Sea view is more like garden view. We have to peak through the plants to see a bit of the ocean. Staff tried to accommodate us for sea view but it’s the same the few units we were offered. Beach is smelly from next to a fishing area . Full of garbage next to the hotel beach . Motorbike driving through hotel beach . Resort does has a nice garden. I would not recommend this location .

Liked location and private beach. Bed was very firm, may not suit those used to pillow-top beds. Food at breakfast had good variety, tasty fruits. On site restaurant was okay but its really the view at sunset that sells it as a dining option. Easy walking distance to Fairy Stream 2.5km Buddhist temple is worth a visit

The location, food available and staff were
fantastic. The pool is nice and pleasant and so was our room (Double Sea-View). Shops and other restarants/bars nearby. It is a perfect hotel to unwind and relax with plenty of loungers available on the private beach.

Võ Bích Thùy, who works in the Waterlily
restaurant, was a great waitress! Her
friendliness and enthusiasm was awesome, and she warned me away from having a raw fish dish one night (I wasn't aware it'd be raw) so is aware that whats suitable for some nationalities may not be okay for others.

There were very few British guests at Hoang Ngoc Resort, and this, for us, was a bonus. It was a very pleasant escape for 9 nights and extremely good value for money.

Although it is a 3.5hr drive, the hotel provides a modern air-conditioned transfer taxi with a safe and experienced driver who collected us and took us back to Saigon for only £60 each way!

The gardens are exceptionally lovingly maintained and a brilliant addition to the Resort. The tropical fish, birds, and butterflies are all lovely and make the morning walk from the rooms to the pool/beach an absolute delight.

All in all it provided great value for money and a wonderful escape from the thriving hustle and bustle of Saigon.

Nice rooms & breakfast. Big pool, pretty resort. Unfortunately, we could not use any of the amenities we paid for because there was an event on throughout our stay which meant music was being blasted all day until 10PM. We couldn’t lie by the pool without hearing it and could also hear it from our room. Hoang Ngoc gave us no forewarning about this event taking place and if I had known we would not have stayed there. The location is very remote so there wasn’t much else to do which is why we booked a resort so I am very unhappy with this booking.

Beautiful beach resort with immaculate lush green environment. The pool and beach are amazing. The restaurant serves great food, and you can get beers and cocktails down by the pool/beach area.
The surrounding strip of Mui Ne is very run down with not many nice looking options for a drink or meal outside the resort.
The fairy stream and fishing village are worth a visit. Walking along the main road is not very pleasant.

Reception staff is poor.

I got bad experience from some staff. She is a reception in morning shift. I for got the room keys in room and ask her to do a new one and I just tell her the room number and then she made the wrong room number on new key. I can not open the door and back to see her again at the reception desk. she said this is my mistake!!! The things is she was not ask my name and double check with my passport with the room number. That means anyone can ask for a new key and go inside to guest room.

She make the bad eye contact to me. Is this the exactly way to service to the customer?
She does't have the hotelier in her duty.

Hotel is greatly placed at the beach and with a great pool area as well
But expect \"mass tourism\" behaviour at the hotel, where towels are placed early morning to reserve beach and pool chairs and charter tourists are present plenty.
Do not take the tours they offer at the hotel, even if it's in private car and you give your wishes, they only deliver transportation service at the same areas as all other tourists are located. Even of our guides/chauffers did not speak any English.

Hoang Ngoc is a mid sized resort but maintains the personal feel, and completely blends to the beach side garden beach experience of Mui Ne. Most guests are package tour Russians, so if you are allergic to these types avoid.! but its a more expensive resort so attracts a better class of Russian.. :) unfortunately its German rules, towels on sunbed- no retreat till dawn. :) Otherwise its a relaxing stay. forget the spa, there are better places found nearby far better value..
WIFI is poor.

My friend said she called the hotel directly and was told that they don't have delux room oceanview except delux gardenview. i didn't believe her because I did book a delux room oceanview at their hotel via Expedia. Guess what? They tried to check me in a room where I had to stand on a stool to see the ocean. It was so messy in front of my view... the view is no where closer to the pic which they posted on the web. I showed the host the pic and she couldn't answer me. I also asked her to sit down on a chair next to me and tell me what she saw, the ocean or the old dirty roofs and messy trees. Finally they checked me in a bungalow where the lights were so dim, flies everywhere and mice were running in and out at night. They ate our fruits and made a whole mess. Anyway, the hotel's condition is bad and they shouldn't post the room and charge customers if they don't have it. I didn't get to go to the beach because waves were so strong and sea level was so high. The pools were ok except many nasty tourists kept coming to the pools to wash their feet and slippers. I'll not go back to that hotel...

