Staff very helpful and informative about local stuff. Room was very nice and clean. Only complaint is they don't offer A/C in february apparently. Theyre only on heat mode. I had a very hard time sleeping because of constant heat flashes and having to open windows and get out from under the sheets. Then cold again, back under sheets, rinse and repeat. They should allow people the option of using AC even in the winter months.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. The only issue was the heating system: in midwinter it only blows hot air, so the rooms were uncomfortably warm when we arrived. Because the hotel sits on a lively street, opening the windows to cool down the room meant dealing with noise. The soundproofing is superb when the windows are shut, but you can’t have both a cool room and a quiet one at the same time.
Still a great hotel overall, but travellers who are temperature-sensitive should be aware of this if visiting in winter.

Rooms are on the smaller side, I had a hard time finding room to open up my luggage as the floor space was so limited, but everything else was great. They also have a filtered water and coffee station in the lobby which was very useful :)

We loved our stay. We come to paris often and we found this hotel to be one of our new favorites. The bed is actually queen size, the room is comfortable, they had a small doggie bed, bowls and a treat for our frenchie and the staff was incredibly friendly. Oh and seems like a small thing, but they had the best hair dryer i’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The location is quite considering the busy area it is in. By busy I mean walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants and parcs. We will stay again. Thank you.

We had a most pleasant 6-night stay from check-in to check-out. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Strong wifi connection, well appointed and spacious bathrooms, best hotel slippers ever (currently wearing mine at home :)). Staff is friendly and helpful, and head concierge Sanjay is an encyclopedia of recommendations if you’re undecided on what to do. I loved the refillable water station that offers both flat and bubbly options.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We had just come from Spain and Portugal so we knew we were in for a much smaller room in Paris, but the deluxe apartment worked great for us with a pull out sofa in a separate room for our girls. We absolutely loved the location right next to a lively night scene along with proximity to multiple metro lines. The front desk service was excellent and made everything easy through our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
