Deco’s owner Kim, the owner, is a most accommodating host. The food in the restaurant was beyond excellent and freshly prepared. All staff is caring and attentive. Views are stunning. Excellent stay.

Decostop was perfect for our 12 day stay. The rooms are cozy but comfortable. It contained the amenities we needed. The staff was phenomenal and looked after all our needs. They were a joy to interact with daily. The view from the dining area became our favorite morning experience. The food was welll prepared. Kim the proprietor helped to arrange any excursion we needed help with. It was a great stay that we will always remember.

A lovely boutique hotel with a fantastic view of the lagoon. I staff were very professional and lovely how they interested with guests. It was a truly relaxing stay. However, the best part was the food. Thank you to the chef, I had the best fillet of fish, perfectly prepared, beautiful presented that I have had ever. Thank you Kim for the music selection, oldies but goldies.

Beautiful views from dining nakamal and pool area. The pool is nice with some of it extending into the dining area. Rooms were good with comfortable big bed. Food and staff werd excellent

Staff and owner great. Kitchen does very well for a smaller resort. Could not fault a meal! Food and beverages reasonable price. Pool is a nice cool temp (soooo nice on hot day)
Nice view of the ocean and aore island. Can walk into town but taxi only 200vt. I will return!

Travelling to Vanuatu to assist the Luganville Dental Hospital on Santo, my patron arranged for me to stay at Decco Stop.
A strange name, I thought. All was reviled latter in my stay.
The property and meals were great, as were all the staff.
The owners, Kim and Ben were very welcoming and made for a very pleasant stay. Not to mention the view. Highly recommended.

Great accom, for having just re opened we were really impressed. Staff were all amazing. Food was great. The main pool area was excellent and they put us onto an amazing driver Sam who helped us at the airport retrieving lost luggage, top spot

the room rate booked was with a sealing fun. Since the room was so hot I asked to use an air-conditioner by topping up another 2,000 Vatu. Distant view is very good, but the foreground is not admired, next of road and houses, and noisy. Beef pie was so good.

We stayed for 7 nights and it was so relaxing. The staff could not be anymore helpful and always happy. I would recommend Deco Stop Lodge to anyone travelling to Luganville. The food was fresh and so yummy.

A nice place to relax.

I keep going back to Deco Stop, when I have to spend a night in transit at Luganville, because it is reliably a comfortable, convenient, helpful, friendly, relaxing place to stay. I love being up above the chaos of town, but it's a pleasant 7 minute walk into town.

Ideal location set high to enjoy views over the bay and catch the breeze. Only 12 rooms so it felt personal and private. Nice grounds. Staff are excellent. Easy walk down to the town of Luganville, but get a taxi back up the hill! (Only about Aus $2)

Deco Stop is the place to be.

Deco Stop is a great place to stay, in Luganville. It's only a five minute walk down to the main street, but it's far enough away, to be quiet and peaceful. I love the pool and the restaurant, which makes impressively delicious food, of a very high standard. And the complimentary breakfast goes a long way! The bar also attracts interesting expats and travellers, on a Friday night.
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Deco Stop, and I'm going back for a third time. All the staff were wonderful to me, and were very understanding and helpful. With Ben and Kim (the owners) being Australian expats, I felt very much at home. They all went out of their way, to make my time in Santo, enjoyable and relaxing. I love the spacious, private garden, too.

Quite area with a nice view

Nice place and great views as it is up a hill overlooking the channel and some other small islands. I was travelling with my son and in hind site should have booked into a beach front place as there was not much for him to do close by.

The best spot yet!

Looks even better than in the photos. I highly recommend Deco Stop Lodge for both accommodation and food. I have eaten many high $ steaks and nothing compares to the quality of the steak I had here. I even ate the vegetables the meal was that great!

Deco Stop was well kept and in a good location with a view over the water. The staff were wonderfully friendly and always willing to help. Coming back to Deco Stop after adventuring each day felt like paradise. Great vibes. There is a bar a restaurant with great quality food, so you don't have to leave if you don't want to.

Nice but don’t believe the website

The place was generally pleasant, and had nice views. However, the hotel website is very much out of date. There was no table tennis table or tv room - one of the reasons we booked so the non-divers has something to do on site.

Lunch stops being served promptly at 2pm, and the hotel couldn’t offer anything other than a bowl of chips from 2pm-6pm, which is somewhat inconvenient when you’ve finished diving later if you’re on boat dives, as there’s nothing else nearby (town is about a 20 minute walk)

Another tip - the hotel offers Airport pick ups at Vt800 per person. Bear in mind that unless you’re a solo traveller it might be better to pick up a taxi at the airport as they charge fixed price of Vt1,000. There are plenty of taxis driving past the gates too for the return trip, and easy to stop one the day before and book the return journey

The owners were friendly and helpful. We were hot and tired when we arrived and we were welcomed with a lovely cold and refreshing drink. Very much appreciated. They were knowledgeable of the local area, customs and services. Car hire and snorkeling gear is available if needed. Although there is no guest laundry, they will do laundry for you at a reasonable cost.
The pool deck and dining area are wonderful with great views.

Best view in Luganville and the owners: AMAZING!

We stayed for a week while in Santo and we couldn't have picked a better place. Things in Vanuatu are expensive in general so for what you get at Deco stop, it's well worth the price. The restaurant is arguably the best in Vanuatu, the infinity pool is great, and Ben and Kim were amazing. They helped us out of a bind, took us with them to Oyster Island and gave us a lift back to the airport even when I wasn't feeling well the last day of the trip. If you're staying in Santo, make Deco stop your choice!

Rather basic cabins (on a par with and perhaps slightly better than anything else available in Luganville), but the view is very nice and the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise -- the menu offered many choices for lunch and dinner and was supplemented by daily special appetisers, main course selections and desserts. Every meal we had there throughout our stay was excellent.