Best possible place for the money

Awesome place, I would have given 5 stars (smiley face) fro cleanliness if not for the minor construction of a new khoi pond and a bit of trash in the sea (not their fault though). The resort grounds are amazing, the pool is nice, the beach is meters away from the pool, and the restaurant was very good.

To start with the hotel is not where it says it is on the map... slight problem for kitesurfing. The hotel is ok but not amazing. Would try somewhere else next time

The sea in the bay is not perfect for swimming - muddy, dirty and lot's of fisher boat passing by; but this is not something hotel can fix. Take a bike and go towards White Sand dunes - you will find great empty wild beached there

Great facility in the heart of Mui Ne

Hoang Noc was an excellent resort in an ideal location. The room was very spacious, modern and clean and the facilities were good. The pool area was realty nice. The only downside at the moment is that they are renovating and this does cause noise and some of the resort is off limits. Having my own little hotel, I certainly do understand that improvements are needed and they are doing these in the off peak period and the prices they offer are really good. My only other comment is that the road facing rooms are a bit noisy so go for a garden or sea facing room.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel! Wirklich ein Traum. Der Strand ist wunderschön in die Anlage eingebettet. Es ist sehr sauber, den ganzen Tag wird hier Laub weggemacht, der Strand aufgeräumt, wenn Gäste die Liegen verlassen. Viele Gärtner. Sehr viel nettes Personal, das einem den Urlaub wunderschön macht. Das Essen könnte etwas vegetarischer sein, aber hier isst man ja sehr fleischlastig, von daher keine Kritik. Würde ich mit 10 Punkten jedem sofort empfehlen. Trotz vieler Zimmer verläuft sich das hier sehr und zwischendurch hat man das Gefühl, dass man hier ganz für sich ist. Stilvoll, schön und das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Everything with this resort was perfect.
The room was clean and nice with a great balcony.
There was a lot of guests at the resort, but the resort is so big that you will always fint a spot to relax. They have a big restaurant/lounge area, great pool area, and also a lot of sun beds at the beach. The beach was really nice and clean as well.
And the breakfast was so fresh with a lot to choose from. I really didn’t want to leave this peaceful place.

Dette var et veldig meget bra resort😃Fra vi ankom var servicen upåklagelig. Renholdet av rommene ble hele tiden tilpasset oss og nye strand håndduker ble lagt på rommet hver dag. Stranden hadde fine solsenger og ble hver kveld raket opp og gjort klar for neste dag. Bassenget var også veldig bra. Frokosten hadde et bredt utvalg og noe for enhver smak. Totalt sett et fantastisk opphold som anbefales.

Dans son ensemble tout était très bien. La chambre top, la situation de l’hôtel très bien. Les Vietnamiens merveilleux. Le petit déjeuner extra. Le piscine et la plage paradisiaques. Même si les prix sont un peu plus chers que dans le quartier, nous recommandons de manger à l’hôtel le soir , c’est bon, le cadre est très sympa, calme et le service est Vietnamien !

Tolles Resort mit Privatstrand und gutem Frühstück

Eine wirklich traumhaft schöne Anlage, direkt am Privatstrand mit sehr freundlichem Personal, leckerem Frühstück und einem atemberaubenden Zimmer. Wir fühlten uns pudelwohl und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Beim Check-in gab es einen leckeren Welcome-Drink. Wir wurden bis aufs Zimmer gebracht, dort wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Zimmer (Strand-Bungalow) gliech einer Wohnung mit riesigem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer und einem riesigen Bad mit Dusche und Whirlpool. Zudem lag der Bungalow direkt am Strand. Zwei Schritte und man spürte den Sand. Bis auf eine kleine Eidechse im Bad konnten wir keine Tierchen entdecken. Es war also sehr sauber. Die Dusche war super. Ebenso das Frühstück vom Buffet. Alles ausreichend vorhanden und von guter Qualität. Auf Wunsch wurden Spiegeleier und Suppen frisch zubereitet. Es gab auch ein Restaurant. Wir bestellten zweimal etwas vom Room-Service, beide Male sehr lecker. Der Strand war wunderschön, die Liegen auch ausreichend vorhanden und von hoher Qualität (Echtholz). Der Bademeister war immer zur Stelle. Auch der Pool war sehr schön und sauber. Einzig die Lage war etwas abseits von Mui Ne. Aber es gab die wichtigsten Sachen auch in den kleinen Gemischtwarenläden an der Straße und auch einige Restaurants ließen sich finden.

