Nos gustó mucho. Si bien no es en el centro es a una cuadra de la avenida y en porto da barra donde hay restaurante y playa Maguinos. También se puede ir caminando a playa Geribá. Que la recepcionista sea argentina fue un plus, igual nos comunicamos bien con todos.

The hotel is good, but the room is too light. They should have blackout curtains. My room was facing the pool and it was pretty noisy in the morning with all the kids playing, but that's something that cannot be changed and did not bother as much as the light room. The staff was very nice, though.

O café da manhã é top um dos melhores de Búzios, só tem um defeito existe duas pousadas uma de um lado outra de outro, e as fotos do anúncio são do lado melhor, eles não divulgam isso na hora de fazer a reserva, mas te dar direito a frequentar o outro lado, pois onde fiquei a tv não funcionou e nem a internet funcionou... O hotel deixou muito a desejar com relacao as fotos e informações do site. A Tv nao funcionou, a internet é fraca, a hidromassagem que é um dos atrativos da pousada estava em manutenção, mesmo sendo uma sexta feira. Os funcionários comecam a arrastar a mobilia do salao de cafe as 07h sendo que o cafe comeca as 08h, a piscina principal nao estava limpa, a cama esta precisando trocar os colchoes porque estao fundos. As capas das almofadas da cama precisam ser trocadas.

ACOMODAÇÕES SEM UM PADRÃO DA FOTO
Pousada é dividida em duas partes. A primeira, onde fica a recepção, existem alguns quartos bem simples. Já a segunda fica do outro lado da rua, onde apresenta outros quartos, uma piscina e a área de café da manhã. Notamos que a pousada estava em obras com trânsito de profissional nas instalações. No nosso quarto, na primeira parte, o quarto estava com o piso escorregadio, poeira branca no criado mudo e os lençóis com poeira também. O banheiro precisa de reforma e o chuveiro não tinha pressão suficiente para um bom banho. A área de café da manhã na segunda parte da pousada é bem bonita e o café é satisfatório. O horário de café começa às 8 hrs e no domingo quando acordamos cedo para pegar a estrada fomos chamados atenção por chegar às 7:30 hrs (explicamos que iríamos sair cedo e que a mesa que já estava posta nos atendia)

O Atendimento foi excelente, todos os colaboradores muito educados, gentis e atenciosos. O quarto tinha alguns problemas: Mofo no banheiro, o sinal do wifi era fraco e a TV nao vonseguia manter a conexão com os aplicativos de streaming. Resolvi compartilhando a internet do celular e para o notebook e ligando este na TV por cabo HDMI que pessoal.

Ja estive varias vezes na Pousada Sable Dor e fiquei satisfeito com as melhorias, principalmente no cafe da manhã que melhorou consideravelmente, varias opções de bolos e variedades de alimentos com qualidade, tem um cha da tarde de cortesia e tem uma Jacuzzi aquecida usada com agendamento. Tem estacionamento próprio e é perto do Porto da Barra. Ou seja uma pousada de excelente custo beneficio.

Fizemos uma reserva em um quarto duplo na pousada que estava nas fotos, porém nos ofereceram uma pousada em frente com o mesmo nome. O quarto que ficamos ficava de frente a piscina. bem tranquilo, confortável e aconchegante … Um ponto ruim é em relação a água do chuveiro que não saiu quentinha, mas pra nós foi super de boa até pq estava calor. Nossa estadia foi agradável e muito confortável, fui com meu marido, filha e minha sogra. Quando chegamos o quarto já estava climatizado, tudo muito organizado e todos muito prestativos. A pousada tem otima relação custo beneficio, fica proxima ao Porto da barra, ja me hospedei em outras ocasiões, ja me hospedei com ela no auge e depois caiu um pouco, mas parece que ela quer voltar a ser como antes, melhorou bastante o serviço, como o café da manhã, na vespera de natal fizeram uma mini ceia em substituição ao cafe da tarde. Tem uma otima piscina que estava quentinha devido ao forte calor no período, tem uma Jacuzzi, sempre quentinha, que claro se aproveita melhor nos períodos frios. Enfim, torcemos para continuarem melhorando.

Péssima! Pouquíssimo staff! O xheckin foi ok, mas o quarto era minúsculo, a TV não funcionou. Café ruim. No segundo dia foi MUITO RUIM - faltaram copos, pratos, talheres.. Leite e café acabaram (era de máquina e fomos informados que não haveria reposição por falta de insumo), vários itens sem reposição.

O quarto e o banheiro apresentam mofo nas paredes e teto. A roupa de cama e toalhas furadas e manchadas, inclusive de sangue. A recepção se recusou a trocar o quarto, mesmo tendo outros disponíveis, sob a alegação que poderiam chegar novos hóspedes a qualquer momento. Quase de madrugada, quando estava impraticável dormir, com sinais de alergia, a recepção autorizou a troca de quarto, para outro ainda com mofo no banheiro, mas nem tanto no quarto.

Pousada com boa localização, bom café da manhã, excelente limpeza nos quartos. Destaque para funcionaria Rute, muito simpática, nos encotramos com ela nos horarios do cafe da manha e na limpeza dos quartos, prontamente ajudou em tudo que podia . No check-in ficamos um pouco perdido, acredito que deveria ter mais funcionários no local, demoramos para entender que precisavamos pegar fichas na recepção para pegar café expresso, refrigerante, água neste momento solicitamos a recepção ajuda e demorou bastante para aparecer um funcionário. Ponto negativo, não esta informando restrição ao uso da sauna no site para vendas, eu optei pela pousada e esse era um dos diferenciais, ao chegar no check in fui informada erradamente que nao tinha sauna na pousada, no outro dia descobrimos que ela NÃO está em funcionamento devido ao Covid, somente as piscinas e a jacuzzi funcionando . Relação custo-benefício, avalio como bom!

Pousada boa porem o wifi nao funciona no quarto 14
Pousada maravilhosa, porém o sinal do wifi no quarto 14 é péssimo, questionei na recepção mais não foi resolvido, fiquei 10 dias utilizando o wifi somente quando eu saia do quarto, a cama achei desconfortável ao ponto de ter dor nas costas, café da manha bom mais na pandemia não é cobrado de todos o uso da luva para pegar os alimentos, fiquei 10 dias na pousada e se eu vi 3 pessoas utilizando luva nesses dias foi muito. Poderiam deixar o microondas num lugar acessivel para que os hospedes possam usar a noite sem ter que ficar indo na outra pousada chamar a recepção para abrir a cozinha. Limpeza impecável todos os dias parabens ás funcionarias, sempre sorrindo e totalmente educadas. Voltarei mais vezes mais no quarto 14 não mais.
