Wir hatten eine \"Suite\" mit zwei Ebenen, die aber nur für Reisende, die sehr gut zu Fuß sind (enge Treppe zum Schlafraum), Sinn macht.
Das Badezimmer ist wg. der Größe immer nur für eine Person geeignet, also ist sequentielles Benutzen angesagt.
Matratzen sind ok, die Kopfkissen katastrophal durchgelegen und riechen z.T. wie die ungepflegte Kopfhaut alter Männer.
Die Tiefgarage ist ok, aber für heutige Autos zu eng.
Die Lage ist gut, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days with our two dogs. The room was spacious and had plenty of cupboard space. The dogs were welcomed by the staff with bags of cookies and were able to stay with us in public areas.
There’s both a large outdoor car park and an underground secure car park. Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and gardens.
It’s in a really nice little village, everyone is friendly and helpful.
The only reason I didn’t grade the facilities 5* is that I didn’t use the spa so I don’t know what it’s like. If it’s anything like the rest of the hotel I’m sure it’s great.

However, inside the room I got was not very nice,- oldish furniture, not very clean, there was a not very nice, old dusty smell to the room. Breakfast was not really attractive, so I decided to have breakfast at another restaurant.

Everything was alright, not great but just okay. Staffs were friendly, hotel location not bad (near some shops and restaurants), quite convenient to walk about a little bit. Room was fine, decent size but the pillow was terrible (exceptionally soft!). Room has no bedroom slippers, no toothbrush.

Typical business hotel in a quiet Neighbourhood. Within minutes to shops and restaurants. Free wifi in public areas and guest rooms. Friendly staffs. One major complain we have is the pillow, which is extremely soft and very uncomfortable. No toothbrush and bedroom slippers.

Was happy to stay in a clean modern hotel without steps... Lift which carried luggage and people...together! Rooms were clean and modern with a mezzanine style bedroom (which would not be good if you had a mobility problem, so check first) The breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast attendants. I would ask all German Hotels to provide extra pillows in the rooms, as the really soft, one European pillow per person, is not we are used to. A porter for luggage might be a welcome addition, but not a bother to us. No fuss check in at short notice.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in, in this area. Rooms are clean and spacious but maybe a bit warm.
Parking is easy and plentiful.
Wifi is free if you just require limited leisure access and relatively cheap if you require a high speed business connection.

Das Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer Ausstattung und die Materialien entsprechen weitgehend nicht mehr dem heutigen Geschmack. Das gilt auch für die Bäder. Duschen in der Badewanne ist nicht sehr bequem und in diesem Fall auch gefährlich, weil man leicht ausrutscht. Der Umweltgedanke wird in erster Linie zum Wohle des Hotels gedacht. Während die Zimmerreinigung nur noch jeden zweiten Tag erfolgt aus Umweltgründen hat man ein riesiges Flachdach mit Kies ohne Begrünung. Frühstück mit 24 € einfach zu teuer.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer, zur wiese hin gelegen, war sehr ruhig. Seltsam fanden wir, dass der Fernseher nicht leiser als stufe 5 zu stellen war. Das war nicht so gut.

Hübsches kleines Städtchen. Hübsches Hotel. Aber… Der Wellnessbereich wird bei der Buchung beworben (Full-Service Wellnessbereich). Allerdings werden dafür weitere 8 EUR fällig. Auch für Gäste. Schade! Kann man das nicht gleich beim Zimmerpreis berücksichtigen?! Personal lästerte oft deutlich hörbar über den/die Chefs und diskutierten „Anweisungen“. Als Gast will man das nicht hören. Frühstück für 22 EUR an der oberen Grenze. Wurst- und Käseangebot sind die üblichen „Verdächtigen“. Nichts besonderes. Besonders gut waren die Brötchen. Ein echter Lichtblick. Danke für frische Bäckerbrötchen! Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt angenehm bis auf die ein oder andere spezielle Situation (wie beschrieben). Ich gebe dem Hotel gern eine zweite Chance.

Schönes Hotel mit viel Potential, welches noch nicht gehoben wurde. Die Sauberkeit und die Gründlichkeit des Zimmerpersonals bzgl. der Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dies ist auch in den Treppenhäusern zu sehen (tote Insekten lagen über mehrere Tage herum) Auch ein Blick unter das Bett offenbarte Mangel.
Der Poolbereicht ist schön, aber nicht inklusive und wird mit einer Tagesrate bepreis, von der man erst im Hotel erfährt (in den Buchungsportalen wird dort nichts erwähnt) Auch die verkalken und z.T. mit Schimmel verschmutzten Duschköpfe passen runden den Gesamteindruck ab.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, dennoch mit einem Satz von 22 Euro pro Person nicht angemessen. Wenn das Frühstück auch bereits um 6.30 Uhr beginnt, werden die Speisen erst nach und nach eingedeckt, so kamen bspw. die gekochten Eier erst (selbst nach Nachfrage) ca.1 Stunde nach Start.
In Summe ein schönes Haus in guter Lage mit deutlichen Defiziten beim Personal. Auch die Einsicht bei diesem lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Trotz des nicht vollständig belegten Hotels erhielt ich ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Das historische Kopfsteinpflaster davor sorgte für eine schlaflose Nacht, denn jedes vorbeifahrende Auto war dadurch extrem laut. Eine Klimaanlage war im Zimmer nicht vorhanden, so dass bei 25°C die Fenster nicht geschlossen werden konnten.
Das Schwimmbad/ Sauna auf dem Startfoto kostet extra 8€. Das sollte man im Text nicht überlesen.

