Hotel located about 1.5 kilometers from the centre so a bit of walking required.
Lovely swimming pool.
Helpful staff.
Nice large room, but neighbours from a bus tour arriving home at 1:30 in the morning, talking loudly in the corriders and letting kids run around also.
Asked them to quiet down which they ignored.

Hotel is located about a 20 minute level walk from the city centre with easy road access and ample parking. A large resort style hotel with good pool but a little tired and dated. Our room was large and comfortable but lacked some amenities such as safe deposit box and extra pillows. But air con worked well and bathroom with bath and shower was good.did not use dining facilities as we walked into city centre for Dinner. The service in cafeteria at breakfast was non existent so left and stopped on route for tea/coffee etc. All in all it was acceptable for our one night stop.

Great base for Úbeda, Baeza and Jaén.

Lovely old style hotel. We travelled in late April so it was reasonably quiet. The air conditioning in our part of the hotel was central a/c and wasn’t due to be switched over from heat for a few weeks (or so we were told by the very helpful staff). This meant we were very hot at night as we had some unusually warm weather. The a/c was eventually switched on on 1st May so it may be worth checking if this is something you think may affect your trip. We had great views from our room with large patio doors, the room was very clean and serviced daily.
The ‘gym’ was basic and appeared to be poorly maintained with an old bike, one working cross trainer and one broken one, some free weights and broken multi -gym.
We only had breakfast , no other meals, it was typically Spanish style, a good range of meats, eggs, ham, cheeses, cereals, pastries, breads etc. coffee was good too.

Hotel is located slightly out of the historic area, about 15 walk to the start of the sites but right by a Lidl and Carrefour if you need one! Parking can be paid for at hotel €10 a day but we found free street parking and regularly a free spot near the Carrefour petrol station!
Overall, the hotel and staff were very good and we would stay again.

Good location although a 10-15 min walk into town, staff very helpful, room clean with all facilities, breakfast excellent choice of food and drinks. Tea, water and coffee in room. Even helped start my car that had a flat battery.

Good and convenient

Stayed in the hotel one night. It is about 15-20 minutes walking to the old city. The service at the front desk was excellent: welcoming and very efficient. The room was very comfortable and everything functioned very well. The only two things are not to be praised: (i) there was a big lack of order in the breakfast room. A big group left just before I came in, so there were no almost available tables to sit at; there was almost no food left to be chosen from, coffee had to be asked for instead of just using pitchers, and it took some time before all this became available; (ii) an access to the upper floors was through the service elevator due to failure of the main elevators.
Other than that, the hotel was very good.

A luxury hotel

A luxury hotel tucked in a quiet town with great views. The room was very spacious. The Furniture, from the premium bedding to the desk and chairs, were all luxurious. You feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel, if not more. The staff are very friendly and know their town quite well. It is worth the money spent. Highly recommend it

We stayed just 1 night with breakfast. Staff at the reception spoke only rudimentary English and there was quite noisy party until midnight. Otherwise the room had nice view of the surroudings. It is located at the end of the city, quite inconveniently for sightseeing. The breakfast was good, cooked but nothing special.

Do not Eat at this hotel

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Ubeda and it is quite a walk to the historic centre. The great disappointment is the restaurant. The meals are quite expensive for Spain and the food quality is very poor. A spaghetti with ham and mushroom starter had 1 small piece of mushroom and no ham; the steak was inedible and the chocolate desert had a very watery chocolate sauce. The waiter stood over us waiting for us to finish our meals. My request for a refund was refused and my formal complaint email has not been responded to. I would not recommend this hotel.

easy to find from the bypass road.decent sized rooms, small poky bathrooms. staff good. had one night here and it was o.k. so had another night the next week when coming back to the area. cold breakfast items very good, but hot items very poor. value for money.

Pedimos el cambio de habitación porque estaba llena de polvo, tanto suelo como mobiliario. La que nos dieron después, el baño lleno de pelos por todos lados. Nos dio por comprobar si estaba limpio el colchón y la funda... una fiesta de adn.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones

El hotel es muy cómodo y está bien ubicado. La piscina es muy amplia y la terraza donde esta es de ensueño. Recomendable para quedarse aquí y explorar esta ciudad que es Patrimonio de la Humanidad, ya que el centro está a unos 10 minutos a pie. También es bueno para viajar a otros lugares porque está cerca del acceso a la ciudad. En estos momentos tienen personal y servicios reducidos en algunos horarios por el tema del Covid-19, pero para mí es entendible.

Me gustó mucho que tuvieran en cuenta las peticiones especiales de la habitación. Muy buen trato en recepción y buen desayuno. Ubicación buena.
La parte negativa fue que se estaban celebrando dos bodas y se escuchó la música durante toda la noche ( hasta las 5 de la mañana o incluso más tarde ). Era lejana y no me impidió dormir pero me resultó molesto.

Das Zimmer war super und wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer zum Pool mit einem tollen Blick auf die Landschaft. Allerdings ist bei der Beschreibung angegeben dass es einen Safe im Zimmer gibt, das stimmt leider nicht. Schade auch dass es keine Liegen am Pool gab.

