A small minus of my room was the bathroom: It was very clean, but there were silverfish around the shower during my whole stay. Several silverfish jumped out of the bath mat, which was placed at the edge of the shower, as I unfolded it. Also the hand shower in the shower did not function, the button for switching was obviously broken. This ended with a partially soaked floor and me finally shivering in the shower until the water from the overhead shower turned hot. I would not have expected either in a hotel of this category. I stayed there only one night, so didn’t bother to complain to the staff, but it would be nice if the hotel management could solve the problem. Apart from that (and the really slightly annoying lift), I would like to stay there again at any time.

This is a sad excuse for a 4-star hotel. The elevator barely fits two people, let alone luggage. No bellman service or offer of help. Parking lot was full. WiFi horrible.

This hotel is not 4 star hotel. It lucks some basic things like napkins (Kleenex) in the room, the bathroom and shower stall are extremely small, not enough cabinets for clothes in the superior double room. The air conditioner barely worked, it was very hot, especially at night. The internet was very spotty, not working at least half time. The spa area seems outdated, it's dark there but if you get closer to the walls you can see molds and paint coming off of the walls. The terrace also was very basic, overlooking the busy street with all transport and too small for the number of people coming on the weekends when the hotel gets full. The single elevator is extremely slow. The breakfast was really leftovers from dinner previous night plus the plastic omelette that was always in shortage. There is no coffee machine in the breakfast room. You have to catch a very busy waiter and order coffee if you want one. Also there was no information in the room about services in the hotel, spa services, hours, restaurant or the area. At least not in English. This is the first hotel I stayed in that does not has information package on hotel services and the area attractions in the room or in the lobby. The people were nice though and the area was central and close to everything. Other than that it should be a 3 star hotel.

Unbelievable Town!!!!!
Very nice hotel in a beautiful town. We were not expecting much from Fiuggi, Italy. It was just a stop on our drive back to Rome. We were very surprised how clean the town was. Then we went to dinner up in the Medieval part of Fiuggi and was blown away at the buildings and restaurants. Unbelievable is how I would describe this town. One of the best dinners we had in Italy was here at La Taverna Del Castello. Unbelievable restaurant with amazing food. A must if you are traveling within an hour of this town.

Overall, the hotel was a very good experience and I enjoyed the staff I interacted with. The only complaint I had at all was that the internet access I had from my room was virtually non-existent. It would take very long times to connect and the connection would terminate regularly. I finally ended up going to the hotel lobby to get uninterrupted access, and had no problems with connection from there. On my previous trip there, I did not have a problem with internet access from my room.

We visited out-of-season (January) so it understandably was 'quiet'; there were few guests in a fairly large hotel with fewer staff than we expect would be the case in busier periods. Notithstanding, Fuiggi is in a lovely area and well worth visiting - and the Ambasciatori Hotel provides a comfortable base for such a visit. Also - although not sampled, the Hotel also provides spa and health activitiy facilities which looked to be extremely good

Tutto fenomenale, ottima la camera e la pulizia, molto silenzioso, colazione superba, non ho usato la SPA ma solo il tapis roulant della sala fitness, che, anche se ce n'era uno solo, ho trovato sempre libero quando sono andato. Per mia scelta, alla sera, parcheggiavo in strada nelle strisce blu a pagamento perchè tanto ormai mancava poco alle 20.00, ora in cui il parcheggio diventa gratuito, e la mattina andavo via sempre alle 8.00, prima che ricominciasse l'obbligo del pagamento. Il parcheggio dell'Hotel era molto pieno, avrei potuto lasciare giù l'auto dando le chiavi alla concierge ma preferivo essere libero di andare via in fretta senza aspettare che si spostassero altre macchine, però ripeto è stata una mia scelta.

La SPA e’ molto carina e ben tenuta, ma piccola X la capienza dell Hotel.insomma durante il w-e della mia permanenza ci sono stati orari in cui si doveva fare la fila x accedere alle vasche/alla sauna. In giornate particolari non dovrebbero accettare prenotazioni dall’esterno, vista la capienza della SPA. Offrono anche trattamenti. Ne ho provato uno: fantastico! Le cabine sono molto grandi e complete di tutto. Personale gentile e professionale. In complesso una buona esperienza.

