The hotel overall was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing was they turn off the air conditioning too early that the weather here was too warm for the North America travelers. Even we open the window, it seems no wind and no air from outside although we stayed on the 10th floor.

駅近で便利でした。駅の北口がわからずにフロントで訪ねたのですが、北口、南口などの認識が無いようで、指示された通りに行っても行き着きませんでした。駅内の表示もなく、地域が変われば駅の表示も違うことがわかりました。

黒崎駅からの連絡はわかりやすいですが、バスターミナルからだと少しわかりづらくて遠回りな感じがしました。あと、街に行くには大きな通りを超えますが、これもまた遠回りになります。

コロナの時期でホテル業界も大変だと思いますが、朝食バイキングが中止だったのは残念でした。Hotel.comの予約画面は朝食付きだったし、ホテルのホームページにも朝食バイキングが中止の旨は一切書いてありませんでした。まあ時期が時期だけにしょうがないけど。朝食無しのクレームはしなかったですが、予約前から朝食無しの情報をアップデートすべきです。この点では、不親切なホテルと感じました。ホテル設備やロケーションは、全く問題無し。大浴場もあるので、お風呂もゆっくり入れました。
