I realy enjoy the spa and the thai restaurant. My room was spacious and the eare quiet. The restaurant is maybe a bit expensive but you pay for what you get.

I stayed there 1 Night, It's truly amazing hotel.. Clean, and confirm room with Big bathroom + Shower. Location is far from the Sarnen station (Bus every hours or walk in 40mins), but I would say Walk to the hotel, you get to see more and enjoy the surroundings. Not much on the breakfast, some serials, bred, cheese and boiled egg.

Wir haben die vier Tage Aufenthalt genossen wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Sicht vom Balkon auf den Sarnersee einfach grossartig.

Der Spa ist eher klein aber super gemütlich, ist aufgrund der Grösse auch nicht überloffen voll. Freundliches Personal. Wir hatten das Budgetzimmer, haben also gewusst, dass die Zimmer es etwas kleiner sind. Zimmer waren sauber. Das Bett war jedoch etwas zu hart. Das Thairestaurant war der Hammer.

Unaufmerksamer, gleichgültiger Service, uraltes Haus, es riecht überall wie in einem Seniorenheim und hat auch das Ambiente. Betten sind sehr unbequem, Spa ist extrem klein, Schwimmen im Pool nicht möglich, da zu klein.

Für ein weekend getaway ist dieses Hotel gut. Die Wellness Anlage ist sehr schön. Wir sind mit Hund angereist ohne vorher anzumelden und wurden etwas „belehrt“ von der Rezeption. Strandbad mit Hundverbot konnten wir leider gar nicht benützen.

Hi there, Soo I was there for a weekend, and I paied more thank 200 francs per night. The room was soo small and the matress was very very uncomfortable. I really was very dissapointed about the room.
The spa is very nice but quite small. The service is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is delicious. If you go to this hotel you should book a room with lake view or a suite to be satisfied.

Great location with a very nice wellness center.
Wellness area is top. Restaurant: Thai dishes were very tasteful and plenty. Swiss main dish ( Kalbsbgeschnetzeltes) I had was at best a starter size with 10 tiny pieces of meat. They charged for water even though we ordered tap water which every Swiss restaurant has to provide for free, tap water being of perfect quality in Switzerland.

Rooms: overheated, no aircon, bathroom equipment not in good shape.
Overall: we might come back for the wellness experience only if we get a much better deal on the hotel stay. We were there for Pentecost weekend and considering the rates, we didn't find it to be a good deal.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen, kürzlich renovierten Wellnessbereich. Es liegt etwas oberhalb des Sees, hat jedoch direkt am See einen Badeplatz mit WC, Kabinen und Liegestühlen. Im Sommer ein schönes Plätzchen am wunderbaren Sarnensee. Das Hotel ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ideal zum entspannen.
