Overall our stay was good. The room was clean and majority of the property was clean as well. There was some trash on the beach surrounding the restaurants which was disappointing. The food at the different restaurants was delicious and all of the staff members we encountered were amazing. It was nice to have 2 different pools to go to and the gym was really great.

This is the 5th diving trip to Bonaire in 6 years and Delfins remains are preferred resort choice. This year we expanded our group to 8 people (4 couples). So we obviously enjoy this resort. This year there were a few areas that we thought could have been improved. including :

The day-lunch menu items are limited - especially 4pm until dinner menu starts at 5:30. This was a problem because we dive multiple times during the day and sometimes include a night dive . so having a late lunch or early dinner later in the afternoon is challenging and at that time service was a little slow. Also the “snack menu” was limited - sandwich or burger would nice if it was available

The concierge was not very friendly with my younger son and his girlfriend and difficult to book and arrange a scooter rental

Beach Towels were in short supply and seemed be difficult to reliably exchange on a daily basis

We thought there should be a toaster available in the rooms with kitchens

The safe in our room closet was mounted about 1 foot off the ground in poor lighting and had no instructions. I had to ask for someone to come to the room to set it up because it was locked open. despite my best efforts , using a flashlight and laying on the floor I couldn’t figure it out. An attendant from the front desk came in very quickly late at night to help us out .

Some of the staff tried really hard to make our stay comfortable . We will probably return again next year .

The parking was fine. Our room was clean, and maids were excellent. We could NOT adjust the Air conditioning in our room. Our room was nice, but too compact for two people: One chair, one desk area, and a very small refrigerator.The resort, as a whole, was quite nice, with pools, beach, and restaurant, which we used frequently. We had to drag a chair in from our small patio, so we'd both have one. Everyone, from check in to check out was very efficient and polite. I did NOT like hearing the boring music from the bar in my room every night. Always the same boring loud beat.

We absolutely loved our stay and the Delfins Beach Resort in Bonaire. It was exactly what we were looking for – a beautiful property right on the beach with such a chill and relaxing environment. The restaurants were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The snorkeling was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed land sailing as well while we were here. We were also rewarded for being a Hilton member. Highly recommend this resort.

This is really a lovely resort. Has everything you could need. Stayed in a King room with a small kitchenette with 2 burner cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine. There are larger suites available but this was great for us. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the two-week stay.

Lovely resort. I recommend the beach massage. It was very relaxing and the massage therapist did an excellent job. All staff were helpful. My only \"complaint\" is that the hot water in the shower was luke warm at best. Nothing was not working properly, just like a warmer shower.

Beautiful top notch property! I stayed in one of the superior rooms. Ladies, there’s no mirror except the one in the bathroom. And there’s no plug in the bathroom, so you’ll be drying your hair with no mirror. I’d recommend bringing a book light if you’re a reader. Very dim lighting everywhere. Having said that, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants are great. You can rent a jeep for $85/day if multiple days.

Beware the need to pay a $40 conservation fee to enter water in Bonaire which came as a bit of a shock, but not hotel's fault.

The resort is very nice but the beach area gets really crowded and lack of seating due to it being open to locals every day except Sunday. Staff were very friendly except for one waitress who seemed to be hating life for one reason or another. Would give 4 stars but the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing late at night or early in the morning. We were on the 2nd floor of two in a suite. I wouldnt stay here again bc of the super thin walls, noise, and locals crowding the resort.

We had an amazing stay at Delfina’s Beach Resort. The property sits right on the shore and features four restaurants, two large pools, and a well-equipped gym. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to relax, yet still offers plenty of dining and entertainment options. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s located about 15min drive to the city center. If I would come back to Bonaire I would stay here again.

Overall this is a great resort. It’s not a high-rise but more like mini studios. The resort is big and we ended up on the far end of the property. What I didn’t appreciate was that we had to struggle with our luggages on foot to get to our room. The frontdesk didn’t offer a mini gold cart of sorts to help us with our luggage. That much I didn’t appreciate seeing that it’s an expensive hotel and part of Hilton.

The room was clean, the housekeeping rotation was a bit confusing but they did a nice job when they came by.

The staff at the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner were friendly and helpful. Great service. The food was good. The selection at breakfast was good too.

The resort had its own cars to rent, and we did that for one day. Parking at the property near the lodgings is however horrible. There aren’t enough spaces and it’s small while the cars tend to be big.

There is everything on the property from beach front entry for sunning and snorkeling, two swimming pools, building exercise equipment and yoga classes, and multiple restaurants and bars. All the staff from the front office to housekeeping are helpful and cheerful. The clean well maintained room provides a small kitchen, large bath, patio, and tile floors.

We enjoyed our stay at Delfins! Our check-in was a bit stressful when we were told the oceanfront room we reserved was not available due to construction in that building. The manager was able to offer upgraded accommodations and did his best to make up for the inconvenience. Construction noise was an issue during the day.
The entire staff was very pleasant… always willing to help, but never pushy !!
We enjoyed the on-site restaurants while also exploring the entire island! Definitely rent a car and venture out! Beautiful beaches, scenery , wild life and dining ! The local supermarket VanTweedles (sp) was excellent… felt like a European experience! We enjoyed many products - excellent cheese from the Netherlands! Beautiful resort and island !!

