called before booking via 3rd party and was told there was a room. i then booked and was heading to the apartment from work and got a call at 5pm saying we dont have a room. the soltuion was to stay alternatively and that everton park hotel would issue a refund to pay for the new one and also that they would cover the price difference and i would also recieve a dinner voucher for the stuff around. i recieved the refund over a week later and only recieved the price difference for hotel but via a gift card, i dont know how i was supposed to use a food gift card to pay for a new hotel. i have repeatedly been trying to contact the manager whom i was in discussions with but have not had a single phone call returned.

I arrived at this hotel and entered my room, only to find dirty black hairs in the bed and in the bathroom sink, also on the ground of the bathroom.
The noise from the pub/playground went on until midnight.
There was rubbish everywhere outside my apartment door and in the parking bays and not mention it was not just “rubbish” it was filthy broken plastic cups/glass and cigarette butts.
The food was not worth the money.
Would not recommend this hotel.

Would have rated it excellent except for the noise in the mornings from bins, staff and tradies doing work. We were closest to the storage areas and the hotel itself so would try it again with a room further away. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the shower pressure was amazing. Staff were lovely and the meal in the bistro was great.

However, on the 1st morning, I awoke to find ants in my bed and all over the bench. Reception was advised and they acted promptly by using a can of
Mortein spray, They also gave me a complimentary meal.
I stayed for 9 nights and noted that the bedding wasn't changed throughout my stay. Towels weren't changed regularly. Rubbish was left for 3 days before being emptied by myself even though I had had the ant problem.

Ordinary ‘country’ motel feel about the rooms. Expensive for an out-of-cbd 3 star hotel/motel. Chosen (no doubt by many) because of its proximity to the NW Private Hospital. Huge dining/bistro areas which look very new and tidy- very popular for families. 2 nights here and room not serviced in that time.

Undercover parking right outside the room door. The bar had meals on offer. The staff we interacted with were really nice and helpful. Good spot located near where we had to go.

On checkin advised we were too early by an hour. We were sent to another area for check in but returned to the same place to check-in. Apparently that bloke has worked there for 2 years!

No water for more than 6 hour on one day- unable to shower or flush the toilet or obtain drinking water.
Daily noise from 0630hrs... workman, drilling, digging, gardening, blowers!
AC substandard.
No contact with any staff except cleaning staff.
Expedia did not advise of renovations restaurant was closed. No mention of this on checkin. No apologies!

Greatly disappointed, unsatisfactory conditions

They are renovating which we were not informed on when booking. We endured loud heavy vehicles from early morning till afternoon right outside our door, which made it impossible to relax quietly in our room. Our water was a trickle and then it was turned off totally we could not wash, flush the toilet, shower. We made 2 phone calls to management regarding our water situation, it finally came back on after several hours. No manager came to our door, I had to ring them, we were offered a free meal as a sorry for the inconvenience. Not good enough we stayed there because it was close to the hospital

Property was under renovations hence the good rating otherwise it would have been excellent. Hotel room was very clean, big bed, big tv and shower. Dinner and beer on the deck was very enjoyable. Close to Prince Charles Hospital.

We arrived thinking that there was a playground and restaurant and cafe. The play ground was demolished and no restaurant to be seen. It was horrible for us to be crammed in the tiny room with young children who were excited to go and play at the play area. Only picked it for that particular reason.

The motel room was nicely renovated and the stay was very comfortable. You can park at the door which was so convenient. Quiet area. A supermarket and some shops next door. A short drive to Everton park dining area.

Room was recently renovated and excellent and has free Wifi and great parking.Beds and pillows comfortable. Very slow check in(20 minutes as had 1 other person in front ?.) The temporary signage for direction to the check in was not clear ( Go to sports bar rather than just an arrow may have been more useful !! ) . The outside light above our entry door was very bright and shone through the front window despite the curtains.

The Sign was low down hard to see from the road, the other sign for Bistro and gaming is top. The court yard and carport in front of our unit was sloped downhill. Both my husband and I have walking aids, it was unsafe to unload the luggage__ the step was very high.; because we were working on a sloped car port it was terrible.

Staff were unhelpful when I arrived slightly early, and I had to then ask for staff to open the reception 10mins after check in time.

Room was clean, but very noisy with children screaming in playground area.

Cigarette smell came in my room, from nearby pub smoking area of an evening.

The Everton Park hotel is extremely well located if a trip to the North West Private Hospital is needed.
The motel room was great, the food in the hotel was nice and the staff were excellent. We were even able to have a late checkout until midday to accommodate my check in time for the hospital. 🤗

The only detractor is it is a fair ways from the city center where most of the city attractions & pick up spots for day trips are

I was delighted to find my room had just been renovated. It was clean and smelt fresh, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