Accueil très agréable. À partir de cet hôtel nous avons tout fait à pied. Petit déjeuner à4€ sur la terrasse (salade de fruit, jus d'orange charcuterie, fromage, pain, yaourt, confiture et café). Par contre parking gratuit mais pas très peu de place. Nous avons eu de la chance d'en avoir une.

Situado fuera del centro histórico de Úbeda, pero en un entorno lleno de servicios, es un hotel moderno y al mismo tiempo no exento de cierta personalidad. Las habitaciones tirando a grandes para su categoría, las camas cómodas, las toallas no muy buenas, la señal WiFi pobre, el bar barato y el desayuno en la línea de lo que cabe esperar; una pena que estando en Andalucía no incluya churros, con lo baratitos que son y, por tanto, lo a cuenta que salen para el hotel.

HOTEL QUE NO RESPONDE A UN 4 ESTRELLAS

Hotel de 4 estrellas que no se merece ni dos. Me he hospedado durante tres días, el primer día la nevera empieza a emitir un ruido espantoso, consigo mover un mueble que debe pesar como treinta kilos para poder desenchufarla, bajo a recepción y les pido que suban a mirar el frigorífico, respuesta de la recepcionista, “uy, nuestras neveras hacen mucho ruido”, insisto que ese ruido no es “mucho ruido”, respuesta, “pues por las tardes no hay servicio de mantenimiento, tendrá que ser mañana”, después de reiteradas quejas, me he ido del hotel sin que me solucionaran el tema de la nevera, tres días en un hotel sin nevera con 40 grados de temperatura en la calle. El segundo día, llego a mi habitación a las 13,45 y me encuentro la puerta abierta de par en par, mi ropa por encima de la cama, la cama sin hacer, las maletas cambiadas de sitio, mi pijama en una silla y un señor pintando una pared de la habitación. Nadie responde a mi indignación, el director se esconde en su despacho sin tener la vergüenza de dar la cara, con una falta de responsabilidad y ética digna de merito. El día que abandono el hotel, salgo de viaje a las 7,40 de la mañana y si no pago un bufet de 10 euros, no me puedo tomar un café, porque la cafetería de este vergonzoso hotel solo abre a partir de las 9 de la mañana. Si llegas a las 23,15 y quieres subirte una botella de agua fría, porque la nevera que tienes en la habitación no funciona, es imposible, la cafetería está cerrada. Ni en una fonda tienes ese trato.

El hotel en general esta muy bien y los empleados muy amables.Solo le pondría más productos en el baño,los que tienen son escasos y por ejemplo no había ni gorro,ni peine ni cepillo de dientes,ni siquiera en todo el hotel una esponja para limpiar los zapatos.es una pena porque estos pequeños detalles hacen que el hotel realmente merezca cuatro estrellas.Un poco caro en la relación calidad precio.

Echt een vier sterren hotel met vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Ligging is prima voor bezoeken aan de historische steden in de omgeving. Meestel zoeken we een restaurant in de omgeving, maar het eten was erg goed en niet duur.

El hotel es bastante normal. Tiene buena limpieza y las instalaciones son algo antiguas, aunque no malas. El precio es elevado, pero en Úbeda los precios son todos en esta línea, ya que, la ciudad merece mucho la pena. Quizá algo alejado y con poco aparcamiento en la misma calle. En general aprobado, pero sin sobresaliente. Volvería y lo recomendaría, aunque también probaría otros.

Tivemos um problema na reserva, qdo chegamos havia 2 reservas no meu nome idênticas, eles quiseram me cobrar, o erro foi do hoteis.com, tentei mt falar com a empresa, mas não consegui, pedi ajuda ao meu filho, que estava em outro pais , e, eles resolveram. Qto ao resto tudo otimo.

La habitación MUY RUIDOSA (se oían TODOS los remolques de la cosecha de la aceituna ) . EL WIFI no llegaba casi la señal. El cuarto de baño no tenia calefacción y no podíamos ducharnos por el frio. Y para Mi lo más IMPORTANTE es que pedi que fuera Cama DE MATRIMONIO que era MUY IMPORTANTE y cuando llegamos eran 2 camas. Y no había manera de conseguir ya ninguna, y eso que la reserva se hizo con muchísima antelación. COSECUENCIA DE ELLO DORMIMOS 2 PERSONAS EN 1 CAMA PEQUEÑA Y LA OTRA VACIA. La Experiencia para nosotros ha sido horrible. Y es un 4 Estrellas.... creo que sobran más comentarios.

Hotel reformado pero con reminiscencias de antiguo

Al llegar no encontraban mi reserva. El hotel está al otro extremo de la zona turística. Hotel ruidoso hasta que terminan el servicio de restaurante en los salones de que dispone ( sobre las 00:00 h) y habitaciones mal insonorizadas. Se oye hablar por el pasillo y toser en las habitaciones contiguas. Solo hay un ascensor para todo el hotel.
