Highly recommend.

Hotel is in a great location close to main roads. Staff is friendly. Food was fabulous. Room was very nice and had all amenities needed. In a quiet area.

Really dissapointed in the stay. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed for refurbishment - but no prior notice of this was sent. Had we known we would have booked another hotel. Food was overpriced for the quality. Bed was hard and pillows too soft. Will not stay again.

Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa.

Very decent hotel - in the perfect location for me for work. Definitely my default choice when visiting the area. All very modern and smart, very clean. Limited menu - but good quality food at a decent price. The beer is super cheap for a hotel too - cheaper than the bottled water.

I stay at this hotel fairly regularly as it’s location is perfect for visiting my customer who is local. Certainly the best hotel I’ve found in the area - and the views from the room with a balcony I booked on my last stay were pretty nice. It is quite big hotel and consequently slightly impersonal - but the spa and restaurant are both good. Food is of a limited menu but of good quality and well priced. The beer is so cheap (4.2 euros for a large pilsner), that the bottled water is actually more expensive 🙄 The 6 euro Port was pretty nice too. One criticism is that I wish they would improve the signage to actually find the hotel - if it’s dark when you arrive they are all but impossible to see. So you know - park right down the end of the car park - then cross over a little bridge on foot and keep walking forwards to reach the hotel.

Really great hotel

The hotel is justr awesome, the bed is hard and I slept like a log for 7 hours. Breakfast is great, plenty of choice and boiled eggs, and the bread was so nice. Only 1 gripe, you need to let people new know where the good latte making coffee machine is. I only found out after I had two cups of normal coffe. I saw somebody walk out of the greenhouse with a latte in a glass, and I went in and helped myself. That was really good.

Really good hotel, perfect for Schutzenfest!

First visit to this hotel and very impressed overall although one receptionist was a bit frosty.

Breakfast was superb as were the spa facilities which were available free of charge. Gym was well equipped with the latest machines.

Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect relaxation after a long day at work

Great little spa resort, the sauna and pools facilities are excellent with a plethora of different temp rooms and pools.
Restaurant is very good too, had an excellent asparagus and trout dish.
If you're a runner, there is a nice route behind the hotel, up the hill into the woods and then around and down again into Jordanbad

Highly recommend

The hotel has been recently refurbished and all the rooms are now modern and a high standard. The spa/swimming and gym are included and there are two good restaurants. One of the restaurants is a 5 minute walk away on the other side of the complex. Free car parking is also available.

Everything was nice! Took taxi from train station just a few minutes away. Staff was nice. Had requested a credit card authorization three times by calling and thru your message center but never got a response or sent. Since the hotel didn't allow prepayment option that was the only issue or downside to the reservation.

convenient for where I was working

I didn't try the spa part as only there for a night before a work meeting butthe bar was friendly enough.

Only thing I woudl say was room seemed a little warm with no obvious thermo stat or heater to control but opening the window worked fine as very quiet location.

Wifi free and stable.

Relaxing Getaway

The spa is an amazing facility that allows you to unwind in a picturesque setting. The pools and baths are so relaxing and so well kept. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Dinner was great and had a lovely cocktail in the bar for Happy Hour. Walk the grounds if you have time and take in the Religious history of this amazing property. The staff was helpful and professional. Overall, a great and relaxing break during our stay in Germany. Thanks to all the staff!

Nice hotel, but no air conditioning!

Unfortunately, this hotel has no airconditioning - which is fine for the weeks of the year when the temperature is moderate. But this week, with temperatures in the mid-30s, the room was unbearably hot.

No Internet- not even in the lobby. Just didn't work. I had a ton of work to do for an important mtg the next day and couldn't stay connected long enough to even do a few basic emails even after changing rooms and going to the lobby. Staff really tried to help, but could not. Nice surroundings, and the building is amazing and beautiful but rooms are run down and not real clean. Shower was clogged and carpets were dirty. Sorry - not a good stay.

Frühstück am ersten Tag sehr enttäuscht, kein Brot, nur helle wenige Brötchen.
Bar am Donnerstag leider geschlossen.
Zimmer werden nur noch alle 2 Tage gemacht.

