There was no soap holder in our shower it had broken off and it was never replaced our bed was meant to be a king bed it was two king single put together and there was a big gap in the middle and it was uncomfortable to sleep on 🙁😡

Lovely reception staff.the rooms are very big, separate bedroom h huge bathroom with Spa. 2 TVs both with Foxtel. The view from balcony at sunset over the golf course was beautiful. We ate in their restaurant and food & staff excellent. Highly recommend for a relaxing night.

Loved the view from the balcony. View of the sea and the links. Kangaroos all over the place and very good for bird watching too. The room was spotless and everything was in good order. Very good value for the money. Highest of recommendations. The restaurant was great and the suite was huge.

We had an excellent view of the ocean from our room over the golf course. The local fauna (kangaroos) were visible everywhere on the golf course. We were also fortunate to see the Red Moon during our stay, with the clear skies only improving the view.

Wonderful views and the golfer in the group loved the course. We had fun using the golf buggies with him.
Restaurant view & menu was great & staff, front desk staff very gracious.

They claim rooms will be cleaned and serviced every 3 days. Ours was a 4 night stay. No cleaning, no clean towels, no bin emptying, nothing.

They advertise they have a childrens playground. There is no childrens playground. It was removed, but listings and their own website was not updated. My 3 year old was gutted when we arrived and all there was was an empty space.

We just missed the reception time window but a kind young worker promptly guided us to the “lock box” where we used the directions to collect our key. We found our stay overall as ok. It felt like they are in midst of a long renovation as some things were clean and new and others are dated and could be a bit cleaner.

Short getaway to recharge!

A short getaway to play golf & relax in the quiet surrounds of the Fleurieu.
Enjoyed great round of golf… greens were in magnificent condition. The local kangaroos were not at all perturbed by our presence… we also dined at the restaurant one night… fresh seafood. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The one bedroom apartment unit is spacious with a view overlooking the swimming pool and golf course. We booked it for 2 adults and 1 kid as stated on the ad, however I was asked to pay extra $35 for using the sofa bed for my kid, which is contradictory to the listing ad. The ad is misleading. I hope it will be looked at by the hotel to avoid confusion to their future customers.

The rooms are large and clean, and we loved that they had foxtel. The gym is very good, lots of machines and weights. The restaurant was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only complaint was on the second morning the room above us must had small children as we were woken up with a lot of noise/scraping of chairs. We will be back.

great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a beach getaway. Lovely view from the second balcony, fun watching the local wildlife sharing their golf green with the golfers! Nice restaurant with a decent choice on the menu. Town with shops, cafes only a few kms away and is walkable.
Only issue was not having a courtesy bus or local taxi for a night out and no such thing as Uber in the area either.
If you need a private driver, you need to book well in advance for the 1 person currently operating in the area.
Ohterwise, it was a lovely stay and would stay again!

Our toddler daughter was able to unlock both the front door and balcony door and there was no way to keep it locked or blocked off.
Massive safety issue on the second floor balcony.
No key available to manually lock it.
No air con in main building or gym.
Air con was terrible in room.
Had to leave 2 hrs after checkin because it was so hot and the above safety issue.

We went here to celebrour anniversary and the stay was exquisite. View from balcony is just beautiful at it gets more at sunset. Watching kangaroos hopping in front yard felt lik living in a kangaroo land. The only thing which bothered was no handwash was provided in bathroom. Also crows came out of nowhere in the balcony and came so close it was scary.

Nice view and balcony. My daughter loved the pool and playground and the kangaroos.

Bar and restaurant on site was good. Meals great. Beers expensive.

Towel and cleaning service was extra and pricey, a four night stay, it would have been nice to get clean towels just once.

The stunning sunset and seascape views from the balconies, combined with the ever-present kangaroo’s on the golf course, made our holiday restful and memorable. Being able to hear the waves as they met the shore added to the relaxation level we experienced upon settling in to our spacious suite. Having the restaurant on site, as well as the pool, tennis courts, day spa and golf course, means there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Horrible sofa bed, slept on floor. Poor value.

Had this review been for a stay for 2 people then it would have 4 stars, the location is good, the suite lovely, the bed comfy and on site restaurant pleasant with great staff. HOWEVER, the system allows you to book for 3 adults same room, charging extra for 1 adult on sofa bed. Obviously the room is now less comfortable as you have no lounge left and no sofa to sit on but that’s to be expected. What is NOT expected is how extremely uncomfortable the sofa bed is, the mattress was thin with ridges sticking through. A small child might manage but otherwise it’s horrible. We had to take the sofa cushions and put on floor. There is no one to contact when Reception goes home at 5pm and in the morning the Receptionist, whilst pleasant, was unhelpful. She said sofa bed new and no one had complained before. Would not return the money I’d paid for extra person to use sofa bed as I hadn’t booked direct with hotel. In short would recommend for 2 people only.
