Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, großen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern.

Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Liebe zum Detail, viele Bilder an der Wand, Dekorationen in den Fensterbrettern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sonderwünsche werden sofort erfüllt.
Herausragend war meiner Meinung nach das Frühstück. Dieses ist zwar sehr teuer, aber es war auch wirklich lecker mit frischen Brötchen, Lachs, Salaten, frischen, Erdbeeren, guten Säften etc.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Was könnte besser sein? Der Pool dürfte gerne etwas wärmer sein. Und der Tennisplatz wirkt dann doch etwas heruntergekommen. Aber wie cool, dass es überhaupt einen gibt!

Akzent Hotel Heide Kroepke – Hannover Messe

It’s a good very clean hotel with friendly staff.
Approximately 30 minutes drive from the exhibition centre.

Only trouble was information how to use the internet connection.
Some frustration in the beginning but was solved within the hour.

Gutes Hotel mit hilfsbereiten Personal

Ich war an diesem Wochenende das zweite mal in dem Hotel habe unter anderem auch das Schwimmbad und den Fitnessraum genutzt. Wie beim letzten Besuch war das Personal sehr hilfbereit und nett. Das Zimmer hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen. Diesmal mit Badewanne und separater Toilette, gerade die separate Toilette gefällt mir sehr gut. Habe ich bis jetzt nur einmal in Spanien erlebt. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und gut. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Ontbijt kon online geboekt worden bij 1-persoonskamer voor € 9, maar niet bij de 2-persoonskamer.terplaatse kostte ontbijt plots €24,5.. Reclame voor gratis flesje water op de kamer lag er nog, maar het flesje ontbrak. Etui voor de kam bij de toiletartikelen lag er, maar de kam niet. Verlichting in de badkamer brandde maar half. Drinkwatertank in de wellness was leeg...niet wat mag verwacht worden van een 4* hotel

Im grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht ganz einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu zuordnen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz okay. Auch hier hätte die Auswahl etwas besser sein können. Auch nicht ganz einem Hotel dieser Klasse gerichtet.

The room was big and clean. Modern furniture and a good bathroom. The only downside of the room are the pillows on the bed. They are to light like the most hotels do. Normally I bring always me own pillow. Only this night I don’t :(. Except the pillows everything was perfect.

Super til familier. Tæt på Serengeti Park og 30 min kørsel fra HeidePark. Morgenmad var perfekt! Aftenbuffet var dog lidt skuffende, men man kan køre til en af de omkringliggende byer og spise. Man skal dog køre, da hotellet ligger midt ude i ingenting. Roligt og familievenligt, lækkert poolområde

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das dringend renovierungsbedürftig ist. Billige und heruntergekommene Einrichtung der Zimmer. Sehr laute Lage zwischen Autobahn und Landstraße. Unmöglich bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Der Spielplatz kaum nutzbar. Schwimmbad, Frühstück und Fitnessbereich waren in Ordnung. Insgesamt aber deutlich überteuert, was Übernachtung und Verpflegung betrifft.

Guter Durchschnitt

Das Hotel ist gut an die Autobahn angebunden. Das Zimmer ist ok, allerdings sind die Möbel alt und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Der Laminatboden zieht den Staub an. Das Bad wurde vor einiger Zeit renoviert und ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück passt soweit, allerdings fehlt noch einiges in Richtung Begeisterung. Insgesamt guter Durchschnitt für ein 4-Sterne-Haus. Superior finde ich nicht.

Beim Abendessen gab es leider nur Buffet im Restaurant, hätte mir ein paar einzelne Gericht zur Auswahl gewünscht.

Frühstück in Buffetform war absolut i.O.

Hotelzimmer sehr groß, Einrichtung stammt noch aus früheren Zeiten aber absolut sauber und i.O.

Pool im Schwimmbad war ganz schön und alles war hier modern eingerichtet.

Wir waren durchaus zufrieden!

Ruhiges Landhotel mit Wellness

Hotel liegt sehr einsam und daher ruhig in Mitten von Feldern. Für Radfahrer bestens geeignet. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Badezimmer auf den neuesten Stand. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert. Abendessen gibt es a la carte oder als Halbpension. Geschmacklich befriedigend bis gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist mit Schwimmbad und zwei Saunen ok.

Bei Ankunft im Hotel lag unsere Buchung nicht vor, welches durch ein Problem auf Seiten des Hotels entstanden ist. Insgesamt mussten wir während unseres zwei Tägigen Aufenthalts zwei mal das Zimmer wechseln. In der zweiten Nacht war dann auch noch eine Hochzeit im Hotel, was dazu führte das es nicht sonderlich ruhig war. Außerdem haben wir am ersten Abend im Restaurant des Hotels gegessen, leider mussten wir 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Abschließend lässt sich festhalten, dass der Service und das „Katastrophenmanagement“ noch ausgebaut werden kann.

Das Eingebaute Solarium auf dem Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. In mehreren Ecken Spinnenweben und Toilette war nicht sehr sauber. Alles andere war sehr gut.

Vi havde et stop-over på vej hjem fra Spanien. Et fantastisk sted med dejlig wellness, god mad og super venligt personale. Én nat var bare for lidt, så vi må derned igen🙂

Utmärkt frukost, bättre kan inte tänkas. Något störd av motorvägsljud. Trevlig personal och bra restaurang. Ett bra hotell att stanna vid på väg mot Puttgarden.
