This hotel sent me a cancellation notice less than 24 hours before check-in. They stated: \"Due to unexpected inventory availability, your reservations at the WorldMark Victoria has been cancelled\". I would not recommend booking with this hotel. We had to scramble to find accommodation on a very busy Canada Day long weekend with only 20 hours to do so. This has been a terrible experience & we are still waiting for a refund.

Overall a good experience, especially if you are a large family like ours - the need to buy WiFi, non-standard housekeeping (you can call to request towels and amenities vs a getting your room tended to), and a small : narrow underground parking for a truck to navigate put this at 4 for us (vs a 5).

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the suite was big and well equipped with everything we needed. The Murphy bed was a nice improvement over a pullout couch, so that was great.
My biggest complaint is that when I booked it said I would get a second bedroom with two twins, but upon check in we learned it had a queen bed - the twins were a big deciding factor for us because we had three boys along and they didn't want to share beds.
My second complaint is that we had to pay extra for wifi, it was spotty, and it cost more if you wanted more than 2 devices connected.
The third complaint is that the outdoor pool was pretty cold, and the hottub was definitely not HOT, and only chest deep.. I figured if it was open in November it would be heated to a more enjoyable temp.. that wasn't the case. Regardless my kids did enjoy it, but for shorter periods.
The overall cost was good, and the location on the water was nice, but it is a pretty far walk from downtown, so we did need to drive more than I anticipated.

Loved the condo. Need to be able to walk a bit to town but a beautiful walk. Living area a bit small and furniture lacked a bit of comfort but view was wonderful. Watched seaplanes take off and land. Right next to Fisherman’s Wharf where you can take a ferry taxi to town if you need. They are a bit pricey and Uber might be cheaper. Checkout is 10am which is a bit early being checkin isn’t till 4. I’d still return.

Great property to stay at for a few days in Victoria. Easy to walk to town (about 15 mins) but very cute around Fisherman’s Wharf and you can also take a harbour ferry into town if walking or driving isn’t your thing. Our suite was great - had everything we needed and a nice view to boot! Only issue was that our pick up truck wouldn’t fit in the underground parking (6’6 parking limit). They have about 5 spots out front for oversized vehicles but those always seemed to be taken so street parking it was.

Stayed a few nights from Sept 23-26th, 2023. Arrived pretty early at the hotel, so our room was not ready but the staff was very friendly and accommodating, checked us in and told us they would send a text when the room was ready. The last 2 days of our stay they had a subcontractor start some upgrades on their existing concrete during the day, only time we really noticed any noise was when we went outside.
Our room was on the 2nd level facing the street so it was a little loud at night with all the car traffic but i don't hold that against them one bit, still able to get decent sleep. My kids loved the pools, was a little cold outside so the heated pools were a nice touch.
Personally i liked the gym, i was in there at about 7am every morning we stayed, it was very clean and empty so i could lift heavy weights without feeling rushed or work in with someone who was lifting lighter. One thing i would recommend there is they get a set of rope grips for tricep extensions but again thats not a deal breaker.
All in all, good trip, great stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks and will definitely book here again next time we come to Victoria

Check out requested we take our garbage to the dumpsters inside the parking garage. Don't know if that's just this place or a Canadian thing, but we've never emptied our garbage at a hotel before this.

Excellent facility in all ways: front desk staff more than helpful, pleasant and upbeat, two bedroom corner unit was quiet, clean, bright and had everything a person could want, lovely location on the inner harbour, pool and hot tub were clean and warm, fitness facility clean and equipment in great condition. We will definitely stay again.

We prefer it to any other apartment hotel in Victoria, very clean, kitchen is impeccably clean no sticky surfaces, has everything you need, they even provide spices, and supply more of what you need.
The bbq on the balcony is amazing and a great feature. Laundry in the apartment comes in handy.
Also during covid it’s nice that the rooms are opened to the outside and you don’t have to walk through hallways and take elevators.

Very nice place perfectly located to walk to most destinations (downtown Victoria, Chinatown, Fishermen’s wharf, parliament). Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great, especially with Covid 19 measures put into place. Only drawbacks were lack of air conditioning (although you are on the water so it’s usually breezy) and very tight entrance/exit to/from parkade. Will definitely stay here again if in town.
