Yo, my ratings are based on price paid and then the expected level of services and value and quality so this case I read the resort quite high because I paid very little and everything was really above expectations. The service was great to check in people were absolutely lovely had a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful. I got everything I wanted and you got a beautiful beach ride out front and you can walk up and down the beach to other resorts, so it's a lower price resort three stars but the performs very well for the price and expectations

Did the job but don’t expect luxury

This hotel was nice enough for a couple of nights and I was grateful for the free breakfast. But the dining area was so outdated and really unclean. There was also constant excessive noise at the hotel from other guests as well as staff. The housekeeping also came to clean my room just after 8am which was far too early as I had just woken up.
The pool area was nice to have but the pool was separated weirdly by a metal gate in the middle of the pool to keep kids safe. There also weren’t any umbrellas by the pool so I couldn’t sit there for more than 5 minutes.
The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The towels are very old and didn’t seem well cared for and the rooms generally need to be refurbished.

Convenient location, lots of dining options near by. We stayed in a bungalow unit the bed was huge for the size of the room. Pool was nicely located right by the beach. Great seating available on the beach as well. Breakfast was huge, fresh and hot. On the final morning we had to leave early for a bus and they packed it for us to go. English speaking staff on duty at front desk. All in all a great stay, nothing fancy but everything we needed.

This a lovely resort, great grounds and friendly staff. Overpriced though, for what you can get in this part of Mui No.

Good hotel

Good hotel. Nice bungalows that you stay in. Nice access to the beach and a good pool.
A bit to walk to get to the nice resturants and such.
Overall great hotel.

Great place.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff could not be more helpful. Clean, safe, convenient. Private pool and beach. Top notch all the way. Ms. Kim deserves international hotel employee of the year award! Go there and enjoy!

조용한리조트

방가로에 머물렀고 수영장 바로앞이라 좋았어요. 수영장앞엔 바다가 있고 바다에선 조개잡는 현지민들이 있었고 대체적으로 깨끗하고 조용하며 조식도 괜찮었어요. 직원들 친절하고 가격저렴합니다.

Peaceful hotel at the beachfront

Nice hotel right at the beachfront. Excellent service, friendly staff, nice garden, tasty food and breakfast, great pool. Standard room was ok, cleand and nice little terrace. Only minus at the hotel (and in the whole Mui Ne area) was that most services were targeted towards Russians (e.g. Russian music, food, info...).

Dejligt hotel

Thai Hoa er et dejligt hotel, Personalet er servicemindede men de taler simpelthen ikke engelsk godt nok. Morgenmaden var fin. Vi bookede et standard værelse og der var for meget gadestøj, så vi betalte 10 usd. for en opgradering (superior) og det hjalp. Hvis du booker et standardværelse så bed om et værelse væk fra vejen - hen mod restauranten.

Nie wieder!!!

Das Hotel ist in einem extrem veralteten Zustand. Am Privatstrand stinkt es, es liegt Müll herum, überall sind tote Fische, Fäkalien und etliche Krebse- sogar eine Schlange ist knapp neben mir vom Baum gefallen. Nebenan sind bis spät in die Nacht (23 Uhr) Baustellen- und Karaokelärm! Personal - bis auf den Manager- unfreundlich und lustlos . Das Hotel liegt weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Frühstück alt und lieblos. Matratze hatte noch den Folienschutz herum! Das nächste Mal würden eher in ein günstiges Guesthaus ziehen. Wir haben für zwei Nächte 63 Euro bezahlt...

Bråte och avfall på stranden. Vi hade bokat en bungalow med utsikt mot trädgård, fick bungalow med utsikt mot gatan och nära trafiken som är allt annat än tyst. Inget gehör för påpekandet och önskemål om rumbyte. Trött personal i receptionen. Frukost sparsam, fåglar tilläts äta av brödet på buffén. Rekommenderas ej för mer än en natt.

Recht schönes Resort

Die Unterkunft bietet alle Rahmenbedingungen eines Resorts. Problem ist jedoch, dass auch alle typischen Nebeneffekte vorhanden sind. Der gesamte Küstenbereich ist auf überwiegend russisches Publikum ausgerichtet, die kein Wort englisch sprechen, aber erwarten, dass man russisch spricht. Die Liegen am Strand werden frühmorgens belegt und stehen dann tagsüber meist ungenutzt herum, bis die \"Besitzer\" mal für zwei Stunden zum Strand kommen und ihre Liege dann in Beschlag nehmen. Die Englischkenntnisse des Hotelpersonals sind in jeder Hinsicht ausbaufähig. Aus den vorgenannten Gründen besteht offensichtlich wenig Grund für das Management, dies zu ändern. Die Betten waren noch mit der Schutzfolie versehen, mit der sie wohl gekauft wurden.

Vi bodde i en bungalow med utsikt inåt trädgården, precis intill polen. Lugnt och mysigt. Rent rum. Lite litet, men det räckte. Lite \"småtrött\" folk i receptionen. De var inte så bra på engelska. Jättetrevligt folk i restaurangen. Maten var helt ok. Inte den bästa frukosten, men det beror på vad man är ute efter. Det fanns mest vietnamesiska alternativ. Hotellet hyrde ut mopeder, vilket var bra eftersom man fick åka en bit för att komma in till centrum. Stranden nedanför hotellet var ren och iordninggjord, men bara man gick en bit bort på stranden låg det hur mycket skräp som helst. Vattnet var inte heller jättefräscht. Vi hängde mest vid den lilla polen.

貸し部屋のごとく

　まず、HCMからかなり遠い（車で５時間弱）ので、長期滞在するならいいが、数日滞在だと、疲れてしまう。ホテル周辺は、数件の雑貨屋兼土産やとレストラン、ツアー手配の店が数件あるのみ。このリゾート自体そんなに大きくない。レストランが１つあるだけ。スパもマッサージもない。マッサイージは呼べばくるシステム。ここで安くのんびり過ごすだけの人ならいいと思う。

Backpacking Vietnam

My girlfriend and I lived at the hotel for two days (passed by as backpackers). The morning breakfast was decent, but nothing special, although the freshly made omelette and pancakes was a big bonus. The pool and beach were beautiful, but again not anything special compared to other places in Vietnam. The staff were really friendly and also the tour shop and mini market infront of the hotel were great. I can recommend the first little restaurant, with a world map on the wall, it was on the left side if you go out of the hotel, and the food was delicious and the girl was really sweet. The huge minus is the location of the hotel.. There's nothing but 1-2 really small restaurants and a few small shops, otherwise you'll need taxi to the center of Mui Ne. The price was really good and all in all we had a great stay for two days, but wouldn't have lasted much longer!
