Great service only minor points were the sheets felt a bit scratchy and they only had one ironing board and it would be fab to have a small coffee set up in the room but they did provide water in a large bottle and I got a free coffee at reception when I left as I had missed breakfast. Would recommend. Very quiet and clean. I slept very well - bar the scratchy sheets (but very clean!).

Lite silverfiskar och lite problem med avloppslukt. Verkar vara dålig andning i rören då man kan höra att det suger luft när våningarna ovanför spolar. Men i övrigt var rummet rent å snyggt. Personalen är trevlig och frukosten bra, saknar dock bacon. Har bra parkering under hotellet och några platser för större bilar utanför. Kort promenad till city centrum. Allround bra hotell.

Vi havde et virkelig godt ophold. Lækkert og flot værelse og badeværelse. Alt var rent og pænt. Sengene var gode. Vi fik en hurtig betjening da vi kom. Vi betalte 9,90 euro for parkering i kælderen. Kommer gerne igen.

super preiswert wenn man städtetrip in hamburg machen will. waren 2 nächte dort und konnten easy mit den regio zügen ca 40 Minuten in die Hamburger Innenstadt fahren. sonst total sauber und nett eingerichtet. einzige mankos wären dass der duschkopf bisschen versifft war und es eben ein wenig hellhörig auf den fluren war, das ist meiner meinung nach aber auch schon meckern auf hohem niveau;)

Very well situated hotel, walking distance from city centre. Nice breakfast, clean rooms. Recommendation: Instead of placing stickers for not slamming doors, pleas adjust the doors not to slam! Internet connection not stable. Additional 10€/day for parking is not appreciated. No restaurant. Still a place to come back to.

Leider hatten wir sehr viele Silberfische im Zimmer aufgrund sehr hoher Feuchtigkeit und es waren viele Haare auf dem Boden. Das Badezimmer hat sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen, sodass es kaum nutzbar war. Das einzig positive hier war der Empfang, dieser war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

The location is greit. A few 8 minutes walk to small restaurants and train station to Hamburg which is about 30 mins. Many available parking space outside the hotel in addition to the basement.

Hotel liegt eigentlich an der Norderstraße, Eingang aber zur Matthias-Kalke-Promenade. In der Nachbarschaft zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter kurz angebunden. Bei Zimmern zur Norderstraße bei offenem Fenster Verkehrslärm v Bahn u Ost West Brücke hörbar. Flurturen sehr fallen sehr laut zu. Zimmer modern u sauber, aber keine Klimaanlage, kein Kuhlschrank u nur ein Stuhl. Frühstück ok, aber ohne Highlights. Aufenthalt insgesamt OK, wir hatten allerdings bei dem Preis mehr erwartet.

Es war für ein so günstiges Hotel wirklich gut. Ein Geheimtipp für Hamburgreisen, da direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Von dort 20 Minuten nach HH! Frühstück ist o.k., Personal freundlich. Hitverdächtig bei Hitze war das kostenfreie Wasser am Abend. Hat mir die Nacht gerettet!

Ich habe mit meiner Familie in diesem Hotel übernachtet und wir hatten eine extrem unangenehme Erfahrung. Das Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde, hatte einen starken und widerlichen Geruch, der eindeutig auf Abflussprobleme zurückzuführen war. Der Gestank war so schlimm, dass wir uns körperlich unwohl fühlten und uns dadurch entschlossen haben, früher abzureisen als ursprünglich geplant.
Zusätzlich zu den Problemen mit dem Zimmer, war der Kundenservice sehr enttäuschend. Beim Check-out und nach einer Beschwerdemail wurde unser Anliegen komplett ignoriert. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Lösungsvorschläge – einfach gar keine Reaktion.
Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen und hoffe, dass die Verwaltung diese Probleme ernst nimmt und zukünftigen Gästen solche unangenehmen Erfahrungen erspart.

Et godt og billigt alternativ til at bo inde i Hamborg - ca. 30 min fra Hamborg. Stationen ligger 5 min gang væk. Hotellet var rigtig fint og værelserne rene og pæne. Hotellet ligger også til på Elmhorns centrum, hvor der ligger restauranter og flere steder hvor det er muligt at finde noget at spise om aftenen.

Pænt hotel med fine værelser. Dog med en dør mellem trappeopgangen og gangen til værelserne der lukkede så kraftigt at sengen i værelset, der lå som nr 4 fra døren, vibrerede kraftigt når den lukkede. Personalet var klar over dette men havde ingen løsning på problemet. Ellers god morgenbuffet, med stort udvalg for enhver, dog var de blødkogte æg hårdkogte. 😀 5 min gang ned til gågaden og butikker.
