Very convenient location, extremely helpful and pleasant reception staff. Room was spotlessly clean and had the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on in a long time. Can’t fault anything, amazing value and would recommend to anyone as a quick stopover.

My disappointment was at breakfast cause the were so many induvidual signle use plastic wrappings....IBIS claim they are actively working with for better environment and climate ( which is great and the way forward obviously!) but a simple thing like avoiding tons of single used plastic at breakfast needs to be changed!

Basic as would be expected for this type of hotel. Stopped here enroute to Andorra for skiing from Calais. Perfectly located just off the Péage with a couple of places within walking distance to pick up something quick and easy to eat. Would stay here again if we were on the same route.

I normally stay at B&B Hotels across the road, but as they have recently put their price up, I decided to give Ibis Budget a go: That was a mistake, the hotel is tired and old, the bed uncomfortable, the toilet is plastic and I could not get the room warm enough to be comfortable. Okay, it was -9c outside, so the heating was struggling. One the plus side, the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The wifi was easy to connect to and reasonably fast.

Après plus d'une heure et demie d'attente soit a 19h30 nous pouvons accéder a notre chambre en partie faite !!!!
Le lendemain matin pendant le petit déjeuner,le directeur faisait le point sur ses réservations en nommant le nom des clients a voix haute , perturbant le petit-déjeuner des clients.
Ensuite, lorsque nous avons voulu lui parler de notre problème de la veille, il a dit au réceptionniste qu'il n'avait pas le temps et qu'il nous contacterait.

Hôtel rénové à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Les chambres sont propres et le mobilier à été également remplacés. Les douches sont spacieuses par rapport à d'autres établissements. Chambre climatisée et matelas très confortable.

J’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre, niveau déco, confort, équipement… rien à dire. De plus on a demandé un lit parapluie pour le petit, c’était impeccable il a bien dormit. À chaque fois que l’on doit choisir un hébergement dans une ville (lorsque je suis avec mon conjoint et notre bébé) on se dirige systématiquement vers la chaîne d’hôtel B&B et jusque là, pas de déception.

Difficile de trouver le bon hôtel, 3 bâtiments B&B sans indication correcte surtout de nuit.
Heureusement, dans l un d' eux il y a une veilleuse de nuit efficace.

Il est malheureusement temps de fire un gros nettoyage dans les chambres, le hall d- accueil sent tres fort les odeurs corporelles, c est tres dommage mais en première impression ca n est pas top et malheureusement l' etat general des chambres est à la meme image, j ai les photos qui sont répugnante pour un 2 etoiles mais bizarrement je suis bloquée pour les publications.
