We booked last minute and couldn’t have been happier!

Staff:
Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Food & Drinks:
Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails.

Rooms & Facilities:
Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids.

Location & Transport:
Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended.

Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!

My first visit to Turkey and it was simply amazing. Very nice people work in this hotel. I liked the easy access to the beach and the area. I visited with my partner in October and it wasn't very crowded. Although in the summer there are probably more people, which is normal. The SPA is great and I recommend the hammam. There are 3 outdoor pools and 1 inside. My partner and I stayed only for 6 nights and we didn't have time to use them all, but we are definitely doing that next time. It's very easy to find excursions to different places. The food is very tasty and there is a big choice of all types of meals. There is even a diet section. There are also a few A la Carte restaurants with very good menu. The room is cleaned daily and staff clean all areas regularly. There are lifeguards everywhere. Bottled water available for everyone for free and even staff brings it to you without asking, especially on the beach. For me this is just the perfect place for an All inclusive holiday and it's not too expensive in my opinion.

It's a nice place for a vacation with clean pools and amazing food. The drinks were good as well, and the customer care service was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the beach options were limited, and the sea was quite wavy.

As soon as i walked into this hotel there was a lot of commotion between the staff and some customers, which told me that the staff must have a lot of attitude and when i was about to check into my room the staff was shouting at me and one of them even spat in my face and i was very cross about that, but that wasnt the only thing, when i checked into my room i went into the bathroom and there was human waste still in the toilet and as soon as i saw that i complained to the receptionist and they said just flush it. The facilities here r rubbish no personal space, food was trash and not much variety, worst of all they charged us extra for no apparent reason will definitely will not be recommending this hotel

As a group of 9 travelling together we always knew that there may be some kick back from staff, however, we tried to make everything as simple as possible - all ordering the same drink at every drinks order at the bar or planning ahead and notifying the staff if we planned to do certain activities. The bar staff complained about having to simply make drinks and always hounding us for tips because ‘there are so many of you’. We were in general made to feel as though we were an inconvenience to the bar staff, especially those around the pool.
The food was another issue entirely, whilst they always had a vast selection to choose from, very little was palatable and most made a vast majority of our group physically unwell and we opted to eat out wherever possible.
The pools and beach were pleasant and the slides good fun. The entertainment team, and especially ‘engine(apologies that is probably spelt incorrectly), were the most welcoming and helped us organise many evenings of entertainment.
Overall I would say the hotel looks great and there are a few elements that are but these are so heavily let down by staff with bad attitudes and poor quality food, would I go again? No.

We had 2 rooms for more than 10 days in this hotel. Very unfriendly staff. Waiters impolite and often fought with customers. The bed covering was a disgrace we had no choice but to go buy our own. For the first 7 days we had a safe with not charge on our return to the hotel from a short trip the receiptionist told us safe is 2 euros a day. I asked them why I was not charged the first time I stayed, I was accused of lying. I had to talk to the General Manager who was as unfriendly as the rest he was rude and said the same thing. Someone should teach these people manners and how to deal with customers. This is at best a 2 star I don't understand how it is claim to have 5 start rating.

KATYA Hotel is a great place for families and excellent value for money...very clean, spacious rooms with plenty of storage...the staff is very friendly and activities and entertainment are good...the kids pool with slides is great fun and there is easy access to the beach. If the outdoor pool is a bit cold for you, yoy can go to the indoor one to swim..the food is lovely, varied and healthy and you can have snacks by the beach...we all haf a great time at the hotel and i personally dont understand why some reviews are a bit negative.

after reading positive and negative reviews i still booked the hotel . went with a family of 8 ,arrived midnight reception staff are polite ,had issues with the room booking as we were booked in 3 rooms over 3 floors . as discussed needing interconnection rooms was told they are fully booked to come back tomorrow morning .
arrive to the room on the 6th floor to a horrible stench coming from the bathroom into the whole room (something wrong with the drainage ) which took a while to air out ,air conditioning is is poor does not let out cold air ,safe needs to be paid to use ,only 3 water bottles in fridge which surprised me as i had paid full all inclusive . rooms are 4* standard clean to a standard . had many issues in changing rooms in the end just stayed in the room given. they also only provide 1 card for each which i think isn't acceptable . food overall normal breakfast .eggs salad bar cereal drinks not a big variety ,lunch same a few varieties but not to a 5* standard ,dinner same if you come late will not get much food as they don't top up again ,one thing i noticed which worried me was the food left from the day before would be served at lunch eg-plain pasta recooked with sauce .only eid day they had a good selection of food .poolside beach is ok animation team is good ,you only get a few drinks in all inclusive not mocktails! and avoid not nice ,staff are pleasent just a shame management are not helpful when a complain arises .overrall average shops close by .

