Drove 45 minutes to location only to be told that their system had messed up and that they didn’t not have a room for me. Said they called my cell phone but showed them the call log he said it never rang. Did not get my two year-old in bed till after midnight because of their communication. Had to drive 45 minutes back in town to find a room.

All was good with the room. Spacious, and newly remodeled. Really noisy - several trucks were left running through the night. Didn’t affect sleep, but weren’t able to enjoy sitting or visiting outside.

The facilities were clean and supplied with all condiments needed for a comfortable stay. Oru room door was very hard to open, at the point of almost calling the front desk to open door from outside. Breakfast was not that appealing. We arrived at 8 am and there was not much to pick on the breakfast items. We settled for toast and coffee and a few potatoes. There was no host to be found. Could not find napkins or someone at the front desk. So despite all these things, I give an average score.

The room was clean. The TV had only one channel and had to go to desk to find out the receiver had to be propped up. The next morning for breakfast, the coffee machine was broken, not good, the coffee in the room did not brew well. Had to go elsewhere for coffee ☕. The staff was nice.

We didn't get maid service which really wasn't a deal breaker. The staff was very customer oriented. They treated you very well. Breakfast was cold when we got there, but a few seconds in the microwave fixed that. Anyway, the next time I am there, I will use the Quality Inn.

We checked in about 5:00PM and went to our son's house for the evening. We returned about 9:30 PM only to find that the heater was not working. The young lady from the front desk tried to get it working but was not successful. She moved us to an adjoining room and we spent the remaining time in the new room.

This was our 2nd stay at this location, we were here last Jan. This time the room we got had a few issues, the handle on the outside of our door was loose, the fridge was very unbalanced, the light fixture in the bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a repair. I know this is just little things but the just felt like they were overlooked details. I would stay at this location again, just hope the details are better taken care of.

Hotel is just OK. Dated, but mostly clean. No bugs. We were there 3 nights and asked to have the room cleaned and towels replaced. That didn't happen and they were out of clean towels. Good thing we had hung up our used towels...Many smokers outside every evening. Impossible for smoke smell to not filter into the rooms through the A/C.

The staff were very nice....however, this was the worst Quality Inn I have ever stayed at. It was old, musty, dirty and needed cosmetic work a lot. They are very skimpy with towels and paint off the walls....just overall not worth what I paid for. The continental breakfast offered no fruit and overall was not tasty. I hope they can spend some time and effort in making this worth staying at for people traveling.

Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms smelled of feces and urine, and were infested with bed bugs and fleas. Front desk clerk stated she didn’t think they could have spread so far, stating that the rooms below had been left in deplorable condition by some extended stay guests. Hotel refused to give a refund even though they were aware there was a problem. They claim they are taking extra precautions to clean due to C19 pandemic, if so then those rooms should never have been used for guests until they ensured their cleanliness and safety. Pictures and video are being provided to the hotel’s corporate management as well as to the local Board of Health.

I'm still yet to receive my $50 deposit back from this establishment. The front counter guy reassured me it would be credited back to my account no more then 24 hours after my check out time. I know for a fact I left the room in great shape, and there would of been no reason for them to keep my deposit!

I understand COVID and understand the reasoning. But if you are advertising a free
Continental breakfast, you should clarify at checkin.
We waited to eat until 1/2 hour before we had to be someplace and didn’t have time to stop elsewhere for breakfast. We absolutely would have had no problem leaving a bit earlier, but we were not informed.

Walking in the door to the room, we were hit by an extreme musty smell. The the carpets were damp, so it made the room feel very unclean, even though it looked neat. We checked in late, so turned on the air conditioning and went to bed. The smell improved by morning, and the carpet wasn’t as damp.

This is a motel, not a hotel, small outdoor pool closed. Rooms are outdated in both style and technology convenience. No USB charging ports, small TV, low water pressure, terrible shower heads, hard small towels. Breakfast was typical, service was polite and very helpful. Definitely time for a remodel especially for the rates for the room. Very basic outdated motel. I paid 80 a night, but in my opinion it isn't worth 50 a night.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was 8 of us that went to the dining area and played dominoes during the evening. The staff were very efficient and courteous. We live in Oklahoma but will keep this motel in mind when we are headed that direction.
