firstly I would like to say that when I saw a mixed postive and negative reviews about this hotel I was skeptic but I thought I will give it the benefit of doubt and can say that our stay overall was really good apart from a few small thing's.

Hamid - very helpful and resourceful, he was always ready to answer any questions I had. I could sense that he genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay.

Hotel room: Reasonably good not as exaggerated as most of the negative comments we had nice balcony view of the pools/mountains, the showers were great!

side note: The cleaners were constantly keeping the rooms spotless and was always being very nice to my daughter.

if I was to nitpick on the rooms it would be that they do need a little bit of an upgrade as the walls did have some wear and tear but that wouldn't stop me from revisiting.

The food: typical hotel food, variety options , many desserts, coffe/tea available.

most of the caterers were really friendly and diligent to help guests except one or two occasions when it came towards the end of a breakfast/lunch/dinner the 1 or 2 individuals were almost rushing for us to leave. While I understand that they are allocated times for the food, please understand that some of us have sick and stubborn children that did not sleep all night.

the swimming pool was a little cold but okay to use however the jaccuzi barely had any strength left.

will likely revisit again, thanks for all your hospitality!

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is great, but requires transport (taxi or own car). aquapark is small but sufficient to enjoy. Foods are not perfect, but adequate.

Great Value

I only stayed one night instead of as a all-inclusive guest. It was incredible value for Turkey considering it included a fab breakfast buffet. The only problems were an ongoing sewage smell in the bathroom like poor venting, and the free spa area was quite dirty compared what I expected. It's brilliant if you're heading out on the Lycian trail.

Very quiet as out of season but very nice
Very clean
Beautiful food and lots of choice.
Drinks very generous
Outdoor pools cold but it's that time of year.
Indoor pool area really needs some TLC. falling apart.
Overall a lovely break with friendly staff. Stunning Views Would go again.

The general level of cleanliness at this hotel is extremely poor. Especially the bathrooms, whilst the rooms look OK on the surface they are not clean whatsoever with hair visible, clear evidence of no cleaning or poor cleaning.

I have stayed at this hotel for three nights with my friends, and the hotel and the staff was as expected. I highly recommend it for those who looking for amazing vacation with limited budget. Just one note for the Wi-Fi very weak and cuts always.

The pools where the highlight.
Everything else was terrible. Rooms where filthy. Even after requesting a room clean, which we didn't get. We had to resort to getting our own clean towels and toilet roll from the abandoned cleaning stations. Most of the staff where miserable, not very social at all, with a few exceptions .. the porter and some dining room staff.
All inclusive? 5*. Not in my opinion, at most now a 3* .. Ice-cream served from 4pm-5pm ONLY and that's if they had any to start with.
Obviously I appreciate we are in a pandemic and some services weren't available but after turkey went onto UK quarantine list

Hotel looked great upon arrival but was anything but. It's rated 5* maybe this was the case at one point, as you can see the reminisces of what was a beautiful business.
I would say its more of a 3* at best.
Our room was not clean,intact it was filthy. The room wasn't cleaned the while time we was there, even after requesting it to be done. The pool bar was empty. Ice cre was only allowed from 4pm-5pm and most days there was none..Staff where miserable but that's probably because they were all getting sent home early. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

I stayed for a week and not once my room got cleaned. I complained 3 times and nothing happened. Not even one apology. I had to get towels from the pool to shower as they didn’t even changed the towels.
Me and my partner got food poisoning from the buffet as it seems that the food get used from lunch to dinner and wasn’t kept hot enough. We Gad to end up going out all the time after for food and drinks.
There was nothing good at all in this place apart of one waiter Aykut he was really nice.

The bathroom:
Shower was mouldy, bathroom smelt of sewage and we ran out toilet paper and had to go to reception to ask for more

The bed:
The bed was comfortable and of a good size.

The room:
The mini fridge was not fully stocked as expected. The air conditioning broke twice and the temperature couldn't go lower than 25 degrees.
There was rubbish left on the balcony from the previous guests.

