Very Cute, clean and cozy! We had a great time! Only downfall is you run out of hot water pretty fast, so shower quickly! Calm, peaceful surroundings, and a walking trail if you choose to venture away from your campsite

Plan for limited space, only smaller accommodations we have had is a sleeper on Amtrak. Getting in and out of bed requires a cooperative effort and difficult for senior citizens with mobility issues. Lack of wall mirror and bathroom sink means you have to brush your teeth in the kitchen sink, and no hand towels.

Clean rooms. Staff was constantly communicating and was very open to helping out. Window screens in my cabin werent working and they fixed it in the time frame I requested. You get a radio/bluetooth speakers, pans, pots, plates, spoons and fire wood. There is a conveniece store half a mile away that has veggies, rice, snacks etc in case you forgot something. Definitely one of the best places to disconnect and relax in nature

The cabin was clean and the area was great! Staff were attentive and were seen cleaning/maintaining other cabins regularly. I gave communication a low score only because Marriott didn’t do the best job explaining the “destination fee” until we arrived and noticed firewood and other sundries were provided as part of the cost. Had this been more evident and well-communicated in the description of the booking, we wouldn’t have brought our own.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at these cabins. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly what we were hoping for. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it made the perfect getaway for the two of us.

The only small issue we had was with the lantern provided it seemed to be low on charge or not working properly. But honestly, that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the cabin was perfect, and I highly recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing, romantic retreat. We would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. Everything was conveniently located—grocery stores, restaurants, and shops were just a short walk away, and having easy parking made it even better. Beautiful area but…

If you want to be in the presence of nature with nothing to do, this place is for you! Other reviews stated that communication is poor, but that was NOT the case for us. My first email contact was answered in less than an hour and all text messages were answered within minutes! The queen size bed was very comfortable (we did not have the loft bed). The reason I did not give 5 stars was because we thought all of the amenities were included in the price for our stay. They are not, so we will be charged for the wood/fire starters, puppy poop bags, their gourmet dog treats, 2 bottles of water, coffee packets, & oatmeal. In addition, there was no microwave, no coffee pot/Keurig, nor a freezer part in the mini-fridge. No mirrors either. We bought ice for the cooler as an alternative to no freezer. The solution for coffee was tea-like packets that you boiled water for. There’s a Community Store with gas, right before the turn-off to the cabin site, but items are more pricey than what we normally pay. Lastly, the cabins are rather close together (about 50 ft apart) so while you are way out in the country, it is not as private as we thought it would be. We also expected what was depicted in the online pictures. There was no awning with lights, nor was there a hammock as depicted.The table inside does not fold down to give you more room. These things might not be a problem for others but for us, it was, & it was just too small since we have 2 dogs.It’s a beautiful area tho.

Great family getaway. Cute and fun, i would just say it was lacking on providing full amenties and cleaniness. For example there was a brochure of listed items provided in cabin and their charges, we didnt have a couple of listed items such as the smores kit. Our unit was equipped with full items to cook with such as oil packets but the unit next to ours (used by same group) had oil and others things we did not. Just inconsistent with products available. With this in consideration i would rate overall 6.5/10. Be sure to pack you own stuff for basically a camping trip, to include food items, az surrounding area is very rural and limited on places for supplies and food.

Nice stay, communication systems could be better

When I booked the confirmation email said I’d receive an email with my cabin assignment and lock code 24 hours before checkin. This deadline came and went with no email; I called the customer service line only to find out there are no staff members to answer the phone. Texted the number as instructed but whoever was on the other end did not understand the situation and just kept sending the same confirmation email without the cabin assignment and code to get in. Hotels.com tried to intervene but apparently there is no way for them to call and speak with a human, either. After several hours and many repeat texts we finally got the cabin assignment and code to get in. Hard to understand how this could happen and be so hard to correct - does every guest go through this ordeal?

We had an amazing time there. The mini cabis were immaculate. The outdoor area was well taken care of. It snowed considerably while we were there but in the morning before we left, the streets were clear! Got back to DC safely and would highly recommend Postcard Cabins. I'll be back soon!
