We booked the Villa suite and another room for my son. It was so nice facing the beach and having our bed on the second floor. The Villa came with a private pool which was nice to take a swim anytime snd water was warm. The selection for breakfast was nice with many options. We went mid August and the place was quiet maybe kids are starting back to school. There’s always beach chairs and pool chairs available. Hammock was also available, and I was able to take a nice afternoon nap. Receptionist was friendly and was able to extend our check out time. Room was clean and bed was comfy. They provide bottle water and a nice fruit plate upon arrival. I would come back here again with my family and booked the same room.

I usually don’t do reviews but I have to give feedback for others if they plan to stay at Alezboo hotel. The customer service is ok but checking was not a good experience. I booked a room for family of 3 which is with an infant under 1 year old. I asked for a crib, they said they don’t have and it’s broken. But they gave us 2 twin beds when iBook a room for king bed. Anyhow, after a few phone calls they gave us a king size bed. Them night, they have some sort of rented out karaoke party and they were singing in ver terrifying music until like 10pm. Our baby usually go to bed at 7 so we have to deal with this horrible music. They rented out the spec for extra money and careless about customers. Then at 11pm to 3 am the room downstairs have people gathered outside sitting in the floor drinking and screaming all night. This third world behavior is so bad and I think it’s the reason I write review. So please don’t stay here, if you do you have to suffer. Especially if you have a baby.

Lovely Hotel Great Staff

We stayed here in June, the normal off season for the resort. This meant that we had some very peaceful days in the hotel. The hotel was busier at weekends with Vietnamese families staying. We ate at the hotel a few times both for lunch and dinner and could not fault the quality of the food. Although it was a little more expensive than you could get in the resort, the service and quality was better. If you get the chance, make sure you have the BBQ which is normally on Saturdays, a great deal and all you can eat! Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was very nice. All of the staff are cheerful and want to make sure you have a great time. If you want to do some excursions, ask the hotel staff to arrange this for you, we had a taxi for the day and visited Ta Cu as well as Ke Ga Lighthouse, it was great doing the trip on our own as we could spend what time we needed at each place plus it was much cheaper than booking the normal excursion. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is on the edge of the resort but very easy to walk to local eateries. Vietnam is amazing!

Beachfront Haven

Checking in is a home coming experience. Very warm and extremely hospitable staff welcome you. They take care of your every need and go out of their way to provide you excellent service. You feel like royalty and was an absolute stress free holiday. Nice white sandy beach with blue ocean waters. Great spa services. The location and proximity to attractions & nightlife is idyllic.

Nice hotel not clean beach

Hotel room is very nice but they should clean the beach, too many seashells and easily can cut your feet. All they have to do is have someone clean the beach each morning or like the hotel next door have something like a fish net
Food need to have more variety - guess they custom to mostly Russian tourists there and need much improvement as taste. Pretty much the worse food we ever tasted in Mui Ne and other beach resorts.
A big disappointment - will not go back here even their room was quite nice.
The people are polite but did not go the extra mile except on guy name Trung, he is really nice and friendly,

The hotel seemed neglected yet the gardens were were lovely and well attended unlike
The guests. Breakfast the staff were rude. I asked for hot water to which a hand was put up to me and I was told to wait. It was suppose to be a special Holliday to meet friends we haven't seen for years who live in Australia I was embaressed as I chose the hotel. There were too many things wrong to say, it wasn't a communication problem it is
a training problem more training is needed. The hotel could be lovely just care for it!!!!

Relaxing and nice beach

I have fully enjoyed 3 days with my girl friends, the beach was so beautiful. This resort is very good for relaxing. Swimming pool is nice, room for breakfast has a very good view to the sea and the pool. We love to be here and will stay again if we travel to phan thiet next time.

Very nice though some minor issues.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and close to the beach. Clean, comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast with the deal we got. We got a great rate through wotif. The resort also seems to have a blind pug rescue centre!

We lost water in our rooms 3x across our 4 day stay and the hotel's communication was below expectation with that. Maybe we were unlucky... the pool area was consistently very windy and the poolboy had to put the umbrellas down over most of the deck chairs, meaning shade was difficult to find. This was particularly annoying because people would reserve a good spot with a pool towel and not return for hours. A bit annoying. Finally the resort's services are extremely expensive. đ73, 000 for a beer that costs đ15,000 across the road. Laundry, massage service and food all similarly inflated.

All that said, it was very nice and we had a very relaxing few days.

It was just okay.

The resort grounds is really beautiful and the fact that it is right on the beach makes this place awesome. Their pool was great as well. The only downside was the room felt a little \"damp\", probably due to being right by the water. The restaurant took a little long for us to get our food every time but that didn't bother me too much. My stay would've felt a little more comfortable if the room didn't feel and smell damp. Great beachfront property, direct access to the beach. This place is good for the price.

Nice location w/ much improvement desired

The resort building style is more of typical tropical style with larger reception area having nice view of the ocean behind it.