The resort:
The pools were lovely and plenty of towels to use each day.
The staff were lovely and very friendly
The food was average but there was plenty of it.
The WiFi was awful and when you could connect it was not very quick at all

The food was poor & the staff seemed inexperienced, this hotel hadn't prepared for the situation & this was felt by the guests. It improved as our week went on however it still wasn't a good experience. The only entertainment on we darts & water aerobics in the day & kids club & karoake at the night. The rooms were nice & with more effort this could be a really nice hotel.

English language for employees should be improved

Our stay was fantastic however I was quite amazed to find that a hotel that caters to the Uk market had very few employees that could speak English, which made it quite difficult in getting your needs met, on the booking site it states this hotel has a night club, this has been shut down due to noise factor,

Bad services, we booked a room with jacuzzi, but when we arrive to the hotel, they gave us a room without jacuzzi, and they said: sorry all jacuzzi rooms were fully booked!!!!!! How that???? We booked a jacuzzi room on expedia!!! How we didn’t get that room!!!!!!
Bad experience in this hotel with first impression.
The hotel itself is nice and located in nice place between trees and with nice view, but overall was bad service and not trusted.

A great stay, with a few minor let downs

This was our third trip to Garcia. Overall, a satisfactory stay as always, however, a few things are letting the 5 star rating feel more like a 4 star. The service staff in the restaurant and pool bar are not as attentive as we found previously. On a number of occasions the pool bar did not have bottled water available, nor did they seem motivated to seek an alternative. The restaurant was very good, with a great variety. But again, more 4 star, whereas previous years have been an easy 5 star. On one evening the bbq station served up raw chicken to us and a number of other guests whilst rushing to address a queue. This was incredibly disappointing, and luckily avoided illness.
On one night we had the biggest spider we had ever seen join us in our room, but Mustafa from the Technic team was absolutely brilliant in sorting it!
The spa facilities overall were great, and the entire complex is well maintained.
The hotel just needs to work on a few minor points and it’ll easily remain a 5 star resort.

i have been to this hotel many times, this year was a improvement with regards to staff OZGE particularly in the lounge bar made the holiday for me and i could tell that many other people felt the same, there was a change in the food this year not as good and not as well managed, items ran out in the buffet no one was keeping a eye on that .

Only booked a 1 night stay whilst staying with family for a bit of a break. the hotel is nice, great views across the bay and mountains room was nice and big clean and all you want from a room. Spa service was average at best you get a lot more for your money in other places. The food was very below average for any kind of hotel let alone one like this, boring bland food for all 3 meals not a great deal of choice and the hot food was warm at best and we stayed not in the main season so was quiet and got to meals at the start so if you go near the end you would be having cold food the bread was mouldy for breakfast and had to ask 3 different people to get it changed as the first didn't understand or think it was a problem. the service was terrible also, don't order 2 different drinks at the same time as you will get the last one you asked for and they will walk off and serve the next person, this happened every time we ordered drinks and served lacking a smile or any welcoming feeling. entertainment was a MJ impersonator, lets just leave that one with you, with what looked like random people off the street to back him up, Theresa May have moves on them. if I was there for any longer I would have left. all in all for a hotel with a location and views like this it should be a lot better with the basic things. shame.

Booked this hotel just fit one night expected a night of luxury with my partner to break up our holiday in Ölüdeniz , we thought we’d pay a bit extra so booked a swim up pool room and and thought it would be nice be all inclusive. The hotel looked ok at first glance but we disappointed when we were shown our room the was actually a large flight of stairs leading from the room to the pool so was infact not swim up at all so be carful when booking that you are not misleaded. We complained so They offered us a jacuzzi room for an extra £15 which we took, the room was basic but clean and the bed was really comfy but the jacuzzi was dirty and I had to clean it before we used it. The food at lunch and dinner was typical Turkish which is ok for me but there was nothing my partner liked also the hot food is only luke warm and by the time you get to the table it’s cold, all the English guests who were staying for week or two week holidays were complaining about the rooms food and cleanliness of the hotel and we could see why, the entertainment was crap just a few Turkish holiday makers dancing and a game of bingo which they had no pens to give out so I was given a dart to stab the numbers to mark them off lol, it was so bad it was laughable as we were only staying one night but I think if we were staying there for more than a few days we would have had to go out every day and night which isnt really acceptable when you have paid for all inclusive.

