Great rooms! Great,friendly and attentive staff. Not too far a taxi ride from things to do. Cons: The hotel is in an underdeveloped poorly lit area surrounded by abandoned buildings and empty lots. Its safe ,but desolate and gloomy around the hotel particularly at night.

Good for quick stop between flights

A very quick stop due to delay on flights, so only here for a matter of hours. Hood hotel however I booked for 5 people and emailed the hotel in advance to make sure additional bed was put in, and it wasnt.

I really enjoyed the stay and the staff couldnt have been more welcoming or helpful. The snack bar was a useful addition for light meals.

This is just me, but it was a little far out from Bangkok for travellers wanting to go into tge City often but well located for the airport.

TV channel choice was exceptional with tins of English and foreign language channels as standard.

They very kindly let us check in early, though our family room for 4 people only had 3 beds. Luckily our youngest was small enough to sleep in with us. It’s clean and has a cool decor, only 30 mins from BKK but there’s nothing really around. Great price and ideal for what we needed

Recommended.

It’s like staying in a nice Premier Inn. Lacking in facilities but a nice size room with comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff and a pretty lobby/breakfast area. Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. It’s close to Mega Mall Bang Na too. Good value.
My kids liked the bunk beds :)

Basic hotel near airport for quick overnight

This is a newish very basic hotel that is already showing signs of wear. The towels and toiletries are very low quality. It takes about 20 - 25 minutes to get to the airport. There is nothing around the hotel except for 7/11. Just ok for a quick airport overnight. As 2 female travelers it did feel safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is freeway very close and the rooms are not very sound proof. It wasn't too much of a bother.

This is a cool place if you are stopping over for less than three days. Some of the staff was not nice. They did not greet you like most hotels or Thai in general. The rooms were very clean.

Wifi doesn’t work properly. Had to rely on data. Rooms are really good value for money and housekeeping is good too. Reception staff don’t speak English well so hard to communicate but they were helpful. Area is ok for layover from BKK airport but not for tourists. Mega Bangna Mall is close though.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff were so helpful and magnificent!! Pang and Pim were truly helpful and were always ready to help! my only issue was the location, Bang Na is not a tourist area, so despites how budget friendly this hotel is, to get to downtown Bangkok it was about 500 bahts which is about 16 dollars and these prices add up quickly for round trips(sometimes the drivers will try to scam you and turn off the gps, don't let them do it). If you are staying there utilize the grab app, it is there version of Uber and there is a set price. Overall the hotel is clean, the people are friendly and it is extremely quit. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Journey Hotel and I am so thankful to all the staffs!

This was a fine choice as an inexpensive airport hotel. BKK was 25 mins away by Grab. There was a 7-11 literally steps away from the front door so we got dinner there one night since there really isn’t restaurant life in the vicinity. The front desk staff were efficient but not friendly, but we didn’t really need them to be. There’s a cafe on the lobby floor but it was not cheap. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep when going back to your country, this option worked well.

The hotel itself is nice! The lobby looks great and the room was very clean. The shower needs a little bit of pressure. It was low. The surrounding area was not as nice. The location from the center of Bangkok was a little too far. Overall the cleaning crew was spectacular! The reception was very nice as well. The hotel room was very comfortable especially the beds. We just had trouble obtaining a ride from Grab because of the distance. Plus the ride through traffic was pretty bad. The food offerings were great as well. Plus the 7-Eleven next door was a big plus!! Overall happy with a quaint local hotel.

Stayed here to attend to kid's competition at the nearby International School. Location is close to the international school, and close to Mega Bangna. Like it that there's a 7-11 just next door. Hotel looks new and cleanliness is well kept. Can't ask for more for the price we paid. Further away from downtown though but it's ok for us since our main purpose is to attend to competition and not traveling

The best part of this hotel is the staff. Courteous, friendly, helpful when needed and always with a smile. The facilities are in new condition as well and always kept clean and tidy. In all my years of travel I have most often stayed at well known 5 star properties but really those were just a few bells and whistles that are not really necessary unless you are on vacation and need a beach or a pool. Highly recommend this property for your transit or work stay!

Great little industrial looking hotel. Staff very helpful organising taxis. Cafe surprisingly good with a good menu and drinks. Taxi drivers not so sure where the hotel is and not easy to walk anywhere. Had problems with Wi-Fi but overall a good place to stay between flights.

Still one of the best deals in Bangkok if staying near IKEA or Mega Bangna Mall. The price is still reasonable but does not include breakfast. You can order a nice breakfast & coffee for $5-$7USD. I will continue to recommend this place.
