The staff were lovely but the condition of the 1st floor was horrible. It smelled of urine & cigarettes. The room looked clean but the smell was horrible & the door had no safety locks. I slept in my clothes & changed to shower & add fresh clothes before leaving. My 13 year old grandson asked if it was a hostel. I paid for 2 nights but we did not return & got a room in another place.

Le faite d'êtres déranger a 3h du matin quand des personnes sont rentré que leur chien a aboyer. Se n'est pas du tout agréable et pareil le matin le chien qui a aboyé.

Il est bien dommage que le site hotel.com nous est pas fourni les codes d'accès à l'hôtel ce qui a poser quelques désagrément à savoir il a fallu appeler la personne responsable de l'hôtel qui lui n'a pas pu résoudre notre problème il a fallu donc prendre une chambre si nous n'avions pas réservé au risque de se voir prélever deux fois le montant de la chambre heureusement le lendemain matin la personne étant en charge de l'hôtel nous a bien dépatouiller cordialement