Absolutely amazing!

After reading the reviews of this hotel I was in two minds, only rated 3.9 however my partner was convinced this is the hotel for us and what a great choice he made. The hotel is an hour drive from Dalaman however taxis are very cheap. The hotel is very clean and staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is great, a big selection however like any inclusive hotel the food can become repetitive but they always have one or two new dishes everyday, theres also a pool snack bar which does fast food and the Turkish pizzas are absolutely amazing, also the alcohol drinks menu is good. From Garcia you can watch the most amazing sunsets, the best view. The location of the hotel is great, in a very central location, the beach is very close by. Taxies are cheap and come within seconds. It’s a great hotel and will definitely be going back.

Nice hotel friendly staff, average food.

We have just returned home after staying here, the hotel is nice and clean it’s on a bit of a mountain so lots of lifts or stairs to get around. It has a lovely spa and the swimming pools and slides are brilliant with free floats and lilos. Ibrahim the life guard is great with the kids and really friendly. Hotel reception staff could have smiled a bit more. We paid for an upgrade when we arrived as the first room we had for a family of four was really quiet small but upgraded to a suite and had plenty of room. Unfortunately the kids club was shut everyday my daughter went and this is really why we chose the hotel. What made it worse was each day we contacted reception we were told it was the day off for the people that worked at the kids club! This happened for the five days we were there! The food is ok some fresh bits on the BBQ are nice and fresh omelettes the rest is your basic all Inclusive food. But again I can’t fault the staff that work In there they were again always friendly and great with the kids.

Smart hotel on the Hill

First thing you notice when arriving is that you have to drive down a very long, dark driveway , with little walking space to get to the Hotel.
The Hotel is situated on the Hill above Olu Deniz about 6 mins Taxi ride from the Centre/Beach. It would take about 30-45 mins to walk, but I wouldn't recommend it, due to the lack of walkways.
The Hotel itself is very nice. Staff are very polite, though receptionists can seem like they aren't too sure about everything. Very clean and spacious rooms. Pools are great, plenty of beds. We had a Swim up room, but didn't really use it, as there are no Sunbeds on the Balcony's.
Food was fairly standard all inclusive choice where there is only one main restaurant. Just make sure you don't get a mix of dishes on your first day, stick to one or 2 dishes, so that for the next few days you have a different choice. The food was reasonable quality though.
There is some entertainment every night, but repeats every week. the Animation team were very nice people.

STAY AWAY!Worst Hotel in Fetiye

terrible experience.Lady who was meant to be reservation manager tried to downgrade me from a suite to standard room and assumed I wouldn't realise it. she then spoke in Turkish and insulted me only to be surprised I could speak Turkish and understood her. the general manager actually made no time to see us and kept making excuses he was in a meeting. Hotels.com then seeing that the hotel was at fault moved us to another hotel. this is not a 5 or 4 star hotel. pics are deceiving and I suggest there are many many other nice hotels don't stay here. thank God we left and moved to an amazing hotel called Loft Exclusive....sorry Garcia...but I would never recommend or stay with you. change your management if you want travellers to come back!!! disgraceful!

Has the potential of being an amazing hotel

The hotel is badly managed! Facilities and the location are excellent, but badly managed. The only exceptions are the reception staff and the spa facilities and staff. The restaurant however is an absolute joke! The manager there is useless at managing!! Most days it was absolute chaos! The food was passible for a 3/4 star. It's a shame because the rest of the hotel was lovely. My room wasn't cleaned very well and I left the cleaner a message saying why had'nt tipped her.
Also in your write-up about the hotel said it was 21 miles from the airport. It was one hour 40 minutes from the airport! This needs to be amended because it's very Deceiving and little misleading deceiving

Grotty, grimey & grubby - steer clear.

