Nicely maintained space. Though the property is beachfront, its a long walk from the area of stay to the beach.
Its a bit of a commute to get here from the port. The hotel has buses running, but may not be the most convenient.

I Hated This Hotel

Underwhelmed from the moment I arrived.  The photos are 5 times better then the property.  The landscape,  rooms, location  and staff are underwhelming to say the least.

When I booked this hotel was twice the price of most of the hotels. I was expecting something luxurious. This hotel isn't luxurious.

If you come as a foreign tourist from a developed country you will be disappointed in what I would rate an upscale motel. Not a hotel or resort.  I paid twice the price of the average hotel on the island only to wish I had booked a cheaper one.

If you are coming as a couple you will be disappointed. If come looking for fun you will be disappointed. If come looking for a place for kids to run around this is the place.

The one thing I will say is if you love kids or have kids this place might fit your needs. There are tons of kids running around and in the pool. The hotel has a lot of kid activities. Other then that's I would suggest any foreign tourist avoid this property.

The lawn and grounds aren't particularly beautiful or well landscaped. Dead grass in lots of area and no flowers. Really its just not nice.

The beach is nothing spectacular or anything to rave about.  I saw much nicer beaches on the way to the property.

The property is isolated and hard to find. It would be nice if they could have sent some pre checkin advice or shuttle info or had a information area at the boat landing.

We had a great experience- the property was well equipped for a family. Perfect for a short visit to the island. The room was nicely furnished and clean. We found the staff to be friendly. The grounds are beautiful, as are the views from the beach

Overall our stay here was good and what we expected. The breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant. The room was cleaned everyday, and was big and spacious. The grounds are lovely and you can see the staff working hard each day to maintain it. Our only gripes were the other guests who seemed to have disrespect for the place, we saw a used nappy just left on a sunbed with a pringles can.
Finally the bus whilst ran like clockwork (+5 mins) seemed to be the bus drivers personal friends of the village pick up service. It was a long enough bus ride as it is without the 4-5 extra stops it made along the way throughout the village.

Also to add, whilst this property appears to be romantic with its sprawling green property lit up at night I wouldn't say it was a couples hotel. Its more geared towards families with children, with its kids club.

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Terrible road & terrible bus to get to the property. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Pool towels smelled like a dirty mop! Wi-Fi did not work in the room. Despite all that, dinner & breakfast were pretty good. Lots of fun activities for kids.

Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, com destaque para o varal na varanda dos apartamentos! item de extrema importância numa estadia de piscina e praia. Oferece muitas atrações de entretenimentos principalmente para crianças, e algumas para adultos também. O café da manhã é muito bom, e possui um cardápio amplo e variado nos 2 restaurantes do hotel. Recomendo o hotel para quem quer curtir sua estrutura. Atenção para o detalhe que ele não fica no centro de Morro de São Paulo. Ainda que o hotel ofereça transfer para o centro você vai gastar um tempinho nessa logística.

O hotel é sensacional! Ficamos encantados com a recreação que possui programações variadas e meu filho (7 anos) se divertiu muito com as crianças e equipe de recreação que intervala atividades mais intensas com mais calmas e vai até 22h, com algumas paradas que permitem que almoçar e jantar em família. A piscina é maravilhosa com um bar molhado e com 3 opções de profundidade, dando muita tranquilidade para deixar as crianças. Os quartos são limpos e as roupas de cama e toalhas cheirosas (inclusive as de praia que vc pode trocar diariamente). A praia do hotel é piscininha com água super quentinha da Bahia e uma profundidade excelente pra crianças e adultos (segurança e autonomia para as crianças). Tudo que comemos no hotel estava delicioso, inclusive com preço justo. Ficamos 7 dias e fizemos quase todas as nossas refeições no hotel, por conta da qualidade, sabor e variedade. As terças e sábados também fazem pizza no super forno que possuem. E por fim é mas importante, destaco a simpatia, acolhimento e cortesia dos colaboradores do hotel, todos foram o tempo todo muito solicitos e agradáveis conosco. Muito obrigada! Outro ponto alto: a massagem da Livia (paga a parte, mas vale super a pena). Certamente recomendo esse hotel por toda experiência especial que viemos e dias maravilhosos de muito descanso!

