Der Service war meiner Meinung für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht gegeben. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut jedoch nicht überdurchschnittlich. In einem guten 3 Sterne bzw. 4 Sterne Hotel gibt es die gleiche Auswahl. Saunaaufgusse deutlicher zu wenig. 3 Aufgüsse ab 12 Uhr sind mir zu wenig für ein Wellness Hotel. Das Essen war gut, jedoch auch nicht überdurchschnittlich. Preis Leistung ist für mich hier nicht gerechtfertigt!

das ganze Hotel war hervorragend - es gibt nur einen kleinen Punkt für mich, der nicht so prickelnd war, das war das Personal beim Abendessen & d. Kellner an d. Bar -> einer d. Kellner beim Abendessen dürfte leichte Merkschwierigkeiten haben u. d. Barkellner war alleine eher überfordert (ich mag‘ es auch nicht, wenn das Personal = wieder d. Zwei genannten, sich in ihrer Muttersprache unterhalten u. ich als Gast es nicht verstehen kann !)

Sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Abendessen. Hoteleinrichtung ok. Nachmittags hat eine kleine Bar mit Snacks gefehlt (um den Preis zu erwarten). Getränkeservice im Spa Bereich wäre eine nette Idee. Duschgel wurde erst nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt. Willkommens Drink beim Empfang wurde auch nicht angeboten. In Summe ein schönes Hotel - jedoch um den Preis ist meine Erwartung höher!
