The room was clean and spacious, swimming pool had a great view and was refreshing, the breakfast spread was very nice with a lot of choices. And the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, I would definitely stay here again

This was my 3rd hotel experience in Bangkok and I want to say that I haven't seen more friendlier and helpful staff than at TK. Very helpful, friendly and excellent!
I loved my room too, new, clean and very well decorated. Top notch! I want to add one thing, I live in Japan and each time I travel I miss those lovely washlets, to my surprise this hotel had them!!
Recommended and will definitely stay again!

What an hotel

From the moment we got to the hotel we felt and was tret so well a upgrade was so unexpected the food great they even had live music playing while you had your food . Sauna and pool was great pool was cold but still .
The door man was just the best he did everything in his powers to help you . A top hotel and right next to the train station so perfect

Firstly, I would return if the trip was short.
This was a brief business stop over.
Staff all first class.
Food choices a little basic.
Room took a while to cool down - very humid part of the world !, hot water stopped mid morning for an hour (no reason found)

It is a lovely big clean hotel with friendly staff. My room was newly renovated. The hotel is under renovation at this time. Upon leaving I asked for the restrooms but I couldn’t find them, there were no signs to guide people. The same with the area where breakfast was being served. It’s big enough to get a little lost.

Room smelt of sewage. Hotel has been under construction for over 3 years now. Check in time was later than booking confirmation stated, woman checking me in acted as if she was doing me a favor by checking me in at 2pm rather than 3pm, when my confirmation clearly stated 2pm check in.
Advertised printing & fax facilities, but this is just the reception, had to email personal documents to the receptions email address and stand back and watch her struggle to print them giving me no reassurance that my personal details had been deleted after they were printed.

Far away from main city . Hotel on \"no can do\"mode

Got room at cheap price. But so was the experience.
Hotel is located far away from city,one ends up paying more on taxi fare than the room itself. Its 25km from anything happening. Had to ammend the plan because of expensive rides.
Hotel had some srious makeover to do.. we were welcomed by a road crusher in front of hotel. The hotel staff has no can do policy. Hotel room (superior) was ordinary. Nothing special about the stay. My sugeestion for all is to find a hotel near central bangkok.
Room walls very thin. No inroom facility. Room service okey.. but expensive. No airport drop.
Just ordinary service

The pillow is too hard.
The shower is very light water pressure. You cannot have your hair wash.
I stayed for three nights with suffering. Had informed the staffs, but nothing response till you checked out. Not impressed.

Great hotel let down by level of service.

Room service got our food order wrong but we still had to pay. I know it isn't much money but it's not the point, they should own up to their mistakes. Also no tea or coffee in the room so bring your own!
Housekeeping excellent as usual so will stay again. :)

For overnight would suggest elsewhere

Hotel is under major add on construction with building works starting around 8am. Very noisy. Staff were having very loud conversations in the hallways seeming to forget people are sleeping at 4:30am.
Breakfast ~ cold and best to avoid even at the low price.
Don't normally give bad reviews but really they could try much better .

Fabulous place you have, and the Nippon toilets

Very close to the DPU Convention Center with shuttle service that they provided. Nice rooms with Japanese toilets. That alone would give this place a 5 Star in my book. Looking forward to going there again.

Have stayed here before,but won't stay again.we were charged extra for bed 750bht per night .booked for three nights.second night kept awake till 4.30 in the morning due to rowdy guests.we missed breakfast due to overlaying and lack of sleep.last day went down for breakfast and only chinese style available,even my wife who is Thai couldn't eat what she was given.left totally unhappy and cheated.the staff were indifferent and inexperienced.also building work causing smells around block b area where we were accommodated ,have not one good thing to say about our stay.wont be staying again.my advice don't go there!.

Excellent service by the staff, the taxi door was opened by them before I could do it myself, they were also there the following day with umbrellas ready as it was raining when we returned to the hotel.
The room was large and comfortable, except for the pillows which were a little to hard for our tastes.
There is a \"Big C\" supermarket across the road, accessible by a footbridge, with a food court with a good choice and very reasonable prices.

Great beds!

I loved the coffee they served at breakfast. Usually in Asia you have to drink some pretty average coffee. At this hotel you are able to have an unlimited amount of espresso. Just go up, click, mix and drink. It was great. I also like the different Thai dishes.

One night stay between flights

My girlfriend and I were staying at this hotel between flights from the main airport to regional one. The goal of our stay was to shower (we came from Montreal, Canada so, we had a very long flight), sleep a bit and get a \"normal\" breakfast. First, it was nice to have front desk staff all night as we arrived at 2:00 AM. We got the room at a discount on Expedia for about 50 CAD so for the price, the room was nice enough, beds were not too hard, not too mushy... just right. It did not smell bad (some hotel rooms do) though in the morning there was a bad smell coming in the always open louvers of the bathroom. You only need to keep the bathroom door closed if you want to keep the room cooler and keep away the smell. The staff was courteous, though not every one understands English (except for the front desk staff). If you want breakfast, you need to add that to the room price as it's not included. Overall a good experience for what it is and it only took about 10-15 minutes from the hotel to the regional airport at 7:00 AM on a week day.

Two night stay for us as a couple on a visa run. Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful, nice big room, everything we needed and nice big bathroom with a bath. Swimming pool a good size, gym if you want to be extra healthy. Big C and Tesco near by, only problem they are on the other side of a dual carriageway.

Only choice close to the location we wanted

We had to move to a new hotel due to the hotel we had been staying at was 100% booked for the rest of our stay. The pictures posted on Expedia made it look much nicer than it actually is. The location is less than desirable on a very busy street that has constant traffic but very close to big shopping mall and grocery store. The rooms had mosquitos and I kept getting bitten. The bathroom was not very clean. The bathtub was moldy. The restaurant in the hotel had good food but at times the service was bad. The breakfast compared to the other hotel (Miracle Grand) had less selection and the ambience was like that of a school cafeteria.

参加したいイベント会場から車で10分程度の場所なので選びました。タクシーが無いと少し不便な場所にありますが、部屋も広く毎日綺麗に清掃され朝食のメニューも申し分ありませんでした。お水も毎日冷蔵庫に2本、コーヒーやお茶を飲む為にポットの横に2本用意されていました。コンビニでわざわざ購入する必要がありませんでした。5年ぶりにタイを訪れた為、デジポットやチップの習慣をすっかり忘れてしまっていて勤務するスタッフには大変申し訳ないことをしました。

宿泊した部屋は、タイ人向きかと思います。バスタブはありませんし、シャワーヘッドも不調。しかし、大きな不便はありません。スタッフは英語も問題ありません。喫煙は入り口横の隠れスペースがあり、助かりました。客層は中国系の団体客が多いように思いました。朝食や小腹が空いた際には、２、３分で手頃なサテやカオマンガイ屋に至ります。また、Big C マーケットが傍にあり、日用品の補給も可能です。ドンムアン空港利用者には選択肢となるホテルです。

Trevligt hotell som ligger bortom turiststråken. Nästan bara Thailändare som gäster. Vi bodde här förra gången för 12 år sedan och trivdes bra. Nackdelen är att man behöver taxi för att komma någonstans. Taxi är dock billigt men kan ta tid i Bangkok-trafiken. Det bästa är att man kommer närmare hur thailändare lever.