Mas poderia melhorar no quesito alimentação: as opções do restaurante poderiam ser revisadas qto à qualidade do arroz, a ausência de acompanhamentos essenciais (bife a parmegiana sem arroz?), melhores opções de iogurte, mais opções de pratos saudáveis! Funcionários super atenciosos e educados! Quartos limpos e confortáveis! Diversidade de atrações (atenção para crianças utilizando tacos de mesas de sinuca… perigo iminente!). Valeu! Um casal de amigos nos sugeriu o Patachocas quando dissemos que pensávamos em ir para Morro de São Paulo. Rasgaram elogios. Ainda assim o hotel superou expectativas.
Estamos acostumados a viajar; já fomos ao mediterrâneo, ao caribe, diversas vezes ao nordeste... E tenho tranquilidade em dizer que o Patachocas é uma das melhores estadias que tivemos; local excepcional, a praia em frente ao hotel é uma das melhores da ilha. Restaurante do hotel atende muito bem, fomos nos 3 melhores restaurantes da vila e todos TODOS perdem para o restaurante do hotel. Preços compatíveis com hotelaria turística. Serviço de quarto impecável. Atendentes simpáticos e solícitos. Instalações que servem bem à quem busca conforto. Transfer absurdamente pontual para a villa... Tudo o que queríamos para nossa viagem encontramos no patachocas. Não há uma reclamação que eu possa fazer. Espetacular.
Em tempo: há dois restaurantes próximos ao hotel que você DEVE conhecer. Inegociável. Caranguejo da Teresa e Osteria Giardinetto (faça reserva neste último) ... Uma das melhores viagens que já fizemos e olha que nossa sequência era: Jericoacoara, Caribe (San Andrés) e Malta ... Ainda assim, saímos encantados com nossa experiência.

O hotel é excelente! Desde o café da manhã até a cordialidade dos funcionários. A estrutura de praia é maravilhosa, praticamente uma praia particular de mar calmo e águas transparentes. O único porém que achei foi a questão do transfer, costuma ser de hora em hora, mas em alguns horários, ele pula 2h pro próximo transfer e você precisa aguardar todo esse tempo. Sugiro que fosse sempre de hora em hora.

Hotel incrível, à beira-mar, na melhor praia de Morro de São Paulo: a quarta praia. Quartos amplos com varanda, muito agradáveis; comida excepcional (tanto o café da manhã, quanto a do cardápio, para almoço e jantar). Translado periódico para a vila de Morro (apesar de só ter usado para chegar ao hotel, pois, uma vez lá, não saímos). Quadras para atividades esportivas, além de aluguel de standup e caiaque.

O hotel é maravilhoso, atendimento de todos os funcionários foi prestativo e atencioso, quarto amplo e confortável, café da manhã é excelente com muitas opções e acho que o ponto alto é a estrutura e programação tanto para adultos quanto para crianças! Acordávamos cedinho, tomávamos café da manhã e ficávamos o dia inteiro na praia, que é uma das mais bonitas que já vi, parece uma piscina cristalina! Durante toda estadia fizemos: funcional, vôlei, beach tennis, caiaque, stand up paddle, passeamos de bicicleta… experiência incrível, recomendo muito!

A estadia foi boa, mas as condições do quarto deixaram a desejar, principalmente com um diária tão cara, fizeram a limpeza do quarto e esqueceram de levar as toalhas, quando solicitei tive a resposta que estavam esperando reposição e as toalhas nunca chegaram… o quarto precisa de revisão, estava faltando 01 mesa de cabeceira e havia um furo na bancada de mármore do sanitário. Também solicitamos que o café da manha fosse entregue no quarto (por causa do horário de retorno) e tivemos que brigar com a recepção para que fosse entregue…

Fui em agosto, baixa temporada. O Hotel é maravilhoso, super tranquilo, a praia em frente é a melhor das 5, sem dúvidas: é quase que exclusiva dos hóspedes, mar super calmo, forma piscinas naturais e mesmo na maré alta, o mar é uma piscina! O café da manhã excelente, opções de almoço e jantar, bar molhado na piscina, restaurante da praia leva sua água de coco até sua cadeira enquanto vc toma sol, rede na varanda do quarto pra relaxar, calmaria da natureza, escutamos passarinhos cantando, a comodidade de agendar os passeios direto na recepção. Sensacional toda a experiência e não vejo a hora de voltar!

Hotel precisa passar por uma reforma em todos os sentidos. Quartos antigos, banheiro mal ventilado, atendimento muito razoável, distante da cidade, precisa pegar um ônibus com um estrada péssima! Enfim. Não recomendo, não ficarei novamente.
Recreação limitada e achei num absurdo não ter uma academia! Não vale o preço que se eh cobrado!