Nettes Personal - jedoch überfordert. Zimmer und Hotel sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig… trotz Junior Suit leider Haare im Badezimmer und auf Amaturen. Der Föhn wies noch den Schmutz der Vormieter auf. Es wird überall mit den 2000qm Wellness & Spa geworben. Dennoch musste man zahlungspflichtig diese Option dazu buchen. Im Leihbademantel war noch ein benutztes Taschentuch, auf welches ich beim Check-out nur ein: oh das ist ja nicht so cool erfuhr.. nicht jedoch ein Angebot, diesen von der Rechnung zu streichen! Im Vorfeld hatten wir Anwendungen wie Massagen und Ähnliches gebucht, die am Anreisetag abgesagt wurden, mit der Begründung, dass die Mitarbeiterin erkrankt sei. Dies kann natürlich vorkommen und ist höhere Macht, jedoch gab es noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder den Versuch, einen Ausgleich zu schaffen!!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Superior-Doppelzimmer. Die Zimmer könnten definitiv mal auf einen neuen Stand gebracht werden, vor allem das Badezimmer sowie das Bett. Im Badezimmer waren Risse in den Fliesen und die Ecke der Badewanne wurden schon länger nicht mehr gesäubert. Das Bett verspricht Rückenschmerzen und Knarren bei jeder Bewegung, weit weg von dem, was man sich nach einem Wellnesstag wünscht. Zudem wurden wir am ersten Abend von einem Silberfischchen im Bett überrascht.
Leider ist der (für uns eindeutige zu teure) Buchungspreis ausschließlich für die Übernachtung gewesen. Die Benutzung des Spa Bereichs sowie das Frühstück kamen noch on top.
Zusätzlich haben wir noch eine sauteure Massage gebucht, die leider ziemlich enttäuschend und mit blauen Flecken am Rücken und einer schlaflosen Nacht verbunden war. Das hat im Hotel aber leider niemand interessiert..
Alles in allem ist der Spa Bereich ganz nett, aber der Rest war für uns ein teurer Flop.

Mooie, schone en grote kamer. Daarnaast is de Spa in het hotel prachtig met fijne openingstijden.
Een groot minpunt vonden wij dat, ondanks dat de kamers in 2018 gerenoveerd zijn, deze niet in het bezit zijn van een airco. Hierdoor hebben wij slecht geslapen van de hitte. Ook hadden wij geen koelkast of minibar op onze kamer om bijvoorbeeld water in koud te houden. En bij aankomst was de receptie erg slecht aangegeven, waardoor wij even hebben gezocht.

Het hotel ligt in een knap historisch kader, vlakbij het slot van Bad Arolsen. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het hotel zelf is zeer degelijk.

Die Lage in Bad Arolsen ist toll mit dem Schloss vor der Tür. Es ist ein schönes Umfeld, besonders auch in Bezug auf die Gastronomie. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich gabe auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück genossen.

Das Superior Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, das neue Bad sehr schön.
Der Wellnessbereich war optisch sehr schön, die Saunen gut, aber der Saunabereich war viel zu klein! Der Ruheraum mit nur 10 Liegen für ein voll besetztes Hotel! Vor den Saunen kaum Platz zum Sitzen und zu wenig Haken und Brillenbänke, kein Platz für die Taschen. Die Duschen waren ohne Intimsphäre, da offen und nicht ummauert. Leider waren die Saunatücher zu kurz, man konnte sich nicht darauf legen. Die Türen fielen immer laut ins Schloss, das war gerade im Ruhebereich unangenehm. Der Fitnessraum mit insgesamt 3 Geräten macht nicht wirklich Lust auf Bewegung und der Raum hatte eher die Größe einer Abstellkammer.
Beim Frühstück in der Remise wurden an Tagen mit einer bestimmten Bedienung die verlassenen Tische nicht abgeräumt, das machte keinen guten Eindruck und man wurde aufgefordert, an bestimmten Tischen Platz zu nehmen. Das Frühstück war gut an Tagen, an denen Gäste mit einem großen Bus da waren, danach eingeschränkte Auswahl, obwohl die ganze Remise voll besetzt war. Nachmittags bei der Kuchenauswahl ähnlich. Abends eine eher fleischlastige Karte, so dass wir immer auswärts gegessen haben.

An sich ein schöner Aufenthalt, allerdings mit Abstrichen.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht. Ausnahme bei der Reinigung, da sprachen einige Spinnweben dagegen.
Das Frühstücksbuffett war ansprechend, zum anderen Essen können wir nicht viel sagen, da es in der ganzen Zeit nur das Abendbuffett gab obwohl im Aushang auch Einzelgerichte angeboten wurden.
Das Bistorant im Spa-Bereich läßt wesentlich mehr erwarten als der Name verspricht. Warme und kühle ( nicht kalte ) Getränke, Muffins, Sandwichs, Brezel und ein Fitness-Salat entsprechen nicht den Ansprüchen die man hier erwarten würde. Das habe ich im Haus auch zum Ausdruck gebracht.