Hotellet var over alt forventning. Værelset og hotellet generelt var meget rent og personalet sås gøre rent døgnet rundt på hele hotellet. Personalet var hjælpsomme og utroligt søde. Maden var god og vekslende, både med “almindeligt” buffet mad som alle kan lide, men også tyrkiske retter, som var sjove at prøve kræfter med. Alt i alt en 10/10 oplevelse.

This is a little gem. The staff is great, from reception all the way to rhe cleaners. The chef makes an excellent buffe and it is easy to eat tasty nice food while still very healthy! So much sallads and greens. It’s own beach, several pools, Spa/Haman, it’s all there. We will come back, we have stayed twice, but still want to visit again!

Etter vi fikk rommet ble det noen henvendelser til resepsjonen som raskt ble ryddet opp i og vi fikk svært god oppfølging av hotellmanager Nicol som har vært svært gjestfri og imøtekommende på alle måter under hele oppholdet.

Det er hyggelige ansatte hvor noen særskilte sørget for at man hadde en best mulig opplevelse og at man fikk hjelp til hva enn man trengte, stilte opp på kort varsel og fikk personlig oppfølging.

Alt i alt kan man si at vi hadde en god opplevelse av hotellet som kan anbefales. Igjen en stor creds til manager som virkelig gjorde en god innsats for oss besøkende.

Ho aspettato molto prima di recensire questa struttura .
Permesso che acquisto sempre 5⭐️ innTurchia perché sappiamo che sono 3 del EU tuttavia alcuni aspetti mi hanno deluso . Siamo arrivati di notte 12:30 e avevano avvisato la struttura del nostro arivvo notturno prima tuttavia non abusano trovato in camera niente altro che acqua senza alcun spuntino . La camera a noi offerta il primo giorno era molto rumorosa perche al esterno del balcone c’erano 9 unità esterne del climatizzatore che spingevano verso il balcone un aria caldissima e ovviamente facevano un sacco di rumore .
Fortunatamente dopo un po’ di recessione qua e là è averli fatto notare con le foto le condizioni della camera ce lo hanno cambiato con un altra e amiamo trovato anche un cestino di frutta e del vino come scuse .
Aspetti pulizia
Le hall erano sempre splendenti e pulite direi ,ma la biancheria asciugami non di un bianco ottico come dovrebbe essere in una struttura 5stelle . L’aspetto della biancheria del letto pure lasciava desiderare non di una qualità adatta a 5🌟.
Aspetti cibo :Devo riconoscere che i dolci erano favolosi e c’era una ampia scelta che variava dai dolci tradizionali turchi come baklava a torte con diverse daciture tutte buonissime.
Il cibo in sé invece oltre a un giorno con agnello e uno con una fettina di manzo che erano buone ma porzioni te dallo staff gli altri giorni tutto pollo e tacchino e abbiamo notato un reciclare il cibo e ritrasformarlo con varie salse in altro . da migliora

L’architecture moderne de l’hôtel est magnifique. L’hôtel est tellement vaste, agréable, on ne s’y sent pas oppressé. La cuisine était variée, bonne et généreuse, partout des boissons, pâtisseries, et spécialités locales. Le personnel sympathique, la plage juste à côté. J’étais juste déçue par le SPA: prestation non conforme aux descriptions, temps massage raccourci, produits bas gamme, Hammam froid, sans vapeur…
Sinon le reste était super

Perfect stay. Hotel in the city at the beach, many different areas there of finding peace, fun, nice food spots in the itime between the main meals, private hotel beach access , great sea with warm water. Very friendly and patient staff speaking: German ( big big thanks to Susanne, taking care of every wish you have), and another languages. Really super food; big variety of starters, main courses in buffet form, fresh and very delicious, The best food we had in hotels. Rooms and hotel very clean. Many guests- families, all generations, nobody disturbing or making noise, friendly and respectful Nice shops around the hotel, city centre easily reached by bus. We want to come back next year for sure, We could relax a lot. A big recommendation for Kaila Beach Hotel!!!

