Wow.. What a wonderful stay! The staff was courteous, professional and kind. Room was kept tidy my entire stay. The rooftop onsen was sublime, the bowling alley was an awesome surprise, the hotel was accessible to gorgeous Jogasaki coastline and the views were immaculate. I left refreshed and inspired. To the Akazawa hotel I give my sincerest arigatou gazaimasu!

Hotel is very old and run down. It needs a good facelift and renovation. Carpet had stains and was dirty in the rooms and hallways. Rooms were a good size. Expensive for the state of the hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable with large rooms and a breathtaking view.

The onsen was fabulous as well.

ホテルの客室数とレストランの席数に問題あるのかと思います...朝食時はキャパオーバーになってしまって待ち状態で30分位ロビーで朝の貴重な時間を過ごして不快でしたので時間で区分けするなり改善した方が良いと思うます。

緑に囲まれた広大な敷地で一泊じゃ足りないくらいたくさんのアクティビティが楽しめた。温泉はホテルも隣接の温泉施設も申し分ないくらい素晴らしい！客室はシンプルで広々していて快適。何よりも海を臨む景観が感動的に美しい。残念な点はエレベーターが一基しかない上に狭いためかなり待たされることくらい。

客室の空調が夜間効かず寒かった。食事が不味かった。ホテルからラウンジやボーリング場への運行状況が悪く敷地内にある他の施設をまったく利用出来なかった。スタッフの対応は良かったが日本人には日本人スタッフが良いと感じた。品質の良い日本の旅館になりたいのか、それとも西洋風のホテルになりたいのかよくわからない中途半端な経営でこれでは将来がむづかしいと感じた。

いつもは日帰り温泉に行っているのですが、今回は家族を連れて2泊させて頂きました。施設自体の老朽化は否めないものの、部屋の広さやスタッフ様のサービス面は非常に良かったです。お風呂が素晴らしいのは言わずもがなですが、朝食のアジフライは本当に絶品でした！他のも非常に美味しくとても満足出来ました！また利用させて頂きます。

朝食ビュッフェの揚げたてのアジフライも美味しかったです。　料理長やレストランのスタッフも、とても親切で話しやすいです。

とにかく部屋やお風呂からの景色が抜群に良い。部屋は年季を感じますが不快感は全く無く快適。お風呂にはタオル類が置いてあるので手ぶらで行けるのも気が利いていて快適。部屋の窓は大きく海の音を聞きながら景色を眺め、のんびり素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。夕食は予想以上に美味しく手が込んでいて次回はどんなものが出るのか楽しみになりました。次も機会ができればお世話になりたい宿泊施設です。

夫婦二人での旅行で行きました。雨の日だったのが残念でしたが、部屋や露天風呂、貸切風呂から見える景色が風情があり、それも良かったです。次の日は晴れて、晴れた景色はさらに素晴らしく綺麗で本当に癒されました。夕食の急なこちらの時間変更もお聞き入れくださり、夕食を配膳してくださった方のお優しいご丁寧でスマートな接客にも気持ち良く楽しく食事が出来ました。良い思い出になりました。

急遽決まった伊豆旅行。
ホテルの宿泊は館内もお部屋もとても綺麗で広くて快適に過ごせました。
食事も2食付きにして大正解！
凄く美味しかったです。
高齢の母もとても喜んでいました。
オーシャンビューの温泉も最高で日帰りの方と合わせて4種類の温泉が楽しめました。
次は涼しくなった秋ぐらいにもう一度行きたいと思っています。