This hotel is the pits - upon arriving at the hotel the woman at the desk try to charge me £100 for the taxi fare & then another £100 for the return journey. It was £100 return. We were taken to our room, the towels were grey, the patio door was open & there was a damp smell. We ignored all of the above & went to get some food, it was extremely bland.

Throughout the night the room was unbelievably hot, but we had not been shown how to use the AC & by the morning we had discovered that the bathroom had a serious drainage issue.

The food was repetitive for the whole week, the whole hotel has some serious damp issues - the rooms, spa & indoor pool all had damp climbing the walls. Upon checkout, no one had booked our taxi back to the airport (which we had requested) so we left 30 mins late, the Manager was the most unprofessional little man. He blanked refused to come & speak to us & we are not rude abrasive people, we were simply disappointed in EVERYTHING that the hotel was supposed to offer & didn't.

The cleaners were a joke (but I have a strong feeling there was only 3 little ladies cleaning this massive so called 'resort').

They washed the cups & glasses in your room (if you asked) with their fingers. They made the beds, the sheets were changed once in 5 days, the towels had make up on them (not our make up), the room was never swept & was grubby, borderline dirty. I will never return to this hotel/motel.

The property has great views and the food is varied, but the service was appalling. Nobody was making any effort to resolve your issues. Staff were not smiling and friendly. They harassed us for paying the hotel bill at every instance although they had copies of our credit cards. Worst thing of all was the sewage smell in the rooms, it was very strong. Toiletries and towels were always missing in the rooms. There was an issue with our reservations, but all they kept saying is contact venere, it is not our fault, although we showed them our confirmation letters. We asked to speak to the manager but in vain.

Amazing value, really couldn't fault it

We were a bit concerned, as it seemed very cheap for an all inclusive 4/5 star hotel. It appears to have been recently refurbished, as everything is spotless. Plenty of sunloungers, no need for anyone to resort to the early towel run !. Food available pretty much all day long, staff friendly, great spa with good deals to be done if you book a few treatments through your holiday. Short taxi to Olu Deniz if you fancy getting out. No hesitation in recommending

Lovely food, pools, room and staff. Location in mountains is picturesque but not easy to get to beach or even to walk to the road. Hotel provide two shuttles in the morning and evening but need to put on a few more to counteract the location.

This new resort is excellent

This is a nice hotel. I went to Oludeniz for paragliding and had a great experience at Garcia Resort and Spa. My room had swim-up access from the main pool, which was a fantastic feature.

I'm sometimes leary of all-inclusive resorts, mostly because of the food quality. However, I really enjoyed dining at Garcia. It was without a doubt the best buffet I've ever had in Turkey. And generally I'm not a fan of buffet style dining.

Clean, modern, beautiful views but some staff a little unhelpful. The hotel is quite far from the lagoon and the shuttle bus is only provided once a day with a set return time. The food is great and varied but the main restaurant should be open for longer periods.

A Fantastic Hotel

Great holiday. Incredible setting, beautiful rooms, house keeping was a little shakey! Staff could not have been nicer to us. Food was great and got better and better. There is something for everyone and an incredible salad bar. Drinks were great too and you never wanted for anything. They are very responsive and you can see that they are working very hard to rectify previous design / building issues.

100% recommend this hotel and we will be back!!

The hotel was very modern. The pools were great. The food was mediocre. Our balcony was huge and the view was great. The room was actually huge and very comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit aways from the beach and you need to take the shuttle there. My only 2 complaints are: 1) there were bees everywhere around the pool and lounging chairs although I did not know of anyone who was stung and 2) lack of room service. For an all inclusive hotel who boasts 24 hour room service, you need to have more items on the room service menu. As of now, it just a fruit basket.

Perfect holiday

Every member of the staff at Garcia were helpful and polite and went out of their way to make our holiday perfect. Rooms were very spacious, clean and bright. The beds and pillows were gorgeous. The location was very quiet and lovely views but the road has not been fully made up, hence very bumpy taxi rides! Two main towns nearby to do shopping. the swimming pools were very clean and monitored regularly during the day. It was very quite and no need to 'save' sun beds each day. Big well done to all at the hotel for excellent service.
