The property was genuinely lovely. We arrived at around 11.30 pm, placed in a smaller room than requested until 12am the next day and reallocated to a larger family room, but it was not the room we requested as we asked for a sea view. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The property was in a great location the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and their service was second to none consistently.
There is an option to take up a Hammam which is free! And we would thoroughly recommend to try the experience from the trained staff within the Luna Blanca we also followed up directly after with a full body massage from the excellent “Spa Team” led by Erkan which was a payable extra but completely worth it and made you feel so relaxed after!
The food was excellent and whatever type of traveller you are you can go and eat 22 hours a day in one of the many restaurants on offer whether your an early bird or a late riser.
The “all inclusive” part of the property was fantastic as the drinks alcoholic or non alcoholic were all of a good brand and no additional payment for most drinks (premium wine and champagne an additional charge) having said that the wines on offer red or white were of a top quality.
Also Ice-creams available too!
The rooms were serviced and thoroughly cleaned daily to a high standard with mini bar (non alcoholic) a part of your “all inclusive”
All public areas immaculately maintained too!
There is also a service which is great and part of your all inclusive which is pool/beach towels run under a simple but effective manner included in the “all inclusive”

Our entire stay was amazing! We used the spa but noticed that the staff was not wearing masks during our 2 hour session. The spa experience was not as great as it could have been. They had children running around during the hammam and it was quite loud. The hotel and staff were incredible and all so friendly. Our room, the food, the pool and beach were all amazing. The one thing that needs upgrading is the WiFi. It kept going in and out and horribly slow. If you plan on doing some work on your phone or laptop, beware. Nonetheless, I would return and stay at this property again.

Nice clean hotel with a couple of issues.

We stayed 3 days in the Luna Blanca. Caters mainly for the German market, but unlike some of the hotels along in Side, at least most of the staff could speak a bit of English. Very clean hotel with co-vid safety measures in place. Just a pity not everyone followed them, both staff and guests. Food in the restaurants was varied and of decent quality, however it sometimes took an age to get served from bored looking staff. There certainly wasn’t any noticeable queuing system in place in the restaurant and there didn’t really appear to be enough staff to keep on top of the cleaning of tables. Overall, it was a good experience and we are booked to go back at Christmas.

Great place to stay, the hotel is 4 mins walk away from the private beech and well maintained. The service at the hotel is good, staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. The food selection can be seen as repetitive a bit. Overall, we (family of 4, two teens) had fun and would recommend this hotel.

Amazing holiday

We had amazing holiday staying at Luna Blanca resort, the cleanliness off the hotel was fantastic can’t fault it considering the covid virus loads of stations to clean your hands and the checks before you enter the hotel made us feel very safe.
The food, drink and service by the staff was second to none.
We will definitely be going back sooner than later that is for sure.

Brilliant service from hotel staff

We have had the best possible service from all staff, especially from Guest Relations managers Elena Kotova and Altan Arkanli as well as from Front Office manager Sevket and dining room staff Ebrahim. As soon as I advised them that we had come to stay at their hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, they pulled out all stops to make it special for us. Sevket was so kind, he found us the best room available in the hotel at the time. We really appreciate that. Elena arranged for our table in the dining room to be decorated with flowers etc for my wife’s birthday and presented my wife with a special birthday cake from the hotel which was delivered with sparklers & candle with the waiters singing. Ebrahim in the dining hall was always happily at hand serving us with whatever we needed. Most of all we even had the benefit of the top boss Mr Mustafa who proactively checked on us to see if we were okay. When we finished our stay and left the hotel we realised that we might have left our mobile phone in the hotel. Altan went out of his way to check our room, the sofas in the reception area and even the left luggage room while I was on the phone to him! He even kept phoning us in Istanbul to update us on the search. The executive chef and even the Maitre D in the dining hall patiently explained to us which dishes were vegetarian as we are both vegetarians. Even Rozda from the Animation Team made us feel so very welcome by checking on us at least twice a day! Right from day one she made

My major issue would be the bathroom. No hot water and showing signs of decaying. Shower door was hard to open and close and ac was not great. My other issue would be for the rate they charge i feel the food quality should be better. The staff was excellent especially the receptionist. Two in particular the two sisters of which I cannot remember their names but they were fantastic as well the overall staff. The only major issue i had as mentioned before is having no hot water.

