Having stayed at this hotel more than 10 time's we have experienced a number of different rooms some amazing some not so but we know that it will be clean and comfortable. This stay was Gain just that. We visit family in Bergen-Enkheim so stay on a room only basis. We got a great deal with Expedia and so think our four night stay this time was great value.

It was good for one night only. It was a clean and comfortable bed , except the pillow that was too flat. Bathroom was very clean too. Unfortunately, the only thing very uncomfortable was the smell of the room, but once you opened the window for a couple of minutes, it got better. There are no restaurants around but it had a very good public transportation possibilities

Friendly, peaceful, great place to stay

Excellet location in a quiet residential area near a public transport stop. Personal is wery friendly and hospitality. It was a pleasure standing in this cozy hotel with exceptional panoramic view of Frankfurt. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. It was great to parking in the secure location, and for free. Would totally recommend.

The hotel is nice, but there is no air conditioning….. The stay was hot and uncomfortable, because if you open the window you share the terrace space with other two room, so it’s not safe. The sink and shower was with clogged drain and the sink is in the bad room… So it’s not very pleasant for you and for the person that you are sharing the room…. The view is stunning.

Best Value For Money of Anywhere in the World!

I arrived about Dinner Time.. It was on Top of a Hill. So When They Call the Hotel Schönes Aussicht!!! You can Believe that it is Indeed a Hotel with An Absolutely Amazing View... the Restaurant were due to Covert-19 regulations only open for Breakfast. But there is Multiple restaurants just a block away that do Takeout! Staff was ServiceMinded at check in. The Room was Comfortably furnished... there had Not been Spared a cent on furniture! I am a Severely Hyperactive Man!! Meaning working 120 hours a week is More the Rule than The exception! So you can imagine I do not sleep much! When I get 4 hours of sleep in one Night I feel Lucky! This Madras on The bed was like Sleeping in a Cloud of warm air! Definitely a high priced madras! It had me dreaming for 7 full hours!!! As Such the Longest sleep I had in 2021. This was April 1. To April 2.... simply Amazing! I felt so Good when I woke next morning. More rested than Ever Before!!
I was Very Impressed!!! My room was turned straight West so had the Sunset over Frankfurt straight from my window!!! Complimentary Coffee in The Room Was Espresso! Not that instant stuff you would expect taking the price of the stay into consideration!!! Complimentary sparkling water!!
The Breakfast was A gourmet Experience.. was served 2 kinds of Eggs. Pancakes with honey several kinds of cheese with different kinds of bread! Danish bread and French bread.
a bowl of fruit! And 2 kinds of fresh Juice! 2 tripple machiattos. +meat I don’t even Eat!

Was my second time here. Came back because the first time was amazing. The big issue was that the bathroom smelled terrible. I told the front desk, but they said they could do nothing about the issue. I will come back in the future, but i will immediately turn down any room that smells the way this one did.

Was an excellent hotel. Room was nice and clean, only complaint is the bathroom was a little to small. The view from the hotel was amazing and the hotel has nice restaurants and stores nearby. Parking was nice and had a lot of room. I recommend this hotel.

Great gem of a hotel with great amenities and wonderful view from huge terrace. Lots of nice space for hotel guests on roof garden as well. Hotel lunch is extraordinary value! Great shower and nice beds!

Overall a good stay

A nice hotel with gorgeous views, but nothing much around it. It seems that it's being slowly refurbished, as we stayed in a room where the furniture still smelled of new. The layout of the room is interesting, especially the bathroom, with a curtain that opens to the shower (!!). On one of the days we stayed in, there was a wedding which was quite loud up until at least midnight. The music could be heard in the room, but not loud enough to keep us awake, as we were quite tired. Overall, a nice little hotel with great views.

We booked with Hotels.com to be close to the airport for an early flight back to USA. Great hotel and restaurant BUT not close to the airport in Frankfurt. Very frustrating to pay 50 euro for a taxi to the hotel and again back to the airport!

