There was no coffee maker in room, no welcome bottle of water for guests on their first day check in and the worse part was that no taxi available to take us to the Bus station, we had to walk with our luggage all the way to the bus station 😞

The design of this property is so dated. The courtyard is such a poor use of space. The rooms at the rear of the property are a long walk to the elevator and tend to lack light. This property is overrun by tour groups.

what a treat!

We arrived at the TRH Cuidad Baeza having had some very hectic city stays. On arrival, the receptionist was really helpful, providing a map and advice on where to visit Checkin was easy, including the parking of our car. The hotel is in a really tranquil setting, very close to amenities and attractions. We had two nights in calm surroundings - just what we needed to recharge our batteries!

Really good hotel, marvelous breakfast. Hotel central lots of restaurants nearby. Take the mini train to find your way around only 4.50. Hotel deceptively small from outside but huge inside. Large rooms, restaurant and courtyard impressive

Great hotel in the middle of Baeza

I have already been to Baeza and know how easy is to park on the street if you don't mind walking a bit to the hotel. This hotel has own parking but very limited places so, as soon as I saw an space on the street I parked and there was only 5 min walk to the hotel.
It is very well located if you want to visit Baeza, staff pleasant enough and both room and bathroom was well clean.
I will only say that the television should be a bit bigger and have some coffee facilities in the room to make it not good but excellent.
Breakfast was well stocked.
This was a monastery but, apart from the arches in the patio, there is not much to see.
I will definitely recommend this hotel as it is both near the old town and restaurants.

Beware: Half Board limitation hidden

Nice stay spoilt by Expedia not displaying that drinks with your\"half board\" meal will cost extra. Hotel insist they have asked twice for the change to be made!

Great staff but a bit noisy

The hotel is very well situated and the staff welcoming. There is a parking in the hotel, wich is a big plus. The only drawback is the noise, all the floors are in marble and you hear people walking. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor.

We were welcomed by friendly staff to a cool peaceful hotel on a very hot day Perfect location for sights and bars/cafes. good underground parking for 11E a night which had large spaces and was also cool!! Although we did not eat in the hotel it had a good menu and was popular with locals - a good sign!! delightful inner courtyard where you could have coffee, wine or food. Very attentive staff. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is conveniently located in the centre of town close to attractions, shops and bars. It is clean throughout, the staff are helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, air con worked well although was a little noisy, wi-fi also worked. Lovely relaxed courtyard and bar with prices that were incredibly good value. Only advice I would give is not to use the hotel car park which has an extremely tight entrance off a narrow street. We used it one night but decided to use the secured public underground car park a stone's throw away after that ... the cost was the same. Would also recommend El Torreon tapas bar near the town gate - cheap, delicious and good portions.

We just missed a festival but arrived in the afternoon to see women and children is flamenco costumes and many happy people moving about. So a walk in the evening was convenient, right out the hotel door to the city center. /the room was clean but for more than one night it would not have been adequate due to lack of storage, table or chairs. The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant for the price. TheVirginia and Aly did not serve hot foods but offered soy milk, important to my husband's diet and plenty of choices for a nice meal.

A nice hotel with not so nice beds.

Matrasses too hard, really unconfortable. Rooms too small. Air conditioning in reception and bar areas, too weak, even for the few Spanish guests we met there. The best thing about this hotel is the personnel, wonderful personnel, dependable, likeable, extremely kind. I hope some day this hotel will deserve such wonderful personnel.

Well placed for seeing the sights

Very convenient for walking around all the historic sights of this small town, but very difficult to access by car, even with Google maps in hand, due to the one-way system in the narrow streets.

Excellent Mid-Range Hotel & Location

My family stayed at TRH Baeza in late May for 2 days and 1 night, while we visited the beautiful Rennaisance towns of Baeza and Ubeda, but I wish we had stayed longer! The hotel is difficult to find, due to all the narrow, one-way street, but it is well worth it. Our rooms were more than adequate and clean, with balcony doors that opened onto the street, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and breeze. There is a central courtyard which is lovely, and the breakfast room is nice, with cloth tablecoverings and arched windows overlooking the courtyard. The hotel is within very easy walking distance of the main, tree-lined pedestrian square, lined with restaurants, as well as the tourist center and ancient gate into the city. Parking is available underneath the hotel, for a fee. Ask for a map of the city and its attractions at the front desk. All-in-all, this is a very nice place to stay, AND a great value.

Muy buen hotel céntrico, probamos la comida de la cafetería y la relación calidad precio era muy buena. La habitación acusaba cierto desgaste aunque era grande y cómoda, se filtraba algo de ruido de la calle a través de la ventana, se agradecería un mejor aislamiento en ese sentido. Personal muy atento y amable. Se puede aparcar fácil a 5 minutos andando del hotel.

