Je n’y retournerai plus. J’avais déjà séjourné ici il y’a 2 ans et pas le souvenir d’avoir si mal dormi ! La literie est à changer de toute urgence un sur matelas posé sur un bloc de mousse complètement « orniéré » à cela on ajoute les portes qui claquent sans cesse car pas d’autres choix pour pouvoir les fermer à cause du système de verrouillage qui reste bloqué. Le tout saupoudré d’une très mauvaise insonorisation et voici la recette parfaite pour mal dormir. L’hôtel a besoin de plus qu’une « remise à jour ». Le personnel est somme toute très sympathique et j’ai très bien mangé mais pas suffisant pour avoir envie de revenir.

Auf dem Zimmer hätte ich gern einen kleinen Kühlschrank (Minibar), Wasserkocher und gern einen etwas größeren TV gehabt.
Unser Fazit: Für eine spontane Übernachtung gut, für länger eher nicht.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien sauf pour le Pdj - il y avait une affiche qui parlait d'oeufs à la coque mais ils étaient durs! Lorsque j'ai posé la question pour savoir, si on pouvait avoir des oeufs à la coque, on m'a juste répondu non sans d'autres explications.( Plus d'oeufs frais? machine en panne ? etc...)
Durant la prise de mon pdj, on était 4, même si les 4 personnes avaient demandé des oeufs à la coque, faire bouillir une casserole d'eau et y mettre les oeufs 3 ou 5 minutes, je pense que cela aurait pu être possible.
Dans un autre Ibis, machine était en panne mais quelques minutes plus tard, la personne et revenu m'apporter mes oeufs à la coque.
Je trouve que c'est un peu dommage, que ce sens du service se perde

L'hôtel est bien tenu, on a de l'espace dans la chambre, le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Nous allions au festival de marionnettes de Charleville Mézières et ça prenait 15 minutes en taxi pour aller à la place du festival. Très bien !

Pour le prix je trouve que la chambre laisse à désirer. Le sol est propre, la poussière est faites mais les draps ne sont pas changer d'un jour à l'autre alors que pendant la nuit j'ai malheureusement saigner. La chambre est mal aérer car le matin la vitre et entièrement mouillé de condensation. Le plafond de la salle de bain présente des trous. Pour le prix 115euros la nuit je trouve que le service laisse à désirer.