The food really lets this place down the same dishes for a three courses and the food quickly taken away before the actual times stated on the welcome sheet. The quality of the food was very poor clearly catering for the German clientele. The Breakfast was probably the worse.

The location is good for those who want to visit local markets. The house keeping staffs are very friendly & so are service staffs at Beach, Pool & Lobby bars. Food was good & breakfast very good.
The hotel was overbooked & we had to stay in one of the nearby Apartment which was very disappointing.

its a disaster hotel not deserve 1 star very bad rooms check room n: 1031 near the public WC I hotel smell bad and humid I stayed in over 100 hotels in my life its the worth one I saw in my all life it very low quality hotel I have ever seen in my whole life I check in at 11.45 pm and my all family ask to leave immediately so we check out after few hours and we ask for taxi and we left this experience lead me to fly back immediately home and never think to have any feature vacation in Turkey . really this room is not valuable for a dog to stay in if you really interested to know details ask for investigation about room n: 1031 its not suitable for dogs to stay in .

for all take care of this hotel doesn't deserve 1% from the money which they charge for rust me . never book there at all sleep in a tante in the street is better .

Fantastic hotel and holiday experience

The hotel had modern decor, was close to the beach with option of getting a bus ride to the beach, had a beach bar that served drinks and hot food pretty much all day. Went all inclusive, the food was excellent and all drinks were branded so a plus. Hotel Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Had a fantastic time.

You have to contact five staff for small thing as hardly any staff speak English .
Hotel is not good for Vegetarian as we saw all dishes with meat even though it look vegetarian . In Vegetable curry we found small peace’s of meat . We lost out meal at a la carte (part of all inclusive- 1 special treat) because there were no vegetarian dishes .

The beach is filthy .
Found three friendly staff in 8 day stay .

I was quite disappointed with this hotel, for starters,

1. it says it’s on the beach but you have to take a shuttle bus to get there
2. The staff are very rude!!
3. Service was poor, we asked for towels that took over 2 hours to come, and anything we Asked for took forever to get to us.
4. The air conditioning barely works, and it was 35 degrees! Very hot in the rooms!
5. You only get 1 beach towel a day that you have to pick up between 8-11 and return by 7pm
6. The hotel staff barely spoke any English which made it so hard to communicate
7. I think one of the worst aspects was that the mini bar guy or housekeeping, or room service would just knock once and then barge into the room...and this was every time!!! How can you just barge into someone’s room??? Not to mention they were always so loud it would wake my baby up!!

I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and this is by no means 5 star.

Good hotel however nothing too impressive

In my opinion this hotels is good place to stay but probably more so for families. Entertainment (out of which a lot is aimed for kids) finishes at 11:00. Many places outside the hotel were very quite too. Hotel beach is bit of a walk away so we have spent a lot of time next to the pool which is well kept and not too busy (In June) The staff dont speak English very well which was not great when asking for information or trying to resolve couple of minor issues. Having said that overall all was good. I would not recommend this place to a friend as it was not impressive enough for me to do so.

Nice amenities and fun for families/kids.
- Good food and buffets, though limited late-night food.
- Typical drinks that are mediocre.
- Nice activities and 4 fun water slides with limited hours.
- Only concern was that we arrived late and even though we stated that we would be four, only three beds we're available, and a cot was not set up. Then, it took the staff over an hour after telling the desk at check-in and making two more phone calls to get the cot to the room for the kids to sleep.

There are many good things in this hotel. such as breakfast really good with wide variety options , pools are really nice and daily activities are nice.

some of the staff were really nice and friendly especially in the restaurant, however , the one who is in charge in the spa really rude.
staff in reception do not speak English , really difficult to ask for small things.

I did not like the dinner . Although everyday there were different options, the food was tasteless, greasy , I could not eat it in last 2 days.

Shuttle between hotel and sea takes long time to wait ( more than 10 mins ) I would suggest to add another shuttle.

Generally it was an ok stay. .
The food was ok...lots of the same food everyday.
There were some miserable members of staff.
The old man with glasses was particularly annoying. He was always grumpy and ready to slam down the loungers as soon as someone moved. He did this on several occasions when I had fallen asleep and was awoken by the loud smash. ..
The reception staff especially the lady with bleached blonde hair was not familiar with English.
So I always had a puzzled look from her when I had a question, not helpful.
The men at the gate were also a pain, always asking if you were from their hotel after returning from the beach.
Beach was disappointing . No canopies or proper loungers and drinks facilities. The area had not been cleaned.
I think they still need to work on many things to improve the overall stay. .
The mini bar man was very good. ..He always had a smile and was very pleasant. ...He was very good with everyone.

