Rooms are not very sound proof,if you have inconsiderate guests in the room above you.Beautiful breakfast,but unfortunately not very warm at times.

Best hotel in Malang

Loved our stay here. The staff was amazing. The rooms clean, modern and very comfortable. Great WiFi and AC. We booked for one night but I would of rather stayed here the whole time. Thanks to all there and the wonderful manager as well.

Old, but gold!

The hotel is a little old, but the breakfast spread was amazing. The fixtures were a little run down and could use a little bit of revamping. Otherwise, great for value and it's convenient to the city area.

Pretty good stay. But 1 day too long

Bed uncomfortable bathroom needs refurbishing. Far from centre. Malang city uninteresting. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent. Great Bromo trip organised by the hotel with very friendly driver despite the language barrier. Nice pool.

Noisy Hotel

A very noisy place to spend a night at. Thin walls, no carpeting in the rooms make it very hard to have a good night sleep. Children running around above and people pulling here and there the only chair in the room.

Strategic located but lift took a long time.

Staff are friendly and the room are clean. The location of the hotel is also quite strategic. The only down side is the lift took a very long time.

Nice stay but .....

It was amazing stay. But when I ask for extra blanket what I got was only an extra cotton sheet. I don't think blanket and cotton sheet was the same

Stay was great ; but overall comfort was so so .

The hotel looks beautiful. The room does not have carpet floor . Its ice cold during night. And the bathroom could improve with a fully closed shower. The breakfast was worst i ever had in a hotel.

Excellent hotel, local area a bit boring

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant and service. My only complaint was that the local area was not too interesting; not much is walking distance from the hotel. Loved the view of the mountains and volcano from the pool area in the mornings.

A clean and simple stay

So this hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe. However, there are some things that were irritating. For example, the noise level from the pool - the walls and windows are not in any way sound proof. So you can always hear everything everyone else is doing. The staff was very nice, specifically the staff at the front desk.

Beautiful hotel

Had a fantastic stay at the Atria after backpacking for three weeks, it was pure luxury.
Staff were attentive and lovely. Breakfast had loads of choice and was delicious.
Unfortunately when they have a lot of guests or a conference, the wifi drops considerably!

My hotel room was great but the staff to me were the best. Very attentive, they helped me arranged for hotel transfers during a very busy time even when my domestic flight was delayed. Appreciated that the used whatsapp to communicate with international guests prior to arrival to assist with any special requests.

A truly affordable 4-star near Mount Bromo

We went to Malang for a trip to Mount Bromo, and ended up staying at Atria, because this 4 star was very affordable and had great reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff were not only extremely helpful and courteous, but also they were very friendly and efficient at their job. They organized a trip to Mount Bromo for us right from the hotel at a very reasonable price( the driver and guides were extremely nice and helpful, they made our Bromo experience unforgettable!), sent the waiters to help us cut up the fruits from the local market that we decided to bring back to the room and were helping us out with directions and tips even after we had checked out and were literally out the door. The wifi, pool and city view is absolutely spot-on. Truly professional service with all the amenities, and right in the centr of the city. Definitely a big yes to coming back, and definitely recommended!

Modern Hotel with Best Service

The hotel was absolutely in great condition, good location in heart of the city, easy to access lots of food stalls or cafe within 5-10 minutes walk, and medium swimming pool. Unfortunately, wastafel in my room was too slow to suck the water, perhaps they miss routine check there. Other than that, room and everything in there was good and clean.

Hotel near to city centre

The hotel is near to resto, and few minutes by cabs to the city centre...
Room is well mainten, clean and comfortable. If the room floor have Capet will be better...
However, the sound insulation between the rooms needed to improved..
During my stay, my floor was filled with students and it's noisy everyday.. The hotel reception was inform to do something to control the noisy students, but the respond was slow.
In general the stay there is satisfactory...

Surprisingly satisfying

Atria Hotel is equipped by a line of wonderful staffs who are not only friendly, but also accomodative to guest's request. Very good point.

Their standard room is Deluxe room, and truly represents the image. It is spacious, has a bit of Scandinavian look, and very clean.

The bathroom is also terrific. It provides a complete range of amenities, in a stylish wrap. However, it doesn't have any bathtub, only a huge shower. A bit downside..

At that time I didn't really have time for breakfast, but having seen the venue, I believe it's also a great place to eat and chill a bit.

The hotel location is also strategic, right in the main street, with a lot of food stalls around, so you will not starve at night.

All in all, it is beyond my expectation, especially the price is relatively cheap for the similar hotels in class. Thumbs up!

Its quite nice considering the price.. the room was clean. The pillows were very nice.
But the hot water was not suffice for the second bather.
The location is quite strategic since its located beside one of the main street. So its easier to travel to down town.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse und genügend Ablageflächen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es eine Moschee, die bereits um 4.15 Uhr morgens gut zu hören ist. Die Bettlacken und die Handtücher hatten Flecken.

Waktunya renovasi kamar dan ganti tempat tidur.

Arah pintu keluar sebaiknya dibalik dengan pintu masuk, supaya bisa mudah putar balik ke arah tengah kota Malang

tempat dan kenyamanan oke, namun agak kecewa karena reservasi di hotels.com dengan tipe kamar twin bed namun diberikan kamar king bed dan tidak ada solusi pemecahannya. mungkin lain kali pihak hotel bisa menginformasikan ketersediaan yang sesuai.dengan aplikasi di hotels.com.

Gutes Hotel auch für einen längen Aufenthalt

Waren nur für eine Nach da, daher können wir nicht so viel sagen. Zimmer war ok
Frühstück vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt.

Personal sehr Freundlich. Es wurden sofort auf Kundenwunsch eingegangen.
