Very misleading listing - spa is expensive extra!
The hotel is nice and the room was great but our main issue is with the listing on this website. The site gives a very, very clear impression that the spa is included in the stay - it is not. While guests get a discount, the spa actually costs 495SEK (£37) during the day or 595SEK (£44) in the evening per guest per day to use the pool and sauna. We were going skiing at the nearby downhill resort and were really looking forward to chilling in the facilities each evening - in the end we only went to the spa once as it was so expensive. A very, very misleading listing on this website - not sure it if the site operator or the hotel who is misleading anyone booking here but someone needs to sort it out as using the spa costs pretty much the same as the cost of the room. False advertising

As a family of 4 we were supposed to move to a family room but stayed in a room with a sofa bed after the first night to make things easier for the other family in our room and us- not to move.
It was a tight fit, the sofa bed was awful, the shower floor was full of limescale.
We were gone from 8:00 - 16:00 and our room would not be clean when we returned.
The spa was fully booked every hour, every day- so we never got the chance to use it.
Not the best experience.
However, upon arrival it was very late and a British man with a beard was working - he went above and beyond to help move our sleeping kids in to the hotel. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He also got us some real pillows as we arrived to the room to find only decorative pillows on the sofa bed (small squares).

Utbudet var helt okej, men inget som direkt stack ut i jämförelse med andra liknande hotell. På vissa andra ställen har upplevelsen varit något bättre. En tydlig nackdel var dock temperaturen – det var mycket kallt, både i frukostsalen och i receptionen, men framför allt på rummet. Det gick inte heller att reglera värmen på rummet, vilket påverkade helhetsintrycket negativt.

Hjälpsam trevlig personal, Vackert SPA, frukost fantastiskt. Väldigt varmt (såklart med tanke på vädret), så en bordsfläkt på rummet hade varit fint. Sköna sängar, badrummet lite slitet men helt ok. Älskar ”kuddmenykonseptet”.

It was a one-night stay. The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was good and varied enough. Just the sofa bes was really uncomfortable. Just after one night you wake up with a backache.

Olidligt varmt på rummet och om man hade ”tur” kunde man få en fläkt. Ett problem de haft i många år, enligt personalen i receptionen. Ingen AC, temperaturen styrs från en huvudkontroll för hela byggnaden. Gick inte att sova på grund av värme och luften stod helt stilla inne på rummet. Rummet i bra skick inredningsmässigt, men lyhört ifrån gatan. Okej frukostbuffé med bra utbud men väldigt trångt där man tar frukosten. The Bishops Arms, restaurangen på hotellet, var inte alls bra. Överprisat för medelmåttig mat och medelmåttig service.

Det var en bra vistelse, vi hade det mysigt. Vi badade i poolen och och lekte innan säng dags. När vi vaknade och gick ner och åt så var frukosten jätte bra, dom hade allt man kunde önska sig vid lyxig frukost buffé.