Que lugar gostoso! É grande e ao mesmo tempo aconchegante. Piscina com bar, vista para o lindo mar da quarta praia, restaurante com bom café da manhã e opções a La carte para almoço e jantar. Estive hospedada de 13 a 16/12/21 e tivemos uma experiência sensacional.. viajei com minha mãe (idosa) e meu neto de 06 anos e a equipe toda desde da recepção até os tios do entretenimento foram fantásticos. A equipe da massagem também muito agradável. Recepcao, equipe de limpeza, garçons tratam todos com maior carinho e atenção… todos são preparados para atender os turistas e sem contar com a equipe de entretenimento que tratavam todas as crianças pelo nome com o maior carinho. Os quartos são super limpinhos e cheirosos, deixaram até um mimo p meu netinho. SUPER RECOMENDO e voltarei com certeza!

Resort impecável . Ficamos no chalé 308 , camas comfortaveis, cortina blackout, rede na varanda do quarto , arrumação todos os dias do quarto e troca de toalhas de banho e piscina . Ótimo hotel.Apartamentos espaçosos,muito verde,área de recreação excelente,e o mar na porta com uma água incrivelmente quente.Bom restaurante compreços justos.O único questionamento pode ser a logística para chegar na ilha,que pode ser mais difícil para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.Mas isto não impede de conhecer um pedaço do paraíso.

O café da manhã é excelente, ponto forte da estadia. Bem como o jantar romântico, foi excelente e fomos super bem atendidos por Iranildo. Todavia, em geral, o antendimento deixou a desejar, desde a recepção até a limpeza do quarto. Esta duas vezes foi feita no último momento possível, perto de 16h, horário péssimo. A praia é excelente, com grande faixa de areia, água transparente e diversas possibilidades de atrações. No entanto, é preciso atenção às águas-vivas no mar. Recomendamos, ainda, ir bem cedo na maré baixa, formas piscinas naturais lindas!

A única coisa que o hotel falha é preocupação com o meio ambiente. Estão localizados em praia maravilhosa porém muito suja. O hotel precisa se preocupar em reciclar e preservar. Desnecessário o uso de tanto plástico, principalmente por está em uma ilha. Infelizmente a pandemia exige uso das luvas plásticas nós restaurantes, mas deveria ter um ponto de descarte. Até na praia tinha luva plástica.

O hotel em si é bom. Ficamos em um bangalô. Não há diferença alguma para o apartamento. A única diferença é a distância para a piscina e o restaurante. O resto é absolutamente igual. Não justifica pagar a mais pelo bangalô. Travesseiros ruins. Aquele tipo da nasa. Péssimo. O atendimento razoável. Café da manhã bom. Transporte para o centro com intervalos superiores a 1:30 em horários específicos. Os demais a cada 1 hora. Cama razoável. Costumam entrar no quarto para desligar o ar caso você deixe ligado. Situação que não é das melhores quando se espera privacidade e reserva.

Uma experiência incrível.

Passar os dias no paraíso e ficar hospedado no Resort Patachocas é uma experiência única. Estrutura do hotel é excelente. Restaurante e café da manhã com comida boa, de qualidade. Domingo foi aniversário da minha filha e o resort nos presenteou com um bolo de aniversário para os parabéns dela. Além do pessoal de recreação que fez com que ela se sentisse especial. Propriedade muito bonita e bem estruturada, café da manhã e comida do restaurante muito bons, quarto espaçoso atendeu muito bem família com 4 pessoas, o ônibus que leva à vila é pontual e confortável, todos os locais são bem limpos…
Como pontos a melhorar: A piscina poderia ser um pouco maior ou haver uma piscina mais para adultos e o serviço de praia poderia ser mais ágil.

Um bom hotel

Você precisa andar 20 minutos em um trajeto não tão aceitável para chegar até os ônibus transfers.
A estrada até o hotel não é nada preparada pra isso.

Tem muitos pernilongos, impossível dormir em paz, solicitei ajuda da recepção que me mandou apenas um sbp 2h depois.

No mais, o restante é perfeito. Ótimo café da manhã e serviços no geral.

“Resortão” quem gosta desse tipo de hotel atende bem, aceita crianças, tudo junto e misturado. Quarto e banheiro lotados de pernilongos, mesmo com um aparelhinho mequetrefe que eles deixam pra matar não resolve nada. O ônibus do hotel que leva e traz da vila sujo e velho, provavelmente não deve ser higienizado e em tempos de pandemia isso conta muito. Dormi e tomar um banho ok, mais que isso não vale.

Excelente hotel. Ótima opção pra quem quer um pouco de paz. As instalações são excelentes, a piscina é ótima, a praia em frente ao hotel é pouco movimentada, quase exclusiva

Hotel amplo e bem cuidado. Região mais isolada de morro, contudo muito bonita e tem transfer horario para vila até meia noite. Então vc fica no paraiso e tem transporte para cidade (centro). Melhor do que estar na cidade e pagar excursão para o paraiso.