Kamer was redelijk absoluut geen geluidsisolatie van de kamers en ik heb me laten verplaatsen naar de derde verdieping. Dan was het oké kamer was redelijk in orde bedden perfect. Echt als je op de tweede verdieping zit of de eerste dan hoor je echt alles niet oké. Verder prima gehad, maar niet top. Ik heb absoluut beter hotels, maar voor het geld mag ik ook niet klagen.

Das Personal war sehr nett, aber leider war das Bad nicht richtig sauber. Es gabe Staubflocken am Boden und reste von Zahnpaster auf den Regalen und im Waschbecken. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Besonders lecker war der Kaffee.

Wij hadden de junior suite deze was heel ruim en schoon. Voor een nachtje te overnachten prima en op 20 minuutjes van Frankfurt Centrum.

Ontbijt was afwisselend maar simpel verder prima!

Da vi ankom fik det reserveret familieværelse. Det var pænt stort, helt som en lille lejlighed. 2 af de udvendige gardiner virkede ikke men ok da. Restauranten skulle lukke kl 22, men vindue besked om, at grundet manglende buskørsel skulle personalet gå senest kl. 21. Vi nåede lige at bestille mad, men blev henvist til at spise på en anden udvendig terrasse, da de skulle lukke restauranten af. Maden var fin, men underligt personalet stadig var der kl 21.40, da vi havde spist op og selv havde ryddet tallerkner og glas af. Måske bare en misforståelse?
Lidt slidt hotel nogle steder men fint nok til vi ville komme igen. Fin lille privat parkering til 4 biler.

Es ist ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das eigentlich kernsaniert werden müsste. Die Böden sind durchgetreten, die Zimmer uralt und leider auch sehr schmutzig. Das Mobiliar des Restaurants uralt, die Kissen und Hussen der Stühle total verschmutzt rissig.
Allein das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten die etwas weiter entfernt liegen. Die schwer nur zu Fuß zurück zu legen sind. Die nicht Rollstuhl gerecht sind. Im Hotel gibt es viele Stufen und um zum Zimmer zukommen gab es keinen Aufzug.

Extra dag omdat t zo bevallen is

Mooi en goed hotel met prachtig uitzicht over Main dal en de skyline van Frankfurt. Hotel is in prima staat en is gerealiseerd in traditioneel Fachhaus (houten balken en pleisterwerk). Deze details zie je prachtig verwerkt terug in de kamer en badkamer. Eigen parkeerplaats is niet heel erg groot maar rondom voldoende mogelijkheden tot gratis parkeren. Rustige en gemoedelijke omgeving en toch vrij dichtbij Frankfurt. Tot de volgende keer!

The hotel charged us in full upon arrival, despite the fact that we had already paid using a reward night. They admitted the mistake and promised to refund the money, but after six weeks, we still haven’t received it despite repeated promises and reminders. Additionally, there was loud partying until after 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the reception, which was supposed to be staffed 24/7, but no one answered. The hotel has completely ignored our complaint regarding the party.

Während des Aufenthaltes täglich darauf hingewiesen, das beim Wasserhahn das Sieb fehlt - wurde ignoriert.
Das Putzen ist für das Personal eher ein Fremdwort, denn es wird kaum Deutsch gesprochen. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt mit nur einem Lappen und einen Putzmittel. Zum Teil aber auch sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn man um gewisse Standards betteln muss. Rezeption hat kein wissen über Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, kennen keine Frankfurt Card, etc.

Die zimmer sind klein, aber durchaus ausreichend und vor allen Dingen sauber. Das frühstücksbufett war sehr gut und reichhaltig und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Leider scheint ein personalmangel zu herrschen. Die zimmer waren nicht pünktlich zum einchecken fertig und die tische wurden nach dem frühstück nicht abgeräumt. Wenn man also nicht gerade zu den ersten gehörte, musste man das benutzte geschirr selber auf seite schieben da es keine freie unbenutzte tische mehr gab. Leider hab ich die erfahrung gemacht dass es niemanden interessiert wenn man etwas auf dem zimmer hat liegen kassen. Ich habe mein gutes und teures nackenstützkissen dummerweise auf dem zimmer liegen lassen. Habe mehrmals im hotel nachgefragt (telefonisch und per mail) aber leider ohne erfolg.fazit: gutes hotel, ein paar kleinere mängel und gutes preis/leistungsverhältnis

