A couple of improvements as follows that would better qualify this hotel as a 4 star establishment: Point 1 - The carpet in the room (#321) is very stained and needs to be replaced. Point 2 - We find it annoying that a table in the breakfast room can be 'reserved' especially when we then have to wait for a table to be cleaned and made ready.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We thought the menu could have been a little more varied, and we don't remember seeing a wine list. One of your staff, Kleopatra was most helpful with information about our trip to Borkum, and made bookings and telephone calls on our behalf. If we come to Emden again we would definitely stay at your hotel.

Bestuhlung im Restaurant ist schlimm, da die Sitze verdreckt sind. Sie wurden zwar vom Personal abgebürstet, aber die Polster bedürfen dringend einer Spezialreinigung.

Die Matraze war eine Zumutung; recht durchgelegen und das Badezimmer war klein; für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war es unterdurchschnittlich.

Gutes Hotel mit vernünftig großen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war okay und die warmen Speisen richtig schön heiß. Es waren auch genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Großer TV mit vielen Kanälen auch sehr wichtig für mich!
Einziger Mangel war die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage. Für ein vier Sterne-Hotel meiner Meinung nach ein No-Go! Bei einer Außentemperatur von 30 Grad braucht ein Hotel so etwas einfach unbedingt.

Brukar välja fyrstjärnigt bonde men nivån på hotellet och rummet var långt under förväntan. Inredning och annat var inte snygg eller premium ens när den var ny för några årtionden sedan. Sådant är ok för ett motorvägsmotell men inte här. Middagen på hotellets restaurang var motsvarande besvikelse. Frukostbuffen helt ok.

I stayed at the hotel during my recent first visit of Emden. The hotel is just outside the inner city which is a 10 minutes walk away. In the direct neighboorhood of the hotel there are various restaurants and some shops. The hotel is well maintained with free parking spaces on the premise. The outside area is very green with many trees. Hotel staff at reception and at restaurant (breakfast) were very friendly and welcoming. My single room was very spacious.

Nachdem ich für 5 Nächte gebucht hatte, würde ich gebeten zu stornieren zwei Mal. Was ich nicht vorhatte, da alles bezahlt war.Gebucht war mit Wellness ,war aber wegen Corona nicht zu nutzen. Dafür hätte ich mir dann wenigstens die Mehrkosten für den Hund als Ersatz vorgestellt, wie es andere Hotels gewähren. Angeblich hundefreundliches Hotel, davon würde ich aber nicht wirklich überzeugt. Im Gegenteil: ich musste meinen Platz im Restaurant beim Frühstück räumen und alle bereits eingedeckten Dinge vom Büffet selbst rübertragen.
Der Zimmersafe ist für Laptop viel zu klein. Bettwäsche mit zu viel Polyester und für Sommer zu dick.
Von allen 4 Sterne Hotels war dies eins der schwächsten.

so weit alles in Ordnung, am Abend war ein Empfang, die Begrüßung fand in der Lobby statt. Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen, war es notwendig, durch die hohe Anzahl der Teilnehmer zu gelangen; die Mitarbeiter im \"Computerraum\" konnten aufgrund der lauten Unterhaltung den Ruf zur Aushändigung des Schlüssel wohl nicht verstehen (Computer nahm wohl auch die Konzentration in Anspruch); der Schlüssel zum Zimmer konnte von jeder Person vom Schlüsselbrett genommen werden.