We have just come back..hotel wasn't crowded very quiet..which was good as we had hotel pretty much to ourselves.
Food got boring after a couple of days ..not much variety. None of the restaurants open at all or the patissere
Disappointed beach facilities were not set up when we went...no parasol...no canopy to protect from Sun.. the cafe bar not open either..
Check out too early as our flight was late ...the hotel however did allow us to stay in hotel until our pick up...just had to return our room fobs
Kids club ...the young lasses who run this very friendly and kids love them

First of all I paid for the best room possible to make the stay for my family as comfotable as possible (bad choice). Only 2 staff members speaks english which became very fustrating after a couple of days. All the children entertainment was closed most of the days. The food choice everyday was the more or less the same disappointed! Was told to check out at 12 oclock when our flight was at 11:30pm, other families were checking out at 7 in the evening, i asked about this and was told they have late checkout, which i did discuss on my arrival and was told its not a problem. On leaving leaving the hotel, no helped with the luggage when there was 2 bell boys available. wouldnt reccomemd this hotel to anyone it was boring and a waste of money.

Very well run and Lovely Hotel...

The Hotel is very well run and Initially had an issue with the room but was all dealt with by Guest Relations Gülseren who was very polite and helpful. Super service from her. Reception staff are good especially Ahmet who has been very helpfu and spoke Englishl.
The Hotel is more catered towards Germans & Russians though and the food on offer was also more catered for these visitors too. The Beach bar was nice as well as the waffle bar by the pool. Lovely Pool and very clean and well maintained.
Mehmet at Shantai Spa and Wellness was very welcoming and a great help during our stay and always happy to help where needed.
One negative was that when we arrived at the airport the transfer from the hotel was not there and when I called the hotel they said they would look into why this was... We waited 45 mins and then decided to just get a taxi one way to the hotel. We then received a call on the way from the hotel to say they would cover the cost for this which we \"thought\" was a God will gesture as they had not met our transfer needs - But upon check out they said we need to pay this... Disappointed but didn't want to spoil the last day... they did say they would look into this and awaiting the General Manager to resolve this as we paid the fee in the end.
Overall the experience was a good one.

A very satisfactory hotel

Luna Blanca resort & Spa is a well designed and very clean hotel.
The food is excellent. The waiter service for drinks and clearing tables could be improved though.
There is food available to eat 24 hours.
The lobby bar staff do favour the Germans clientele?
The pools are beautifully presented and very well maintained. The sunbed cushions are wearing a bit thin so need to be replaced.
The beach is a 5 minute direct walk away or a regular shuttle bus will transport you.
The hotel Internet service is good and can still be accessed from the beach sunbeds.
The Caretta beach bar is very well run and the lunch served excellent.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Starke Hygienemängel, Aufenthalt abgebrochen

Wir raten strengstens ab vom Luna Blanca. Wir haben die Aufenthalt abgebrochen und streiten gerade um die Rückerstattung.

Starke Hygienemängel, unseriöses Personal, Sicherheitsbedenken. Diese Bude wird einem 5-Sterne Standard keinstenfalls gerecht (höchstens 3 Sterne).

Ein paar Beispiele (siehe auch Fotos):
- Insekten im Obst (bei uns war es ein Käfer, beim Nachbartisch am Vortag ein Wurm)
- ein Zimmer stank weil kein Siphon in der Dusche war. Die Katzen waren auch im Essensraum.
- Bei der Begrüssung wurde bereits dringend der Safe empfohlen (weil mal wohl dem Personal nicht traut).
- Der Minibar-Chef (Minibar ist nur Limonade) hat uns ernsthaft gefragt ob wir ihm Kleingeld in einen Schein wechseln können (Trinkgeldtechnik).
- Der à la carte-Gutschein ist stark eingeschränkt weil das Restaurant ja so gut wie nie auf hat
- Das Internet fiel häufig aus
- Das Personal ist äusserst unseriös, die Massagegutscheine (10 min) dienten nur dazu aggressiv weitere Stunden zu verkaufen
- Zimmer dreckig (Spinnenweben, unter dem Bett)
- Lippenstift auf Tasse

Ich empfehle aufgrund der Erfahrung dieses Hotel zu meiden. Wir haben Hotels.com auch empfohlen Luna Blanca zu blockieren. Es erscheint wie Betrug, dass Luna Blanca unter 5-Sterne verkauft. Für das gleiche Geld gibt es viel bessere Alternativen.