Ich war insgesamt zufrieden. Nur war das Zimmer, als ich ankam, sehr kalt. Ich mußte erst in Erfahrung bringen, wo man die Heizung einschalten kann. (man mußte drunter kriechen.). Vom Zimmer aus gibt es keine direkte Kommunikation zur Rezeption. Und über die allgemeine Telefonnummer war es sehr lästig, weil es sehr lange dauert, bis jemand abnimmt.
Beim Duschen hatte ich erst einmal den Duschkopf in der Hand, aber er war sehr leicht wieder drauf zu stecken.
Sonst war alles top: geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, warmes Wasser.

Super, mit einem Problem

Ich mag das Hotel sehr, es ist sauber, die Mitarbeitenden freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und es liegt für mich perfekt. Leider war in dem Nichtraucherzimmer diesmal ein sehr unangenehmer penetranter Rauchgeruch. Daher leider zwei Punkte Abzug. Für eine Nacht war das auszuhalten, beim nächsten Mal würde ich aber ein anderes Zimmer verlangen (was nach einem langen Fahrtag ja immer zusätzlicher Stress ist). Das heißt, ich würde trotzdem wiederkommen.

フランクフルトの郊外にある地区の商業地区より離れた住宅街の丘に何件かホテルがあります。静かなエリアで遠くに高層ビルが見えます。部屋は値段なりですが、オプションで少額で付けた朝食は美味しくて、雰囲気も良いので満足です。

Hotel has a really nice view.Food in the restaurant was nice.We had one problem,that for one window of the room it was not possible to fully close it.As i mentioned this to the person of the reception ,her reaction was in my eyes not appropiate.She downplayed it,(fresh air...) could not offer an alternativ(fully booked).

Waren zum 2. Mal dort für einen Kurztrip nach Frankfurt. Klein, idyllisch, sauber, toller Ausblick, sehr schöne Veranda und lecker Früstücksbüffet. Auto kann man stehen lassen, kommt gut mit Bus und U7 in die Innenstadt. Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis, nur zu empfehlen, C.Fischer

Totally worth a visit!

The hotel was really nice. Room was clean and fairly big. Specially the view from the hotel was so beautiful! Staff was helpful and always there. Only bad thing was that the room was quite hot, as the outside temperatures were almost at +30celsius. Better aircon would be needed.

Overall really awesome place and will definitely come back!

Sicht super, Zimmer ok

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, damit wir an Silvester einen tollen Blick über Frankfurt haben. Wir hatten die Skyloft Juiorsuite und der Blick war toll. Von Frankfurt bis Offenbach herrlichste Sicht. Man sieht dem Hotel jedoch an, dass man versucht hat, dem Hotels mit einigen großen Deko-Objekten Flair zu verleihen. In unserer Suite hatte offensichtlich jemand ohne jeglichen Instinkt für Design, Formen und Farben die Einrichtung übernommen. Sehr schade, denn der Raum an sich ist toll und könnte ein totaler Hingucker sein. Das Bett ist sehr langweilig, keine Farbe an den Wänden. Die Bilder sind wild durcheinander gewürfelt, sehen teilweise aus, als hätte man Bilder aus einem Magazin ausgeschnitten. Aufgehängt wurden sie dann nicht stimmig, völlig dezentral und in merkwürdigen Höhen. Die Vorhänge sind völlig nutzlos und nur Staubfänger.
Pluspunkte: Sauberes und ansprechendes Bad, Betten bequem und erscheinen sauber, Safe, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Mein Zimmer war extrem kalt und es gab zu viele NICHT entschuldbare Mängel, was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Vorallem das Bad war mehr als dreckig! Näher möchte ich darauf lieber nicht eingehen...
