The “presidential suite” was dirty and in disrepair. The door wouldn’t reliably lock. There were dead ants in the corners. The condition of the front facade of the hotel says it all. No one is paying much attention to the condition of this hotel.

There is no hotel parking. Even if it said in description that hotel has it for $12. Hotel is of the street on the plaza. So you have to find a parking close by and take you luggage. Parking is a hell around hotel and need an app to pay even if therefore it.
No hot water in the shower in the early hours. For 2 days we been there.
Rooms are clean. Housekeeping is good. Hotel nice and clean. Location is great if you like beach and action.
Don’t understand why they have to spoil a stay with such little problems.

The hotel is basic but clean. It’s very convenient near the beach, on the square and right by convenience stores and coffees and restaurants. No facilities besides a bedroom and bathroom and WiFi, but it suited our needs at half the price of the big hotels nearby.

The place is good, despite the crowded area is not noisy. The sea is very close, 5 minutes walk. There are numerous cafes and shops nearby. In the evenings, Independence Square in front of the hotel turns into a resting place for citizens and guests of the city with shopping shops and children's attractions. I liked everything, we relax in the hotel 3 times, we will come again.

Shabby neighboring surroundings/construction.
Very small room/bathroom (ie: the standard room).

Good price for the location, and if one merely needs a bed & bathroom.

Personally, I enjoyed the fact that it had a BATH, which was also not super-short (ie: decent length, but it was a bit narrow).

The hotel is excellent, good location and excellent service. Attentive and friendly staff. The sea, cafes and restaurants, shops are within walking distance. In the evenings, souvenirs and various things are sold on the square in front of the hotel. There are attractions for children nearby. The week flew by unnoticed. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Not like the pictures

I request a full refund. I booked a design room and did not receive it. The lady on the desk agreed but said none were available. The room I received was awful and looked awful. I was tricked. I also want compensation for this. I paid for 2 rooms. Nothing like the pictures on website. This was a scam. I also took pictures

The location was very good and the price was fair but the hotel was in fairly poor condition. The carpet in the hall was lifting and frayed, and the furniture had lumps and peeled paint. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The air conditioning worked well. For our purposes and budget it was reasonable.

The hotel was at a great location. However, we were not impressed with the service. The lady at the receptionist barely wanted to help us. The hotel wasn’t totally Shabbat-friendly (cleaning lady turned off AC and lights during shabbat). Hotel was good, they just need to work on their customer service.

The hotel is located on a pedestrian square with little shops and restaurants and just steps from a lovely beach. It is pretty basic, but the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

No parking. Hard to find. Location semi ok once there ONLY BECAUSE OF LOCATION TO BEACH! Surrounding area was very dirty, the room was tiny, it was very run down and did not feel clean. The WIFI did not work and after taking a look basically we were told well you’re only here one night so no big deal. The TV did not work. All in all I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Positives. There was an elevator. The people were nice. There was a beach nearby (around 100 steps down and then back up)

Very clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfy and room was very clean. The plaza is very nice and there are restaurants right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice stay the only thing is room wasn’t very big but if your ok will small rooms it is great place to stay

Boutique hotel? Not at all.

To start: address didn’t show up clear in any map- app. Environment, next to an abandoned building. Water come out from the shower inundating restroom; boutique hotel?? The only pet of a Boutiqe hotel is that is super small, the rest: no details of boutique at all.

The room needs a major cleanup. Window has an electric wire hanging in front. Bathroom has mold...
Wifi worked occasionally, and very slow. The staff made no attempt to encourage us to have breakfast at the hotel.
I wrote in advance to request 2 separate beds. I got no reply. I did not know what to expect. Needed to call from the airport to be sure. All in all, unprofessional running of the place

The room was just too small. We couldn't put our suitcases anywhere and still walk around them to the bed. No easy fix, other than bunk beds, which I have seen in mini airport hotels in the U.K.

We search prices on orbitz for 6 ppl for to spend overnight on our way to Safed from Tel Aviv. The kikor boutique had a room available for 300 a night, when we got there that night at 2 am the receptionist told that he can't give us the room for 6 ppl like our reservations confirmation because it only had 4 beds. Because it was so late we no choice but to rent another room for close to $200/night. About an hour late as someone was taking a shower the manager call our room(every someone else was sleeping) and said we turned on an alarm and woke up people in the hotel and than proceeded to ask if any one is a shower and if so please keep it quite.

Arrived at this hotel for the 2nd time in 2 months. Was unhappy with the room I got, reported the problem to the receptionist and, within 20 minutes I was given another room by the owner. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Right on Independence Square and close to beach

Nice hotel but lower floors noisy at night due to cafe below. Lift was small and had steps to get to lift ... not for disabled. Parking in lane behind but get there be there before 7pm when free parking starts. There is a short cut lane on the right side of hotel through to the lame but more steps! Good breakfast but no toaster!
Don’t miss seeing the memorial to the red army victory in 1945 and the railway wagon.

Nice hotel - everything you need

Great staff, very welcoming but so so hard to find. It's actually in the mall so you can't see it from the street. The breakfast was generous and the accommodation clean and conformable. Handy location close to beach.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful... My luggage got lost by my airline, and they were very helpful in communicating with me and helping out with the situation :)

The room was clean, and has nice, modern styling. The location is perfect. Rooms are on the small side, and I did have issue with the shower and little water leakage, but overall that was a very minor thing and everything was great.

A little secret in the heart of Kikar Haatzmaut

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Even though we stayed for only 1 night we got a better feel for the area at all times of the day as opposed to visiting just for a few hours.The hotel was renovated and we were given a beautiful room with a balcony as a concession for a conflict with price arrangements. The location was central to our needs. We received personal service from the staff and were satisfied with the amenities received.

Great Bargain

It's not the Waldorf, but if you're looking for the best deal this is it. Netanya is great and Independence Square is very active - a fun place to be. Just be aware that Hotel Hoffman has undergo e a recent renovation and is now also known as Kuka Boutique Hotel.

Great location but a run down room

The hotel is in a great location: on the main square and right next to the stairs down to the beach. However, while the A/C and refrigerator worked well the room was very run down. The closet door was broken, cigarette burns on the furniture, walls were faded/dirty. The room needed a total refresh. But the staff was helpful and if you can get a good room rate it is worth staying there if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room itself.