I highly recommend this hotel. Be aware that the appartments don't have air conditioning in every space, only in the bedrooms. We had to ask to be changed to a studio, which is smaller, but where the AC was more efficient. Great location right on the shore.

The resort is clean, modern, and close to the airport. However, we were surprised to find no AC in the living area it was extremely hot and humid, and the small unit in the bedroom didn’t cool the room well. We were not able to relax in the room or sleep well. We would not have booked had we known this. I also had 2 rings go missing from the nightstand after housekeeping came. It wasn’t valuable, but I had asked that no one enter our room after that yet housekeeping still did the next day. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. The gym wouldn't let me in without a towel from our room you won’t know this until you go to the gym and they make you go back to your room to get a towel to enter. For a Hilton brand, I expected better. They apologized for missing jewelry, but we won’t be returning.

After some planning and not so great start to my birthday I decided to go with Delfins resorts. Some well needed rest and relaxation. I arrived at the resort 30 mins early and was told to wait until 3 when my room was expected to be ready, which was understandable. However, my room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Which was unacceptable, because no one communicated with me until I approached the front desk and inquired what was going on with the room I booked. Later on a lovely woman name Sovienca came greeted my sister and I, acknowledged my birthday and reassured that we will be in our suite soon. Under 10 mins she escorted us to our room, helped us settle into our suite, recommended a place to eat on the resort and escorted us there as well. Talk about above and beyond! Her customer service skills are phenomenal and made me forget about what transpired earlier. She also checked in on us throughout our stay. Complete Gem and hospitality. Thank you for having us and making this weekend special. I will be back because of you.

The property is beautiful and the food was excellent!! Do not miss having the Chef’s menu at Brass Boar…an exquisite experience for our anniversary sitting sea side! We loved both the beach bar food and the beach bbq restaurant-don’t miss the shrimp and the corn ribs! The only complaint we had-it was difficult to run a tab-for some reason lm we could not access the QR code on the sand loungers to order or call a waitress or pay. Not a huge deal but it’s more fun to just give your room number and not worry about having a card or cash outside with you. Our room safe kept malfunctioning but maintenance was prompt and reliable! Friendly too! Many ask-yes the beach requires swim shoes (although I saw quite a few people without)-the water at the beach is clear and beautiful-a little bit to see while snorkeling but so refreshing! I think Delfins was the perfect place to experience Bonaire for the first time! I hope to return again and again!

Rooms were very clean and the private reef at the property was a great introduction to snorkeling on the island. Breakfast had a lot of options and was ok overall but very convenient. Delfins was an excellent choice for a recent trip my husband and I took to Bonaire. The resort is beautiful and luxurious.

The beach is private and provided fantastic views of the water from several of the restaurants on site. You can snorkel right off the beach, if desired. We didn't, but saw several others do so. There isn't a lot of reef right on the resort's reef, but we still saw many fish swimming near us while enjoying the water.

One of our favorite things was reserving a cabana at the front of the BBQ on the Beach restaurant. The cabanas were right on the Beach at the end of the property, so they felt private and had incredible views. Reserving them is free for resort guests and you can have food/beverages served to you right there at the cabana if desired.

I've had bariatric surgery and am also a picky eater, while my husband is very open and loves fish, which can make meals challenging and limiting because of my dietary restrictions and preferences. However, there was a nice variety of menu options across the various restaurants, which made eating on site multiple times enjoyable for both of us!

Each staff member with which we interacted was polite and friendly. I was impressed with the fluency of the multiple languages (primarily Dutch and English) of each customer facing staff member (front desk and servers).

There were several events the resort hosted during our stay such as live music with a bonfire at the Beach Brasserie restaurant which was lovely!

This resort had wonderful access to diving and snorkeling. Food was okay. Service left something to desired. Morning breakfast buffet was included but not well managed. They ran out of plates and bowls one day. No syrup on another day, which was funny because French toast and pancakes were both on the buffet line. They ran out of food on the buffet line as well. I had to ask for water most mornings-it isn’t just offered or available for us to self-serve. Housekeeping was also lax-there was a sticker on the shower wall for sunscreen left from a previous guest which they never removed, even throughout our weeklong stay. The accommodations themselves were spacious and nicely furnished, but we called several times for repairs. The safe was broken upon arrival. The bathroom door (sliding barn style) was stuck on two occasions. The patio slider also got stuck. When we called down things were repaired but I think they need to work on improving the level of service provided.

The Delphins is a wonderful place to stay - but for some reason the staff didn’t think a request I had was worth their attention. We had a studio where the shower is not partitioned from the rest of the bathroom so water gets everywhere when you shower. We stayed at The Delphins before so I knew there should be squeegee to move the water to the drain after showering and the holder for the squeegee was even there. I asked for the squeegee 6 different times - 5 times at the front desk and once in a note left for housekeeping. In our 22 day stay we never got the squeegee or any reason why not.
