DIRTY ROOMS WITH INFESTATION!
Not sure how anyone actually stays here. The first room had a medium sized cockroach smushed on the bathroom floor, along with multiple baby roaches and love bugs on the floor near the door. The second room seemed better at first, but there was mold on the mattress protector and a mold ring in the toilet, and the place clearly hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. The last straw was finding some sort of larvae in the bed. We left at 1am and had to spend a lot more at the holiday inn right down the street. I was told by the front desk worker that she would refund me if she could, but since it’s a third party booking I have to go through them. Now that Expedia contacted the hotel, they are claiming they had already informed us that they would not give a refund (which they did not).

I come here often to rest and relax. The rooms are clean, comfy beds, peaceful. Breakfast is always hot and plentiful. Yes I will come back when I need a break from the city.

The only issue we had is that it was a non smoking room and the cigarette odor was too heavy for us. Staff tried to help deodorizing the room and adding some febreze but nothing worked. The offered us to change our room but for a smaller doble bed which was what they had available and we declined.

Included breakfast was ok.

When I returned to my room each day it was clean and welcoming. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. I would only mark down points for the overflowing trash cans around the property but the rooms themselves are in great shape.

Me and my daughter needed a quick and affordable place to stay outside of Tampa before we go into the city and our other hotel before a concert. I was nervous about this one because it was so cheap. We were pleasantly surprised. It was older and a bit run down, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. The beds were soft and we had so many pillows that we built a pillow mountain. The man at the front desk at check in was extremely nice and welcoming after a long 9 hour drive. If we ever come back to town and need a cheap place to stay for a night we def would come back. The area was nice and safe and has lots of restaurants. I felt safe with my 9 year old

The AC definitely kept the room cold.
Breakfast was the same each morning, but did include eggs and sausage as well as waffles and cereal, oatmeal muffins, etc.
We did not evaluate the pool.
Ice machine worked. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby.
This is more of a classic motel set up with the doors facing outward toward the parking lot and has units on only 2 stories.
It is also obviously an older facility, but our room seemed quite well kept.
The staff we met were great and accommodating for needs.

I booked this hotel based on the value and reviews. However, I was not pleased with my stay at all.

1. Shower barely had luke warm water
2. My bed was extremely hard while the second bed was soft
3. My bed slid across the floor every time I got in or out, while the other bed was fine
4. The floor was super un even with dips and

5. The tv wasn’t connected to the internet. I tried for an hour and gave up
6. They told me to text them if I had any issues or needed anything, which I did. However, it took hours to get a response.
7. I decided to check out a day early. I went to the front desk and checked out. All he did was take my key and say you’re all set. Didn’t ask why, nothing on the computer and no paperwork. Then the next day I get a text and email reminding me to check out.

Room was awful, rotting board by the bathtub, dirty floors, shower curtain was old and shredding, no hot water in the morning for shower, stains on the ceiling, changed rooms, not that much better, floor trim by bathroom door had screws standing high and just all around not the greatest . Needs a MAJOR refurbishment, TV was unwatchable and and when I complained was told, ‘spectrum have been working on it and can’t fix it’ it pixelated and was unwatchable!! Never again

The rooms have been attempted to be renovated; however, they’re seriously in need of some deep cleaning. Also the ice maker needs cleaning as it produces dirty ice cubes; hence, I had to rinse my ice before use. Outside of the initial caucasian gentleman with glasses whom was slightly rude during check in, the rest of the staff was pleasant and very helpful. I can say that this property is one of the least expensive choices in the area; furthermore, you get what you pay for.

The sheets were clean, the room reaked of smoke and you could smell Marijuana throughout. It would seep in the room from outside. The bathrooms were not clean, soapscum was built up and the bathrrom fan screeched everytime you turned on the light. The tub was also so slow draining that while showering you would be calf deep in water. Qill likely never stay here again. Yhe propery lobby looked clean and nice. The pool looked pretty.

Room 207 stank of Urine.We moved to room 106 which smelt better but had bugs in the shower Toilet room.The shower soap dispensor was empty.
The breakfast was basically poor. No fruit,small frozen omelet and dry hamburgers.
The bed was clean and comfortable.

Be careful of staying at this location, my vehicle was broken into and all of my tools were stolen. Apparently, this location has done nothing to deter this type of activity. There is no security and the staff was not very helpful.

Room was not cleaned except for bedding which was comfy. Soap left in shower and hair in sink (see pics) also a plug which to me seemed dangerous on the floor not only a kid hazard but if the air conditioner leaks. Breakfast selection was little so we went 2 minutes up the road to Cracker Barrel.
