Staff was great, helpful, always there when you needed something. The room itself was pretty much in good condition, it was always clean, new, but the shower towels were too small and we didn’t have enough. The shower itself was missing half the door so when you shower the water comes all out of the shower and goes all over the floor which would create a mess.

A lovely hotel with amazing views of the acropolis. Frame rooms are worth the money, luingnin bed at night with a view of thw acroplis and a small balcony, with seats, which to be hinest, are not the most comfortable. The hotel is on a relatively busy one way street but earplugs are supplied and we didnt have any problem sleeping but if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Staff were attentive and very polite 2 mins to syntagma square. Loads of coffee shops, restaurants and places just to watch the world go by around the area. Really at the centre of everything you could want in a visit to athens.

Nice, friendly staff. Always available to help. Nice convenient location a stones throw away from syntagma. Breathtaking view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. It was a shame the open area was closed due to refurbishment. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.

The great thing about the room was that the TV had Netflix and YouTube where you could use your account which was a real plus considering if you have kids. The rooms were quite cosy and the temperature control worked well. Our room had a balcony but no chairs and the railing meant that it was not safe for kids to be out in the balcony.

The room was clean but could use some updating: the tiny fridge was leaking and the bath tub was hard to get into (for old folks), without grab bars and the plug was not working properly. Exceptional stay! Twin beds were perfect. The shower was hot and plentiful, very clean. The balcony was so nice. But the tops: The breakfast buffet on the rooftop with the most amazing options we could think of for our first night in Greece! The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. First of all I would like to start with one positive thing about this hotel is the Acropolis view we got during our breakfast. But the bed room we got was so cramped up and even the powder room was tiny too. No space to walk between the bed. There was no dresser to put out things. There was a mirror that is in front of the sofa bed , so we could not use it as it was not enough space to stand in between. The room was too narrow. I was surprised to see how this hotel was a 5 star hotel. Bathroom or in the bed room there were no hooks to hang bathrobes, jackets etc. The room had thin walls and we booked a family room and they provided us only 1 earbud for all 4 of us to escape the noise outside coming out from night clubs. Next problem area is the bathroom. Whenever we took a shower the water splashed to the dry area of the floor, because of the design flaw. That was a huge slippery situation while getting in and out of the shower area. Also they only had a handheld shower , so you have to have one hand to hold the shower head to take a bath, No top shower head.

Giving the stay 5 stars, because the most important aspects of my stay were excellent: the room was comfortable and very quiet (which is fantastic, considering it's a very busy location), good bed, sheets, etc., the breakfast and the view - outstanding, the staff - excellent.

The hotel was clean. The front desk was less than friendly at first. I think it was a clash between my exuberant American personality and their unwarranted formality. However, they were helpful and I very much enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. The food was good and it provided and excellent view of the Parthenon. The location is excellent.

A very nice hotel in the center of all tourist activities with many restaurants and shops. The room was very small but very clean. We were given a room that faces a side street so it was quiet. The bathroom is plain and could be better with better lighting, but it is very clean. There are many electrical outlets for charging your various chargers. All the employees we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay there.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel are some bars that played very loud music until 3am every night. As a result we had 4 nights of bad sleep even though our room was located on the 6th floor.

The location was very convenient. 5-15 minutes walk to many attractions. Tons of restaurants around. The acropolis view was amazing. I left the curtains open at night just to see the acropolis while falling asleep. The room was clean. The front desk staff were nice but the housekeeper was a little pushy. When the housekeeper saw me in the hallway she followed me to my room and kept asking if I needed housekeeping even though I put do not disturb on the door. I explained that I didn’t not need housekeeping because I came back to my room during the day frequently. So I think if you don’t need housekeeping, better to mention it to the front desk.

Room clean, air conditioning worked well and is conveniently located. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish it was more eco-friendly, ie allowing towels to be re-used (there would probably need to be someplace to hang them first) and opting out of daily fresh sheets. My big irritation was that only paper cups were provided for the in-room coffee. The cups were too big to fit under the pod coffee machine and were too hot to handle when using the kettle. Also I had at least one of these paper cups leak on my, leaving water everywhere. It just gave the whole place an air of cheapness and penny-pitching that took away from the other ambience, such as the view from the roof top restaurant.

Upon arriving, if you have any trepidation from initial view of hotel exterior, don't. Hotel lobby may be a bit small comparing to name-brand ones, but it was nice and cool. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. Bed is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the shower is not fully enclosed, with just a glass panel shielding half of it from the rest of the bathroom. So we pointed the shower head toward the wall and stood close to the wall to minimize water splattering - not a big deal. There is a small fridge and in-room safe. We were given 9th floor room, very convenient as the next/top floor is the dining area. Breakfast was superb, enhanced by spectacular view of the Acropolis.
Aside from our hotel stay, we were especially pleased with the area as the streets may be narrow as all streets in the area are, but they are all one-way and fairly easy to navigate. Better yet, there were plenty of dining options within walking distance, which we chose for our lunches and dinners. The walk to our meeting point for the Acropolis tour is less than 15 minutes, although we actually scouted our route the day prior to be certain of finding the location and timing the duration. The Agora flea market is just a few minute in the vicinity. Overall, the area is just vibrant with people and shops and eateries. We felt absolutely safe traversing the surrounding streets on foot. We regretted staying only 2 nights. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely would return.