初めての地域だったのでホテル選びは慎重にしましたが、今回は当たりと言えました。
家族で行きましたが、ホテルのサービスや対応は非常によく設備もさほど苦になる点は有りませんでした。
　タンソンニャット空港からどのようにして移動しようかと考えましたが、ツアー会社手配の約半額（１６人乗りのマイクロバスを根菜ではなくチャーターで2,700,000VND＠片道）でしたので、即依頼をしました。
　タンソンニャット空港→ホアンゴックリゾートまで約4時間ちょっとで快適なチャーターバス移動ができました。
　帰りも同じ価格でホーチミンのホテルまで移動でき、事前にエクスペディアからのホテルメールでリクエストしておいて本当に良かったです。
　地元ツアーも事前にホテルに予約入れておくことも出来、ホテルスタッフは優秀です。
英語は通じますが私のスキルも低いため結局確認は、エクスペディアで事前にやり取りしたメッセージを見せて了解してもらい、何も不安なく過ごせました。
プールバーも色々メニューが有り、安くてのんびり出来ました。
海は目の前ですが、正直泳げるようなレベルではないです。今回は風が強く、並も高く一度も入りませんでしたが、プールだけで十分な環境でした。

　部屋のベッドメイキングスタッフが非常に優秀で真面目に働いており、一生懸命さが伝わりました。オートロックの調子が悪く部屋を交換することになりましたが、緊急事態とばかりに女性スタッフが走り回り部屋を準備してくれました。

　歩いていける距離に地元の食堂も多く、抵抗がない方であれば格安でのんびりディナーを堪能できますし、なにせ安い！
妻も子供も大好評でこのホテルの印象は最高でした！

　敷いて言えばホテルのプールではタイルが劣化して割れているところがあり子供が足を切ってしまいましたが東南アジアプールではよくある事例。もう少し安全に配慮がほしいところです。

위치,수영장,조식,객실상태 등 전밤적으로 양호하였으나, 현재 공사중으로 소음이 조금 거슬릴정도 하지만 리셉션에서 객실까지 이동경로에 평평한길이 아닌 울퉁불퉁한 돌길형태라 체크-아웃시 리셉션 이동까지가 굉장히 불편하고 심지어는 캐리어 바퀴가 빠질거 같은 불안함도 있음.

방이 해변에 바로 붙어있고 호텔안에 있는 직원들도 매우 친절해서 좋았습니다. 호텔안에 스파는 가격은 싸지만... 차라리 가격을 높이고 퀄리티도 높이는 방향이 더 좋다고 생각이 듭니다.
아. 모기가 컨트롤이 안되는거 같았습니다. 주기적으로 굉장히 강한 모기약을 사용하는 같지만 모기가 엄청나게 많습니다..

Fantastisk hotel. Rent, pænt og indbydende. Morgenmaden virkelig lækkert. Hotellet ligger dog lidt udenfor, så hvis der skal handles på marked, skal man gå et stykke. Ikke hotel for småbørn, da trafikken udenfor hotellet er meget trafikeret. Wi-Fi var dog ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Meget ustabil.

수영장과 해변이 매우좋았다. 가든뷰 객실이다보니 해변까지 왔다갔다하기 조금 불편했고 캐리어를 가지고 로비까지 가는길이 멀었다.

전반적으로 좋았습니다. 단 방음이.....아쉬움

비치,수영장 그리고 조식 친절한 직원분들 마음에 듭니다. 단 숙소가 방음이 안됩니다..... 바다뷰가 아닌 도로가 보이는 뷰입니다. 참고로 오토바이 소리 클락션등 때문에 잠은 편안하게 못잤습니다. 예민하신분들은 바다뷰로 예약하시길...

Avslappnat grön resort

Härlig resort med otroligt vacker omgivning av det gröna, bra område nära till de mesta man behöver. Restaurangen inget vidare men gött med poolbar med goda drinkar. Fina pool område & hjälpsam personal.

