Keine Hilfsbereitschaft an der Türe. Nach langen mehrmaligen Diskussionen mit einer Dame zunächst in Person durch zwei verschlossene Türen und in 5m Entfernung und danach über Mikrofon und Lautsprecher / Telefon, hat man uns den Code gegeben (Nachname --> Code, so einfach war es, da schon reserviert)
Restaurant geschlossen, oder inaktive, keine Ambiente. Frühstück (habe verzichtet drauf) in einer kleineren Ecke vom (inaktiven) Restaurant.
Am nächsten Tag war es mit Personal einiges besser.
Nach so viel Unfreundlichekeit schon beim Eintritt habe auch nicht mehr nach etwas positiverem in diesem Hotel gesucht.
Man kann all diese sicher verbessern.
