletcher Hotels central booking system could not transfer the booking because it had been made through Hotels.com.
We didn't check in and made another booking at the other Fletcher Hotel in Ouddorp. I had to pay for the hotel I didn't stay in!

Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Easy parking in the back. The front appartments to the street were a bit noisy at night some windows were single glass windows. The TV was not working properly, needs a new screen. The dinner was nice prepared but not enough if you are hungry! Only one service person in the dining room: not enough staff, as always!

It is a Beach Hotel but we don't need to live with the sand of the former guest in our shower and room. The Staff was fantastic. They never mentioned on the website that meals need to be scheduled in the morning, then we can't eat at the restaurant when we arrived. There are many options to eat close to the hotel. It was not a big deal.

Wir können die ganz schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen, es handelt sich um ein einfaches 3* Hotel, mit ausreichend großen und eingerichteten Zimmern, täglichem Room- Service und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück. Die Lage zum Ort ist zentral und zumindest mit dem Rad kann man alles schnell erreichen.

Das erste was einem wortwörtlich entgegen schlägt, sobald man das Hotel betritt, ist der Gestank! Es riecht nach muffigem, alten Keller! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unfreundlich, wirkte lustlos. Auf die Frage, ob man am Strand parken könnte, antworte sie eiskalt mit \"nein!\". Gut dass wir uns selber überzeugen wollten und den riesigen Parkplatz am Strand benutzen konnten! Wäre sonst mit 2 kleinen Kindern ein Gepüngel von über 20 Gehminuten bis zum Strand geworden...

Dit hotel is hoognodig aan een grondige renovatie van de kamers en gangen nodig. Kamers zijn klein, heel gehorig en de badkamer is echt piepklein. Als je staat te douchen zit je al bijna op het toilet. Er hing een douchegordijn(?!?!) dat al zijn beste tijd had gehad en vieze tanden onderaan het gordijn had. Kamer was niet fris, net als dat het balkon dat niet was en op de gang hing een vieze lucht. Ik zou deze zeker niet aanraden en voor wat je krijgt is dit hotel ook nog eens veel te prijzig.

Wir brauchten kurzfristig eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht in Renesse. Aus unserer Erfahrung war das Hogel vor 40 Jahren zeitgemäß, vor 10 Jahren noch gerade akzeptabel, aber nach Übernahme durch Fletcher absolut keine Empfehlung mehr. Die Zimmer haben einen unübersehbaren starken Renovierungsstau.
Das Gebäude soll wohl absehbar abgerissen werden.

Over het algemeen voor zo'n gedateerd hotel goed. De kamer was schoon, het ontbijt goed, personeel vriendelijk. Maar helaas te weinig personeel. Ik kon bij aankomst na een lange rit geen bak koffie bestellen, en de receptioniste liep op haar tandvlees wat duidelijk te merken was.