Erste Übernachtung nach der Übernahme durch den neuen Betreiber. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant. Abendessen und Frühstück sehr gut, beim Bügfet reichlich Auswahl. Etwas mehr Deko könnte nicht schaden. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, lediglich die Matzratzen sind schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Ansonsten Top Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Schönes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage ist gut, man kann auch zu Fuss gut das nächste Dorf erreichen. Die Wellnessanlage ist zwar alt aber bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Schwimmen kann man leider nur im Kinderbecken, und die Temperatur ist sehr warm. Die Saunen und Aufgüsse sind toll und auch die langen Öffnungszeiten habe ich sehr geschätzt. Auch ein gutes Fitnesscenter ist für die Gäste inklusive (leider die Kurse aber nicht) Im Hotel hatte ich ein Einzelzimmer und fand es etwas karg. Die Toilette ist sehr klein und die Türe ging nicht richtig zu. Es hat nur einen kleinen Tisch, zum Arbeiten mit Laptop gings gerade so. Leider hat es im Zimmer weder Kühlschrank noch Wasserkocher. Ein grossfloriger Teppichboden in einem Hotelzimmer finde ich sehr unhygienisch. Mein Zimmer war direkt vor dem Kirchenturm. Dies war aber kein Problem, die Glocken läuten nachts nicht. Hotel finde ich für das Wellnessangebot und Frühstück empfehlenswert.

Es hing eine tote Fliege an der Scheibe zum Bad. Das Duschwasser hat keine konstant warme Temperatur. Es schwankt zwischen warm, kalt und sehr heiß. Ich habe mich beim Duschen verbrüht.

Schönes Hotel in alten Gemäuern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, toller Service und wunderbares Frühstücksbüffet. Allerdings wird es in den Zimmern auf der Südseite im Sommer sehr warm, so dass der Schlaf nachts mühsam sein kann. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht vorhanden, wäre aber nötig. Lässt man wegen der Wärme die Fenster auf, hört man sehr den Verkehr der nahen Bundesstraße. Ansonsten alles prima, vor allem auch die Anbindung und komplett kostenlose Nutzung des Jordanbades inkl. toller Saunalandschaft. Das absolute Plus!!

Jordan Parkhotel vil gerne være et luksushotel. Men der er noget, der ikke er godt.
Morgenmadsbuffeten halter. Tomme fade, borde der ikke bliver gjort klar igen, og folk der står og venter på at få noget at spise. Personalet arbejder hårdt, men der er alt for lidt personale.
Hvis du ikke taler og læser tysk, har du problemer. Alle skilte er på tysk, og på den iPad, som informere om mulighederne på hotellet, kan man vælge engelsksprog. MEN det oversætter kun 50% af de tyske ord til engelsk.
Badeområdet er stort. Det var der i virkelig godt vejr og vi ville gerne sidde ude. Alle solsengen var optaget af håndklæder, men ingen brugte dem. Der var utrolig mange solsenge indendørs. Personalet gjorde intet.
Værelserne var meget varme.

Abendbuffet überteuert, Frühstücksbuffet lieblos und recht übersichtlich. Bedienung geht nicht auf Wünsche des Gastes ein. (Nach Feigensenf gefragt. Es hieß, abends ja, frühs nein.) Bedienung abends etwas übereifrig, räumt ab, obwohl nicht jeder den Gang beendet hat.

Es ist eine sehr schönes Hotel mit einem Zugang zum Thermalbad, Solebad und einer riesigen Saunawelt. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Die Aktion mit den Türschildern \"Green Option\" und \"Bitte nicht stören\" sollten alle Angestellten im Hotel kennen und respektieren. Die Massagen im Spa sind ein Traum. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Haus Valentin bietet sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut - auch wenn man halt mal 10 Minuten warten muss. Feuerstein Grill - das Essen ist gut - aber 2 Personen müssen den ganzen Laden schmeissen. Die Weinauswahl war bescheiden. 1 Rotwein aus der Pfalz. Passt so gar nicht zu Fleisch auf dem Grill. Schade eigentlich gibt es doch im Restaurant im Hotel eine sehr schöne Weinkarte. Wellness Angebot ist sehr gut!

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön, sauber und eine Flasche Wasser haben wir auch noch bekommen.
Eine Tasche mit Handtücher und Bademäntel hat das ganze zusätzlich getoppt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir das Zimmer auf Nachfrage noch bis 12 Uhr nutzen, da wir noch die Therme genutzt haben.