Prachtig complex direct een het strand gelegen. Mooie ruime kamers met terras of balkon. Mooi zwembad en goede ligbedden bij zwembad en strand. Alleen jammer dat een grote groep russen 's nachts de ligbedden al bezette door hun handdoek op de stoel te leggen, zodat er de volgende ochtend maar weinig plaats was voor de \"gewone \" toeristen. Ook jammer dat de matrassen van de bedden keihard waren. Verder prima hotel. Goed en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet!
Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ook handig Pin automaat in het hotel.

Will not come back again!

Room has mosquitos.Hotel staff came to spray Radar insecticide which was in fact harmful to our health. They should provide liquid electric vaporiser.We bought our own but only one piece was available from shop opposite. Bad smell in bath room. Dare not to ask hotel staff to come to improve as there were more mosquitos in bathroom and we afraid mosquitos will fly into bedroom after hotel staff walking in and out our bedroom and bathroom.Our room was too close to sea and waves kept on pounding. Cannot recommend esp tsunami threat! Supervisor at Reception was not reasonable as she asked her subordinate to ask us to pay for loss of umbrella in the hotel restaurant after breakfast on second day.Umbrella was left at entrance of the restaurant as other guests did the same and we did not want to make the floor wet.When we left, there was no more umbrella and we immediately told the Restaurant reception lady and the Reception lady. The Reception lady did understand and helpful but not the Supervisor when we departed from hotel on third day morning. Lastly, room safe was not working. Location of safe was too low and not user friendly.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter ausgesprochen Pech, für diese Jahreszeit aussergewöhnlich. Frühstück, lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Die Sylvesterparty war sehr schön und gut organisiert. Für die Tische direkt am Pool war die Musik leider zu laut Konversation unmöglich. Restaurants, Supermarkt, ATM alles Nah.

4성급이라고 하기엔 아쉬운

수영장 타일이 깨져있어서 수영장 이용중 손과 발을 베임 그래서 주의가 필요하며, 조식은 대채로 짠맛이 강한편이고 3일 일정중 하루는 온수가 나오지 않아 아침에도 차가운 물로 샤워를 해야했음. 주변 이동을위해 택시 이용시 호텔 이름을 이야기하면 다들 알고 갈 정도이며, 4성 리조트에 맞지 않은규모의 스파, 냉장고에 있는 물은 무료 서비스가 아님.

저렴한 가격에 좋은 시설, 좋은 환경, 조식까지 최고였습니다. 다만, 침구류, 특히 베개에서 빨래 덜 마른 냄새가 조금 나고 이불에 뭐가 묻어있는 경우가 있었습니다. 침구류 위생 상태에 신경 써주시기 바랍니다.

En natt med allt vi behövde

Vi bodde här bara en natt och var nöjda. Rummet låg lite långt bort från receptionen men hade balkong och fin morgonutsikt. Frukosten var bra och restaurangen hade fint läge mot pool och hav. Många tyska och ryska barnfamiljer på hotellet. Tyvärr inte så många restauranger i nära anslutning till hotellet.

Wir haben in dem Resort zwei Nächte verbracht.
Personal, wie immer, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Dieses Hotel soll wohl eines der BEsten in der Region sein.
In der Tat sieht es sehr hübsch aus.
Jedoch sind echt wirklich extrem viele Russen zugegen.
Vlt lag es auch daran, dass beim Frühstücksbuffet auf vieles leer war (weil der eine oder andere Russe den Teller so hoch gestapelt hat, dass er nicht mehr über den Tellerrand schauen konnte).
Eine Sache ist jedoch sehr negativ aufgefallen:
Wir haben zwar ein sehr sauberes Zimmer erhalten, und gemachtes Bett. Jedoch waren auf dem Betlaken mehrere alte Blutflecke vorhanden. Auch bei einem erneuten Bezug wurden (große) alte Blutflecken entdeckt. Das darf eigentlich nicht passieren.
Letzter Kritikpunkt: Wir haben ausgecheckt und noch den Tag auf der Anlage verbracht. Wir waren dankbar, dass uns versprochen wurde ein Duschmöglichkeit zu erhalten. Jedoch war das wirklich eines der schäbigsten Zimmer, die ich jemals in einem Hotel gesehen habe. Naja... abgesehen davon war es auch vom Strand her und der Anlage sehr schön.
