the staff is great and very helpful. the location is convenient. but the building needs rework. the rooms are full of little bugs, the room has a smell like the place was flooded and it dried. the hall on the floor where i stayed smelled very humid. the breakfast buffet doesn't serve what is shown in the website photos. no Danish cake, fruits are limited to watermelon and papaya.

Housekeeping really needs to improve.There were some small ants on the table and in the bathroom. The towels were stained and the room smelled somewhat stale. The property is however relatively new compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The nearby Simpang Lima foodcourt is within 10 minutes walk.

Nice & cozy stay.

The room was neat with nice clean spacious bathroom.

24 hour gym with the view to the main street in front of hotel, decent equipments.

Breakfast had western and Indonesian food options, nice sitting area (indoor and outdoor).

A new hotel in good location. The room's condition is good with comfort bed and two pillows for each person. The bathroom has small towels besides regular ones and a hairdryer. But the breakfast space and aisle for taking breakfast meal is narrow and not many variation of the meals.

Tiny room. Breakfast was pretty bad. Not enough food and hotel guests literally pushing my husband and I out of the way to get at food. It didn’t seem like the hotel prepared enough food because most of the food would be gone in a few minutes.

I like the place, clean, minimalis style. Very friendly staff, I just need to get some ideas that Express Inn meaning no restaurant to eat. I ordered the simple food offered, but quality is not there. Please check the water system as if you just opened the shower there was some unpleasant smell.
Otherwise I am happy.

Basic standard hotel, the only downside is ants. There are ants in the room, ants by the breakfast area and even in their cereal holder. I asked the receptionist if ants are normal; she answered that it is not and if there are any ants they will spray it. Well if it is not normal; why you have them by the breakfast area where you serve food. Location wise, it is perfect... close to mall and attraction by simpang lima. Parking is a bit hard especially from the ground parking as it does not have enough room.

Nice hotel has everything basic that I need for.

Stayed at this hotel for only two nights, but it has everything basic I need. Room is clean and neat. Breakfast is not fancy but good enough. Gym has everything basic I need and clean. While running in the gym, you can see outside of the hotel.

I enjoyed everything about it. The breakfast was exact, well made and good auto coffee machine. Reminds me of a good hotel in Germany. Staff all wearing uniform unlike some hotels with trainees manning the coffee shop. Really excellent!

Perfect Budget hotel

As a budget hotel, this is just perfect. Free wifi with decent bandwidth. Minibar is empty and you are invited to bring your own. LCD Tv with an excellent choice of channels (International) and perfect picture quality. Well lit room. Clean and new. No service is provided as this is budget. Room service is replace by delivery. Menus are in the room (2 local restaurant + Pizza Hut and McDonalds). You need to collect delivery from the hotel lobby and can only pay by cash (So be ready). Reception calls you when delivery boy is there. After staying there, I don't see why I would pay more for a business hotel.