Trevligt boende på bästa läge

Mycket trevligt Hotell på bästa läge. Dock ligger det mitt inne i smågränderna så lite jobbigt att köra till parkeringen. Rummet är rymligt och trevligt. Tyvärr fungerade inte air conditioning, men det gick rätt bra ändå. Spolningen på toaletten fungerade dåligt så vattnet rann oftast i toaletten. Frukosten var mycket bra och innehöll allt man kan önska. Personalen var mycket trevliga och gav verkligen det lilla extra i sitt bemötande. Även med några småsaker som inte fungerade på rummet är det högsta betyg och kommer absolut att bo här igen.

Schöner Aufenthalt!Empfehlenswert!

Beste Lage direkt im Stadtkern von Baeza.Viele oder die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nah fussläufig zu erreichen.Eine gute Standortwahl!Zimmer sind zweckmässig.kein Luxus.Leider sehr hellhörig.Ich konnte den direkten Nachbarn schnarchen hören,war aber für uns weiter kein Problem.Frühstück ist sehr gut.Grosse Auswahl von allem.Vor dem Hotel gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit.Entweder man nutzt die nicht gut bewertete Hotelgarage für relativ viel Geld oder man nutzt die kostenlosen Parkplätze der Stadt,waswir auch taten.Sind halt 5 bis 10 Minuten Fussmarsch vom Hotel entfernt.Je nachdem.Ich selbst habe 3 gesehen.Bei Abreise war das Wetter mal nicht so toll,sodass wir noch etwas nass wurden bevor wir unser Auto erreicht haben.Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.Wir haben viel gesehen in einer schönen Gegend die nicht überlaufen ist.Wir würden wiederkommen.

Por problemas personales teníamos que anular la última noche y no hay teléfono de contacto para solucionar nada,ademas tienes que enviar un correo electrónico y esperar a que te contesten y lo hacen en inglés.
Hemos tenido que pagar toda a estancia aunque hemos salido antes.No volveré a hacer nada con vosotros.

Best location in Baeza

The location is perfect when arriving by car, easy to find. You can walk to everything and the old parts of town are beautiful, over all charming and clean. The hotel breakfast was perfect, very fresh produce. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. We are very happy to have chosen the best hotel.

Reservé 2 habitaciones. Una Suite y una normal.
La Suite fue perfecta, en la normal era imposible descansar por los ruidos que se escuchaban. Las habitaciones normales dan a la calle y es imposible descansar allí….pub cerca, camiones pasando, el camión de basura…etc imposible descansar en el hotel si reservas una habitación normal.

Cosas positivas la ubicación, que es excelente y el desayuno buffet que es muy muy completo; también que se puede aparcar el coche de forma gratuita relativamente cerca, sin ningún problema. Cosas no tan positivas, pues que quizás las habitaciones necesiten ya una reforma, el hotel tiene ya sus años y eso hace que el hotel sea más de 3 estrellas que de 4; un poco ruidoso por los ruidos de la calle, no está bien insonorizado. Resultado final estancia agradable, recomendable.

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen t.o.v. het centrum van Baeza en de bezienswaardigheden. Maar toen wij er overnachtten, waren er bijna dagelijks (grote) groepen. Daardoor is het als privé persoon bijna onmogelijk om rustig te ontbijten. Je kan uiteraard wachten tot de groep weg is (wat wij hebben gedaan), maar dan is er ontzettend veel lawaai van de opruimploeg. Zij hielden echt geen rekening met de weinige privé personen die er zaten en gooiden (lees: kletterden) de borden en het bestek op hun afruim karretje.
De straatkant is ook vrij luidruchtig 's nachts.

Hotel ciudad en pleno corazón de Baeza, Patrimonio de la Humanidad. Habitación sencilla y cómoda, me dieron dobleuso y yo reservé individual. La recepcionista rubia (no me acuerdo de wu nombre) muy agradable y cercana. Sólo estuve una noche, pero repetiré sin duda si he de voover a dormir en Baeza. Una estancia corta, pero muy agradable

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Baeza. Limpieza y medidas covid correctas. Desayuno completo aunque podría mejorar la bollería y los zumos (son de máquina). La habitación que nos dieron tenía un tamaño aceptable aunque para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas podría ser un poco más grande (el armario al lado de la cama se come parte de la habitación). El hotel tiene un problema, y es que está situado al lado de un pub/discoteca que abre los fines de semana hasta las 4 de la mañana. En la habitación que nos dieron se escuchaba la música durante toda la noche y cuando cerraron fueron los propios clientes los que seguían gritando por la calle. Así que esa noche no pudimos dormir bien. Al día siguiente lo comentamos en recepción y nos dieron solución cambiándonos a otra habitación alejada del pub y de mejor categoría por las molestias. La atención del personal fue excelente, tanto de Rafaela al solucionarnos el problema como de Loli al hacer el check-in.

Buena estancia de tres noches

El hotel está muy bien, la limpieza muy buena, de la comida nonpodemos opinar pues solo teniamos alojamiento, en pleno centro de Baeza en un edificio antiguo restaurado.
Lo único regular es el aparcamiento por la zona pero el hoten dispone de garaje.

Increíble hotel cerca de todo!!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía, nos hicieron un up grade de habitación por cortesía ya que la primera habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y por el ruido no se podía abrir la ventana . Muy amable el personal y un desayuno buffet muy rico y completo .