La spa e bella e piuttosto curata. La camera era priva di alcuni piccoli confort, per esempio un gancio ove appendere gli accappatoi bagnati dopo la spa, oppure una tisana visto che ci è il bollitore.
La colazione discreta ma poiché a causa della situazione COVID tutto il cibo veniva servito, si creavano file lunghissime.

È la quinta volta che soggiorno in questa struttura e in ogni occasione mi sono trovata benissimo ,la cosa che amo di più sono 2 3 vasche idromassaggio esterne dove è possibile consumare un aperitivo direttamente in acqua,la spa è sempre ben attrezzata e curata e la camera pulitissima e molto confortevole.
Non ho amato molto la colazione al buffet servita direttamente dai camerieri preferivo servirmi da sola ma purtroppo non dipende da loro ma dalle restrizioni dovute al covid.
In generale reputo questa struttura eccellente anche per quanto riguarda il prezzo.

L'hotel è in posizione centrale, non moderno ma in ottime condizioni, provvisto di parcheggio ma di piccole dimensioni (infatti avendolo trovato completo ho parcheggiato in strada nelle immediate vicinanze, a pagamento). Buona la spa e la colazione

elegante struttura inserita in un piacevole contesto urbano. qualche disagio per il parcheggio, che è poco capiente; ed un po’ dispersiva l’area servizi, con molte stanze di passaggio o sovrapposte. La SPA è graziosa e pulita, inoltre c’è una bellissima terrazza riparata da verde, per ottimi stuzzichini e cocktail, consumabili anche a bordo vasca idromassaggio.

Ottimo.soggiorno camera doppia standard davvero grande pulita e con un letto.fantastico, colazione abbondante ma sopratutto di grande qualità, noi abbiaml anche cenato danno la possibilità sia di scegliere menù fisso con antipasti illimitati 2 primi 1 secondo e dolci illimitati oppure scegliere semplicemente alla carta cmq in tutti e due i casi ottima.qualità del cibo a scelta varia. Ma arriviamo al vero pezzo forte la Spa davvero eccezionale piscina coperta meravigliosa sauna e bagno turco ottimi e il pezzo forte la nuova sauna a infrarossi ottima per la.schiena, possibilità anche di aggiungere trattamenti vari a pagamento. Почему такой рейтинг??? У отеля нет своей территории, окна маленькие, потолки низкие. Одноместный номер очень маленького размера, кроме кровати поставить что-то нельзя, кровать обойти сложно, расположен напротив лестницы и рядом с лифтом, хорошо, что обменяли на 2 местный без доплаты. Интернет неустойчивый, русскоязычное ТВ- 1 канал! Завтраки однотипные, из овощей- помидоры Черри и очищенные желтоватые огурцы. СПА- убогое, маленький бассейн, как джакузи, поплавать не получиться, только «посидеть». При заселении выдают пакет с полотенцем и банным халатом, в СПА дополнительно полотенца не дают, хочешь сиди на нем в сауне, хочешь-вытирайся им же. Ещё про СПА, инфракрасная «капсула» своеобразная - общая лавка с 8 окошками для прогревания спины ( фото приложу). Молодёжь приезжает на выходные. Отель зарабатывает и проводя конференции, что также добавляет шума. Из плюсов-расположение и позитивный персонал!

Tornare ogni volta con gioia !
Vengo in questo hotel tutti gli anni almeno un paio di volte, con e senza la famiglia. Sono attenti ad ogni richiesta e nel mio caso, essendo pluriallergica, non è facile. Centralissimo, con doppio parcheggio, una spa meravigliosa con varie postazioni di idromassaggio, con getto d’acqua dorsale, cervicale, lombare, per le gambe. La stagionalmente è aperta anche sul bellissimo solarium.
Di recente hanno aggiunto una nuova sauna con benefici effetti per i dolori dorsali ed un’altra sala con lettini ad idromassaggio.