Kaila Beach Hotel er et virkeligt smukt hotel med gode faciliteter. Værelserne var store og flot indrettet. Maden var god og varieret fra dag til dag.

Vi var dog uheldige med aircondition på vores værelse, da denne ikke virkede. Vi gjorde personalet opmærksom på dette fra 1.dag, dog ude stor hjælp. Der kom en teknikker og kiggede på den, men gik igen, uden at fixe noget.
Vi fik i stedet en blæser, hvilket ikke var helt optimalt, da værelset var stort og blæseren derfor ikke kunne køle hele værelset ned.

Vi har henvendt os flere gange til receptionen vdr. dette problem, men der blev aldrig gjort noget ved det.

Vi mener også at det er et problem, at størstedelen af personalet slet ikke forstår eller taler engelsk, hvilket gør det meget svært og kompliceret at kommunikere.

På 3.dag, havde vi booket massage og tyrkisk hamam. Vi havde aftalt med spa personalet, at vi ønskede ydelserne i private omgivelser, eftersom vi ikke ønsker at gå letpåklædt foran andre mennesker, udover de kvinder som skulle udføre massage på os. Da vi ankom til spaen på det aftalte tidspunkt kunne vores ønsker ikke imødekommes og vi fik af vide, at vi skulle komme tilbage på et senere tidspunkt, hvilket ikke passede med vores tidsplan. Vi bedte derfor om at få vores penge refunderet.

En mandlig ansat snærede herefter af os og kommenterede, at dette altså ikke er et “islamisk hotel”, hvilket vi finder meget stødende og upassende. Blufærdighed behøver ikke have tilknytning til religion.

Nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Atmosphäre. Jeden Tag verschiedenes und leckeres Essen (morgens, mittags, abends). Jeden Abend gab es Mini Disco für die Kinder und täglich wechselnde Shows. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Pools und an jedem Pool eine Bar. Bei 2 davon gibt es auch was zum snacken (zb. Pommes, Pizza, Hamburger, etc.). Wir waren 9 Tage da und es gab nichts wo wir meckern konnten. Alles in allem sehr gutes Hotel neben dem Meer. Zum Strand kann ich leider nicht viel sagen, da wir mit unserem Baby nur am Pool waren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wie waren sehr zufrieden :)

Jag och min fru var i Alanya 1 vecka. Vår resa var helt fantastiskt. En perfekt kombination mellan vistelse i hotellet och även utanför när vi utforskade staden för första gången.

I hotellet finns allt du kan förvänta dig från ett hotell och mycket mer. Allt från Turkisk hammam till fina fräscha pooler. De sista dagarna i vår vistelse ville vi inte ens lämna hotellet.

Maten var fantastiskt. Otroligt mycket mat att välja på och dessutom flera nya rätter varje dag. Stort utbud på efterrätter och 2 snackbars där man kan beställa snabbmat mellan måltider.

Servicen i hotellet var jättebra. All personal var trevliga och mötte oss alltid med ett stort leende. Enkelt att kommunicera med all personal.

Rummet vi hade var perfekt med fin utsikt över det turkosa blå havet utanför. Vill man ta sig ett dopp så har hotellet en privat strand som man kan nyttja utan extra kostnad.

Inredningen och dekorationen var stilren och modern. Lounge-känsla och avslappnade 5-stjärnig atmosfär över hela hotellet. Rent, fräscht och ljust.

Hotellet är både barnvänligt och perfekt för vuxna. Mycket fin underhållning på kvällarna.

Vi kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell för alla.

Hotellet er flot, men komforten erdårlig - sengen er hård som sten at ligge på. Betegnelsen “All Inclusive” bør ændres til : “All Inclusive Light”. Man kan vælge mellem 3 drinks, andre end dem skal der betales for. Strandbaren er ikke omfattet af All Inclusive - ligger man på, den overfyldte, strand, kan man ikke engang få en øl uden at skulle betale for den, det er for dårligt, og slet ikke samme standard som de omkringliggende hoteller, som vi også har prøvet, og syntes bedre om. Maden i buffeten er noget af det kedeligste jeg har oplevet. Hotellet bør Max have 3 stjerner, og ikke de 5 som de praler med.