Die Umgebung ist industriell.

Airport transfer should have been included in price even cheaper travel agency provide it, I had to pay 120 euro for transfer. maybe i will travel next time with other agency. I would give 7.5/10

Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op zee geboekt maar kreeg een kamer met uitzicht op zwembad. Niet alle restaurants waren open. Ook keuzes in restaurant waren beperkt. Verder was service heel goed. Hotel heel netjes. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Propreté irréprochable! Par contre je confirme les commentaires sur le service et personnel très très décevant! Le service est vraiment très médiocre . Beaucoup d’employé du restaurant sont très très mal polis c’est inacceptable pour un 5 étoiles. Les personnes qui servent les repas dont celle qui fait les omelettes le matin est désagréable et impolie avec les clients! Le service au restaurant est inefficace, le personnel devrait être beaucoup mieux formé! La nourriture pourrait être plus variée et plus raffinée c’était pas très bon . Le personnel de la réception n’est pas sympathique. Je n’hésiterai pas à payer plus cher pour dans un hôtel où la qualité du service est supérieure. Par contre les femmes de ménage sont très professionnelles et gentilles l’équipe d’animation est également sympathique. Les spectacles sont super! La musique d’ambiance est agréable et la plage est magnifique.

Der Wellnessbereich könnte etwas mehr Ambiente vertragen.es ist zu laut wenn man sich nach der bezahlten Massage in dem relax raum entspannen möchte.
Die Animation ist für die Tonne,sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.
Mann hatte das Gefühl das die selber Urlaub dort machen.
Die sieht man überwiegend nur beim essen.
Das Hotel eine klare weiterempfehlung.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf das Meer gebucht und bezahlt. Bekam es aber nicht. Auf meine Hinweise darauf am zweiten Tag an der Rezeption bekam ich als Antwort. Ich muss noch einen Tag warten und dann können sie wahrscheinlich etwas tun. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, Zimmer Upgrade oder sonst was. Bezahlt habe ich aber dafür( seeview) .Da wir nur 4 Tage dort waren haben wir es gelassen am dritten Tag ein anderes Zimmer zu nehmen. Finde solche Sachen sehr schade. Es hinterlässt einfach ein beschissenes Gefühl.

Empfehlung und hoffentlich bald wieder.

Sehr erfreut. Endlich ein Resort das exakt den Bildern entsprechend und sogar noch besser war. Das Restaurant hatte für alle viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Der Pool war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Auf jeden Fall bald nochmal.

Hôtel près des commerces, emplacement top. Superbe piscine (même si les transats sont été réservé dès 7h00).
Pour les repas nous nous attendions à mieux.
La wifi n’est pas terrible mais ça aurait pu être pire.
Le personnel ne parle pas français .
Pour la plage, tous les parasols ne sont pas installés comme sur les photos. Donc très peu de transat à l’ombre…

On a été en famille pour 8 jours j’aurais bien voulu rester plus!!😋 très belle emplacement pour celui qui veut profiter de la mer et le calme ,plein d’animations personnel très gentil ,serveur ,personnel du spa ferhat et photographe sado et ozi merci beaucoup le seul bémol la nourriture très peu variée et sans goût surgelé dommage et la laiterie tres très moyenne aussi pour un 5 étoiles ⭐️

해변과 붙어있는 호텔이 아니고 한참 걸어가야 합니다. 주로 러시아쪽 고객을 대상으로 하기 때문에 영어는 잘 안되고 선결제를 하고 가도 예약확인서가 영어로 오기 때문에 체크인 시 문제가 발생합니다. 결국 전액 현장 결재하고 예약 사이트에 환불 요청하게되니 혹시 예약 하려면 현장 결제로 예약하세요.

Het eten was goed gevarieerd, echter krappe etenstijden wat weinig ruimte geeft voor activiteiten buiten de deur.
Tijdens het eten ben je afhankelijk van het personeel dat een drankje voor je brengt. Als het heel druk is, kan dat lang duren. Mooi schoon hotel, fijne binnenzwembad, gezellige lounge. De omgeving was in december afgestorven.