The front desk staff attitude was much short of 4-star rating. Upon arrival we were greeted with a half-smiled staff that appear to reluctantly help us. Our travel/identification documents were demanded like we were going through 3rd world airport immigration rather than checking in for a relaxing vacation. We were paying guests not hobos looking for handouts.

The rooms were of decent size but did not have the 4-star characteristics. We had to pay for extra bed (foldable) in one room that cost close to the entire room itself; the bed appeared like it was just picked up from a 2-star hotel that was creaky and hard, so the 2 adults and a 17 year-old child had to sleep together on a queen bed.

We felt the breakfast buffet was a relative shining area of the resort. Food selection and freshness were well shown through different plates from hot items to cold cuts. The beach of the resort was more calm and swimming friendly than others that we stayed in the same area during this trip.

If resort management/owner is serious about its business, it should observe the place activities undercover and put themselves in the guests' shoes to make all possible improvements to give customers (ASIAN and Western travelers) reasons to choose Allezboo, come back and refer more business.

Room was not really clean. Breakfast was also disappointing with limited options. They don't provide two keys which is a bit troublesome for me and my friend. We requested a twin bed room when we made reservation and were only told it's fully booked when we checked in. No twin room. Anyways don't think will go back again.

Great beach location.

Great stay at this hotel the staff were very helpful especially the pool Chaps who were very efficient in getting you a sun lounger and towels. It is situated at the end of the strip so is in a quieter location which is exactly what we were looking for ideally situated on the beach which was superb and not so busy with kite surfers as it was at other hotels around this location.

the personnel is trying to be nice but some of them is rude and uncontrollably annoying. the rooms service is on time but not clean enough: towels had always been asked to change for cleaner ones, robes were dirty and previously used, slippers were used and very difficult to explain to change them, beds in cheaper rooms are old and impossible to sleep on old mattrasses. breakfast is in good terrace, but never changed in variety of food. the beach is clean, swimmingpool is ok, pleasant area around the swimming pool but water in swimming pool is full of chemicals. spa is not worth it, the scrubs and oils that are used there are locally made of unknown resources

新しくは無いですが、それなりに情緒を感じられるホテルです。私達が滞在したうち2日はほぼ貸し切りでした。朝食会場のレストランも静まり帰っていました。とても静かに滞在出来ました。もう少し朝食の選択肢が多いと嬉しいかな。

Hyggelig folk som jobber her. Vi var i slutten av januar ,det er ikke den travleste tid. Passe oss perfekte. Kommer sikkert igjen en dag.

施設は立派であるが、フロントの対応、メンテナンスがなっていない。
ワイングラスの貸し出しを依頼したところ、レストランに借りに行くようにとの対応。
部屋のジャクジーも不潔で、故障しておりエンジニアが来てやっと作動したもののレバーが腐食しており壊れる始末。
改善すべき点が多い、残念なリゾートです。

Beautiful garden and buildings by the sea. Good breakfast. Poor lunch meny, but my last week new menu and perhaps new chef. The hotel boasts of airport transportation, which is not true. What they offer is a kind of taxi transportation !, which was really expensive. Reception had some sweet and polite ladies, but they did not speak English.

숙박시설이 낡았습니다. 도심의 세련된 호텔을 상상한다면 많이 실망할거고, 깔끔한 리조트를 상상한다면 조금 실망할겁니다.

침대가 너무 낡아서 자다가 뒤척이기만 해도 삐걱거리는 소리에 잠을 깼고, 매트리스가 너무 가라앉아서 자고 일어났더니 허리가 아팠습니다. 매트리스 교체해 준다고 해놓고 교체를 안 해줬길래 그냥 더 얘기 안하고 소파에서 잤습니다.

주변 리조트에 비해서 가격이 낮은 편이 아니었고, 바다 전망 스위트룸이었는데도 그 정도였습니다.

조식은 평범한 수준이었습니다. 전날 묵었던
이비스 사이공 조식에 비해 한참 떨어지는 수준이었는데, 그냥 배 채울만은 합니다. 그리고 음식은 밖에서 사 먹어도 안 비싸니까 크게 기대 안 하시면 먹을만 합니다.

직원들은 다들 친절했습니다. 친절은 한데 요구사항이 제대로 받아들여지지 않았으니 별 소용 없는거겠지요?

보케거리까지는 택시타고 4만동 정도 나옵니다. 택시 타고 오가는게 불편하지는 않습니다.

무이네에 다시 가고싶은 생각은 있는데, 여기는 다시 가고 싶은 생각 없습니다.

Наш любимый Allezboo.

Мы в этом отеле уже в восьмой раз и другого нам не надо. Он почти последний в чепочке отелей на данном побережье, за последние два года построили еще один отель справа от Allezboo, он никак не повлиял на тишину и спокойствие. Рядом в 50-100 метров все кафе и магазины. Персонал приветливый, номера убираются ежедневно, постельное белье тоже,чай, кофе, чайник,всё есть. Территория ухоженная, завтраки очень даже хорошие, голодными не уйдете. Тишина, бассейн, джакузи и море. Что ещё надо для отдыха. Рекомендуем.

