Room was very big. Had a kitchen and living room and bedroom. Breakfast was decent. Had scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, ham in addition to the continental fare. Had free parking. Very close to bus station. Walkable distance to car rental area.

A very welcome stay at Eurostar

Lovely reasonably-priced apartment-hotel along the Lis River in Leiria. The staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious with a view of the castle - we couldn't have been more pleased! We would gladly stay here again.

Lack of hospitality

They have a long ways to go in terms of knowing what hospitality means. They seemed annoyed when I asked once to use the sauna that they so advertised. Ultimately, I wasn't able to use it. They seemed annoyed when I asked to have my room cleaned. Someone did come but looked equally annoyed. I understand it's not the Ritz Carlton, but come on!

It was obvious that they tried to give the property a cosmetic “facelift” but it was skin deep. The things that mattered such as good pillows, quality toiletries, good shower and water pressure and most importantly cleanliness were very disappointing. The bottle of wine was left unopened because I was so disappointed with the quality of things and cleanliness that I was leery about drinking that wine. Breakfast was decent but hot dishes were not being replenished fast enough which I why I ended up not having any. Location is excellent too bad there was major construction work nearby the property and there’s a skating park right in front of the hotel where youth gathers until 2 am skating and making mound noises which their windows are not able to filter out. Nothing VIP about this hotel.

The hotel is Ok. The free underground parking is convenient. The rooms are large and clean, in fact it more like a one bedroom apartment, the free breakfast is excellent. On thee other hand the outside was really disappointing. The views from our third floor windows were on a roof with dirty air conditioning units and another tower like ours. The street outside was kind of run down area with closed dusty windows. Also the elevator windows from the hotel need a good cleaning that other give you a nice view of a castle on the hill.

Lovely hotel; we had a T1 apartment with big separate lounge and kitchen. Spotlessly clean and quiet with fabulous view of the castle. Great location, easy 5 min walk to the old town along the little river channel. Underground car park was perfect for our car, not too small entrance and spaces good.

The Best

I wish the service in the United States had the service that the Eurosol Residence has. Even though there is a kitchen in your room there is still a full service breakfast. You can walk to everywhere, there is a park out your door and the view from the rooftop pool is stellar.

Nice hotel in the perfect location of n Leiria. Great staff, room w/kitchen, and lounge upstairs. Downsides; breakfast was just okay, cold runny eggs every day, and the bed killed my back. Two things that are easily fixable! So don’t count this hotel out.

Overall it was very good but just one small incident occurred. I had an early checkout and asked for a taxi at 06:15 the following morning. The receptionist made a note and said that, as I was missing breakfast, she would arrange for one to be boxed up for me take with me. The following morning the guy on reception had no knowledge of breakfast or taxi, though he did get a taxi there quickly. Otherwise it was fine.

Good value hotel close to town centre

Excellent stay in this good value apart hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, well equipped and clean, buffet breakfast was good and the whole package was excellent value for money. this is a no frills hotel, but offers a very pleasant convenient, bright and well maintained place to stay , free parking under the hotel with direct lift access, makes it very convenient for those touring the area. Even a roof top pool !

C’est top! Parc de jeu enfant juste en face de l’hôtel. Pratique :-)

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine Katastrophe. Nach nur einer Nacht mussten wir abreisen, da das Hotel in einem völlig unzumutbaren Zustand war. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, mit Haaren auf dem Boden und im Kühlschrank sowie Dreck auf dem Boden und in den Schränken. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der allgegenwärtige Schimmel. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer waren stark verschimmelt und haben modrig gerochen (s. Foto).

Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist in einem absolut inakzeptablen Zustand, und der Umgang mit Gästen lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir können es auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
Très bon accueil du côté du personnel qui en plus parlait français donc un gros plus !
L’hôtel en lui même est bien mais mériterait d’être rafraîchi et modernisé !
La chambre est plutôt bien et propre, le lit confortable et la vue sympa !
Mais la propreté de la baignoire laisse à désirer

Accommodatie met zicht op de oude stad en het kasteel. Ligt vlak bij het busstation en de oude stad. Mooi en ruim appartement, enige nadeel was dat het wel best warm was in het appartement, en de airco wel veel lawaai maakte maar maar traag afkoelde. Als je genoeg tijd hebt, kan je een raam open zetten. Op de gang was er mogelijkheid om te recycleren, iets wat ik geapprecieerd heb.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre ville avec vue sur le château. Une impression toujours globalement positive : accueil courtois, grand appart convenablement équipé, parking en sous-sol... Petit bémol cependant concernant le petit déjeuner : la variété est certes là mais la qualité m'a semblé plutôt quelconque! Cet hôtel demeure malgré tout une bonne adresse.

Clean hotel with very spacious and comfort rooms, very close to the city center with a great view of the castle from the roof top. Only negative was breakfast which for a 4 star hotel was much less than expected.