Hotellet er velholdt med en fin beliggenhet ved stranden og en flott hage, Insjekkingen gikk fort og greit. Vi ble også oppgradert til et rom med separat stue og soverom. Fra stuen kunne en gå ut på terassen der det var en egen sittegruppe. Svømmebassenget var stort. Det var solstoler både ved svømmebassenget og nedenfor ved stranden.Hver morgen ble det delt ut håndklær ved svømmebassenget. Det var også to dusjer tilgjengelig før/etter bading.
Frokosten var variert og god,med både varm og kald mat.Det var også en stasjon for omelett, speilegg eller lignende.
Restauranten og barområdet var desverre ikke innbydende på kveldstid.Her kunne hotellet med fordel ha gjort en bedre innsats. Dette gjelder også noen av drinkene i baren. På den andre siden er det kort vei / gangavstand til andre og mere innbydende restauranter.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel direkt am Strand

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Strand, verfügt aber auch über einen schönen eigenen Pool. Die Anlage ist in Kolonialstiel gebaut, nur zweistöckig und sehr gut in die Grünanlage integriert. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, bietet sowohl einheimische, als auch europäische Kost. Das Angebot an Obst ist beeindrückend. Das Personal ist nett und bemüht.

Vi hade underbar service på hotellet, de fixade allt möjligt till oss som vi behövde. De va värt att betala lite mer för! De va lite dyrt i restaurangen jämfört med om man gick ut och åt men maten var god. Rummen var fantastiska men välj ett rum med balkong

현지 성수기라지만 1박에 13만원을 주고 잔 방이 모기때들.... 그리고 반지하 같은 룸....3개의 방의 방을 이틀동안 사용하여야 하고 방또한 다 떨어져 있게 배정해줘서 방이 좋지 않다고 하니 우리를 호구로 보았는지 2000만동을 더 주고 방 3개가 있는 단독형 팬션룸으로 유혹 합니다. 한국분이라면 지난번 3월에 묶었던 무이네가 더 나을 것입니다. 바다가 바로 붙어 있고 무이네 중심에 있는것 말고는 비추입니다.

괜찮은 수준

처음 입실시, 바닥 및 싱크대에 죽은 바퀴벌레가 있었음. 그거 빼고는 괜찮은 시설. 사람도 적고, 수영장도 괜찮은 수준. 토요일에 하는 야외 저녁 부페가 괜찮음 50만동보다 조금더 비싼 수준이었음.
샤워시설도 좋고, 전반적으로 만족함. 스파도 괜찮은 편임. 4성급인 만큼 샴푸나 타월등 교체가 원활하지는 않지만, 요청할시에는 대응해줌.

Nice hotel. Very close to the beach. Nice staff.

The hotel upgrade us to garden view room. The room is big, nice and clean. The staffs are all kind and helpful. They helped us to double check our half-day tour and make contact to our bus back to Ho Chi Minh city. In front of the swimming pool is the beautiful beach. I enjoy my stay here and hope to come back a again.

Хороший отель для отдыха в Муйне

Останавливались на 9 ночей в люксе. Номер соответствует описанию на сайте, только при описаниии кухни- не сказано по отсутствию варочной поверхности и посуды. Если не обращатьвнимание на сломанные раскатные двери, и не очень чистые пуфы на диванах- то к остальному нет притензий. По уборке номера не выкладывают шампуни, они их ещё заливают в керамику из которой ничего не возможно вылить- не удобно в пользовании. И для четверки скудный завтрак - всего четыре мармита, не было ни разу рыбы, вьетнамских роллов, суп Фо вообще не вьетнамский по содержанию, чай в пакетиках в общем сосуде и кофе без кофемашины, обслуживающий кухню персонал неопрятные, что не соответствует уровню четыре звезды. Самое приятное в отеле - это территория, красивая, ухоженная, цветущая. Близко море, удобные лежаки и большие на них полотенца пляжные. Пляж постоянно убирают от мусора и цветущей по середине лужи. Отелю рекомендую поднятьуровень кухни!!!

Super hôtel avec un bel aménagements paysagers

Nous avons eu un très bel accueil en plus d'avoir obtenu une chambre supérieure à celle réservée sans frais.Nous étions au dernier étage,un grand balcon avec une vue sur la mer, les jardins et la piscine. Chambre super confortable avec beaucoup d'espace et de rangements. La piscine est très grande et les chaises de plages et de piscine aussi. Par contre on ne s'est pas baigner dans la mer car il y avait des méduses , il fallait vraiment opté pour la piscine. Il y a majoritairement des russes dans le secteur.N'hesitez pas à réserver à cet hôtel vous serez satisfait.

Not recommend for staying

Receptionist does not helpful. They told that they dont corporate with Hotels.com and didbt accept my book confirmation???. Please explain why this happened? It makes me worried to book further rooms with hotels.com. How many other hotels will behave like that? especially when we are oversea or can not connect with hotels.com?
